- Steuergerät, mit einer Basis (2), an der mindestens ein Bestückungsplatz (3) vorgesehen ist, der mit einer an einen in der Basis verlaufenden internen elektrischen Bus (13) angeschlossenen ersten elektrischen Zentralschnittstelle (22) ausgestattet ist, und mit mindestens einem elektrischen Anschlussmodul (4), das ein lösbares Anschließen vom Steuergerät wegführender elektrischer Kabel (33) ermöglichende elektrische Ein- und/oder Ausgänge (26) aufweist und das lösbar an dem mindestens einen Bestückungsplatz (3) montierbar ist, wobei es eine sich bei der Montage und Demontage des elektrischen Anschlussmoduls (4) selbsttätig bezüglich der ersten elektrischen Zentralschnittstelle (22) kontaktierende bzw. trennende zweite elektrische Zentralschnittstelle (23) aufweist, wobei mindestens ein zusätzliches, elektrisch ansteuerbares Fluidsteuermodul (5) vorgesehen ist, das wahlweise anstelle eines elektrischen Anschlussmoduls (4) an dem mindestens einen Bestückungsplatz (3) montierbar ist und das eine sich bei der Montage und Demontage des Fluidsteuermoduls (5) ebenfalls selbsttätig bezüglich der ersten elektrischen Zentralschnittstelle (22) des betreffenden Bestückungsplatzes (3) kontaktierende bzw. trennende zweite elektrische Zentralschnittstelle (23) aufweist, wobei das Fluidsteuermodul (5) ferner über von außen her zugängliche Fluidleitungsanschlüsse (35, 36) zum lösbaren Anschließen von einer Druckquelle kommender sowie zu mindestens einem Verbraucher (42) führender Fluidleitungen (37, 38) verfügt und außerdem eine elektrisch betätigbare Ventileinrichtung (34) aufweist, die auf Basis von über den internen elektrischen Bus (13) übermittelten Steuersignalen die Verbindung zwischen verschiedenen der Fluidleitungsanschlüsse (35, 36) steuern kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventileinrichtung (34) des mindestens einen Fluidsteuermoduls (5) mehrere Ventileinheiten (52) aufweist, die sich jeweils aus einem die Verbraucher-Fluidleitungsanschlüsse (36) steuernden Hauptventil (53) und mindestens einem zur Betätigung des Hauptventils (53) dienenden, elektrisch betätigbaren Vorsteuerventil (54) zusammensetzen.
- Steuergerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Basis (2) mehrere Bestückungsplätze (3) mit jeweils einer ersten elektrischen Zentralschnittstelle (22) vorgesehen sind, die jeweils wahlweise mit einem Anschlussmodul (4) oder einem Fluidsteuermodul (5) bestückbar sind.
- Steuergerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Bestückungsplätze (3) in einer Aufreihungsrichtung aufeinanderfolgend und in einer gemeinsamen Ausdehnungsebene liegend angeordnet sind.
- Steuergerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten und zweiten elektrischen Zentralschnittstellen (22, 23) als zueinander komplementäre Steckverbinder ausgebildet sind.
- Steuergerät nach einem der Anschlüsse 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlussmodule (4) und Fluidsteuermodule (5) jeweils mit ihrer Unterseite (27) voraus auf den betreffenden Bestückungsplatz (3) montierbar sind, wobei sich die zweite elektrische Zentralschnittstelle (23) an der Unterseite befindet.
- Steuergerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich bei den Fluidsteuermodulen (5) sämtliche zum Anschließen mindestens eines Verbrauchers (42) vorgesehenen Verbraucher-Fluidleitungsanschlüsse (36) an der im montierten Zustand vom zugeordneten Bestückungsplatz (3) abgewandten Oberseite (28) befinden.
- Steuergerät nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei den Fluidsteuermodulen (5) sämtliche zum Anschließen einer Druckquelle vorgesehenen Einspeise-Fluidleitungsanschlüsse (35) seitlich platziert sind.
- Steuerventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Vorsteuerventil (54) als Piezo-Ventil ausgeführt ist.
- Steuergerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Fluidsteuermodul (5) eine elektrische Platine (48) aufweist, an der die zweite elektrische Schnittstelle (23) vorgesehen ist und an die die Ventileinrichtung (34) angeschlossen ist.
- Steuergerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sämtliche Anschlussmodule (4) und Fluidsteuermodule (5) über, abgesehen von den die Fluidleitungsanschlüsse (35, 36) und die Ein- und/oder Ausgänge (26) betreffenden Maßnahmen, identisch gestaltete Modulgehäuse (45) verfügen.
- Steuergerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fluidsteuermodule (5) über ein Modulgehäuse (45) verfügen, in dem die Ventileinrichtung (34) so untergebracht ist, dass das Modulgehäuse (45) die Ventileinrichtung (34) im an einem Bestückungsplatz (3) montierten Zustand abdeckt, wobei an dem Modulgehäuse (45), von außen her zugänglich, die Fluidleitungsanschlüsse (35, 36) vorgesehen sind.
- Steuergerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der interne elektrische Bus (13) an eine an Bord des Steuergerätes befindliche elektronische Zentraleinheit (14) angeschlossen ist, die über mindestens eine elektrische Schnittstelle (15) zum Anschließen einer externen elektronischen Steuereinrichtung (17) verfügt.
- Steuergerät nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektronische Zentraleinheit (14) eine speicherprogrammierbare Steuerung beinhaltet.
