Claims (10)
- Einbaukochmulde, deren Oberteil im Wesentlichen durch ein Kochfeld, insbesondere eine Glaskeramikplatte, und deren Boden im Wesentlichen durch ein Unterteil, das die Einbaukochmulde nach unten abschließt, gebildet sind, wobei das Kochfeld und das Unterteil mittels eines im Wesentlichen die Seitenwände der Einbaukochmulde bildenden Rahmens miteinander verbunden sind, und dass der Rahmen zweiteilig ausgebildet ist und einen Deckrahmen und ein Rahmenseitenteil aufweist, wobei der Deckrahmen den Übergangsbereich zwischen einer Arbeitsplatte und der darin einbaubaren Einbaukochmulde bezogen auf deren Einbaulage nach oben abdeckt und die lichten Innenabmessungen des Deckrahmens im Wesentlichen den äußersten Außenabmessungen des Unterteils, bezogen auf deren im Wesentlichen parallel zu dem Kochfeld verlaufenden Ausdehnungsrichtungen, entsprechen, und das Kochfeld und das Unterteil mittels des Rahmenseitenteils miteinander verbunden sind, wobei das Rahmenseitenteil einen ersten Schenkel aufweist und über ein an dem ersten Schenkel angeordnetes erstes Befestigungsmittel mit dem Deckrahmen und über ein zweites Befestigungsmittel mit dem Kochfeld verbunden ist, und das erste und/oder das zweite Befestigungsmittel ein Kleber ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rahmenseitenteil (6) einen zweiten Schenkel (6.2) aufweist, an dem das zweite Befestigungsmittel angeordnet ist und dass der erste und/oder zweite Schenkel (6.1, 6.2) des Rahmenseitenteils (6) eine weitere Vertiefung (6.1.1, 6.2.1) zur Aufnahme des Klebers aufweist. - Einbaukochmulde (2) nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandungen der weiteren Vertiefung (6.1.1, 6.2.1) als aus der dem Deckrahmen (4) bzw. dem Kochfeld (10) zugewandten Grundfläche des ersten und/oder des zweiten Schenkels (6.1, 6.2) herausragende Anlageelemente ausgebildet sind. - Einbaukochmulde (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rahmenseitenteil (6) einen dritten Schenkel (6.3) aufweist und über eine an dem dritten Schenkel (6.3) angeordnete Schraube (12) mit dem Unterteil (8) verbunden ist. - Einbaukochmulde (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rahmenseitenteil (6) eine Vertiefung (6.6) aufweist und der Rand des Unterteils (8) mit der Vertiefung (6.6) verrastet ist. - Einbaukochmulde (2) nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Unterteil (8) im Wesentlichen plattenförmig ausgebildet ist. - Einbaukochmulde (2) nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rahmenseitenteil (6) mehrteilig ausgebildet ist, wobei die einzelnen Segmente als Strangprofile mit einheitlichem Querschnitt ausgebildet sind. - Einbaukochmulde (2) nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzelnen Segmente über Schraubverbindungen mit den jeweils benachbarten Segmenten verbunden sind. - Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Einbaukochmulde (2) nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckrahmen (4) und das Unterteil (8) aus einer einzigen Platte hergestellt werden, wobei der Deckrahmen (4) aus dem Randbereich der Platte und das Unterteil (8) aus dem Inneren der Platte ausgeformt und voneinander getrennt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckrahmen (4) und das Unterteil (8) in einem einzigen Verfahrensschritt hergestellt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verfahrensschritt als ein Pressvorgang ausgebildet ist.
