In einem unteren Bereich des Schubelementes 13 ist ein Anschlagfortsatz 18 einstückig angeformt, der zum einen einen Endanschlag für das Betätigungsglied 2 bildet und zum anderen eine Auflagefläche für ein sicheres Aufstellen der Dosiervorrichtung 1 in aufrechtem Zustand zusätzlich zu der Standfläche im Bereich eines Bodens des Hüllkörpers 4 bietet.
Claims (13)
- Dosiervorrichtung mit einem ein- oder mehrteiligen Dosiergehäuse, dem eine Pumpeinheit sowie eine manuell bedienbare Betätigungseinheit zugeordnet sind, wobei das Dosiergehäuse wenigstens eine Dosieröffnung umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dosiergehäuse (1, 1a, 1b) einen die Pumpeinheit ummantelnden Hüllkörper (4, 4a, 4b) aufweist, an dem wenigstens ein zwischen einer Ruhestellung und einer Betätigungsstellung elastisch schwenkbeweglich gelagertes Betätigungsglied (2, 2a, 2b) einstückig angeformt ist.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 oder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dosieröffnung (6, 20) einem Applikationsfortsatz des Dosiergehäuses zugeordnet ist, und dass auf den Applikationsfortsatz (5) eine Kappe (3) aus elastischem Kunststoffmaterial aufgezogen ist, die mit der Dosieröffnung (6) versehen ist.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikationsfortsatz (5) mit wenigstens abschnittsweise außen liegenden Strömungsleitflächen versehen ist, und dass die Kappe (3) wenigstens in einem Teilabschnitt als mit den Strömungsleitflächen zusammenwirkendes Schlauchventil ausgebildet ist.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastische Kappe (3) wenigstens eine Ringprofilierung (16) aufweist, die im montierten Zustand formschlüssig mit einer korrespondierenden Ringprofilierung (17) des Applikationsfortsatzes (5) zusammenwirkt.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungsglied (2) hebelartig an dem Hüllkörper gelagert ist und an seinem freien Stirnendbereich ein bei einem Betätigungshub mit einem Linearführungsteil der Pumpeinheit in Wirkverbindung stehendes Schubelement (13, 13a, 13b) aufweist.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schubelement (13, 13a, 13b) einstückig an dem Betätigungsglied (2, 2a, 2b) angeformt ist.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Schubelement (13) ein Stützelement (14) zugeordnet ist, das das Schubelement (13) bei einem Angriff an dem Linearführungsteil mechanisch stabilisiert.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (14) einstückig an dem Betätigungsglied (2) angeformt ist.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schubelement (13) relativ zu dem Linearführungsteil (12) in einem spitzen Winkel - in Pumprichtung gesehen - angreift.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (14) in Abstand zu dem Schubelement (13) angeordnet und als Begrenzungsanschlag für eine elastische Deformation des Schubelementes (13) ausgebildet ist.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem Applikationsfortsatz des Dosiergehäuses eine halbkugelförmige Dosierkammer vorgesehen ist, die mit mehreren Strömungsleitprofilierungen (19) in ihrem Wandungsbereich versehen ist, die an der Dosieröffnung (20) münden, und dass die Dosierkammer mit einem kugelförmigen Füllkörper (21) versehen ist, der auf die Halbkugelform der Dosierkammer abgestimmt ist.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikationsfortsatz (5a ) des Dosiergehäuses mit einer im Bereich der Dosieröffnung (20) angeformten Abreißkappe (22) versehen ist, die im abgerissenen Zustand als Verschlusskappe für den Applikationsfortsatz (5a) und die Dosieröffnung (20) gestaltet ist.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Betätigungsglied eine Betätigungslasche (2b) vorgesehen ist, die bündig in der Hüllfläche des Hüllkörpers (4b) integriert und durch Schlitze in dem Hüllkörper (4b) für eine Schwenkbeweglichkeit freigeschnitten ist.
