Definitions

  • the present invention is based on a hand planer according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • hand tool machines are known in the housing or handles tools are landfilled.
  • hand stitch saws are closed by a lid, elongated recesses of the housing, which serve as a saw blade depot.
  • the removal of the saw blades is cumbersome, with an increased risk of injury due to the sharp saw teeth.
  • the present invention with the features of claim 1 has the advantage that a planer blade carrying a spare planer knife can be found quickly, by means of which the backup planer knife can be easily and safely inserted by hand into the planer shaft.
  • the razor-sharp planer knife does not have to be touched directly by hand when replacing it, but can - with one end sitting in the planer knife container - be inserted with the other end into the planer shaft.
  • planer blade container serving as a grip piece can be engaged with a finger on the hand planer, in particular on an engagement opening, the planer blade container can be easily removed from the hand planer.
  • the part of the planer blade container serving as a grip piece is drawn outwardly in the closed state - substantially flush - into the housing contour of the hand planer, in particular protruding only minimally, unintentional opening of the planer blade container when working with the hand planer, e.g. by abutment on a workpiece, avoided.
  • planing blade container Due to the fact that the handle of the planer blade container has a flat front side, from which a U-shaped profile open at the rear extends longitudinally, the planing blade container can be configured easily and stably.
  • planing blade container is made of plastic, it is inexpensive and easy to produce.
  • planing knife container can be retained in the housing by means of latching means, it is secured against being lost.
  • planer blade container has a hold-down spring; the biased blade located therein is biased, this captive and vibration-proof held.
  • planing blade container conically wedging stops are arranged in the housing, the planing blade container sits vibration-proof in the hand planer.
  • planing knife container is colored in contrast to the color of the housing, in particular signal colors, he is easily findable or the risk of his loss is low.
  • planing knife container picks up a spare planing blade so that it bears against the side wall with its cutting edges and protrudes freely backwards with one part, the planing knife container forms a handle for inserting the planing blade into the planer shaft of the hand planing machine when changing blades. As a result, direct hand contact with the planer blade is avoided and minimizes the risk of injury to the operator.
  • planing knife container also receives a socket wrench secured against loss, in particular an angled socket wrench, this is conveniently deposited and removed and is always available to planer blade change.
  • planing blade container has a stepped edge profile
  • planing blade container drawer-like outside each have a guide groove for engagement in guide ribs of the housing, the planing knife container is securely guided longitudinally and vibration protected latched.
  • the detent spring for holding the planer blade container in the housing together with the recessed grip forms a one-piece plastic part, in particular integrally integrated in a side shell of the housing, this is inexpensive to accommodate the planer blade container created.
  • planing knife container has a longitudinally displaceable sliding button which acts on the internally positioned end of the planer blade, the planer blade after insertion of the free end in the planer shaft is particularly safe and without direct contact by the hand of the operator from the planing knife container ausschiebbar and in the Plow shaft positionable.
  • the hand planer 10 shown in Fig. 1 consists of a housing 12 with an upwardly projecting main handle 14, which carries a switch lever 16 on its underside.
  • the housing 12 consists of several shells, of which the right side shell 18 and the left belt cover 20 are waskennbar.
  • the housing 12 has a longitudinal axis 22 to which a clamping ejection 24 is arranged horizontally at right angles.
  • This has two-sided mouths 26, 28 which are selectively controlled via a pivot lever 30 for rotating a Chipausschrings 32.
  • the chip ejection can be done either side to the left or right.
  • From the housing 12 carries an additional handle 34, with the same time by turning about its vertical axis, the cutting depth of the hand planer 10 is adjustable.
  • an electric cable 36 At the rear emerges from the region of the main handle 14, an electric cable 36, with which the motor, not shown, in the interior of the housing 12 is operable.
  • a planer blade container 40 Spaced parallel to the axis of the Spanausschs 24, the axis 38 of a planer blade container 40. This is like a drawer in a lateral opening 42 of the side shell 18 into the interior of the housing 12 can be inserted.
  • the planing knife container 40 has an end wall 44 which covers the opening 42 when the knife container 40 is inserted.
  • a U-profile-like area with two side walls 46, 48 extends at right angles away from the end wall 44. These are connected to each other at the bottom by a bottom wall 50 (FIGS. 7, 8, 9, 11, 12).
  • a longitudinally slid- ed blade 54 can be seen, which is acted upon and fixed by a preloaded leaf spring-like hold-down spring 56.
  • a hexagon wrench 58 is held secured longitudinally in the planer blade container 40 parallel to the planer blade 54 by a spring in the locking tongue 60 against loss and vibration.
  • the end wall 44 of the planer blade container 40 can be engaged from below with a finger of the operating hand, wherein the finger can dive into a recessed grip 52 below the end wall 44 in the side shell 18.
  • Fig. 2 shows the above-mentioned details in an exploded view, wherein beyond the aforementioned parts, the recessed grip 52 is particularly well recognizable and wherein the remaining with Fig. 1 matching details will not be explained again in detail.
  • Fig. 3 shows a side view of the hand planer 10 of FIG. 1 and 2 with the same details and reference numerals. These are to be explained in detail only insofar as to the clearly recognizable recessed grip 52 below the end wall 44 of the planer blade container 40 and the bent at the top, to the housing contour, in particular the side shell 18, adapted end wall 44 should be noted.
  • FIG. 4 shows an enlarged detail of the side view of the hand planer 10 obliquely from above in the area of the side shell 18 at the opening 43 for insertion of the planer blade container 40.
  • the recessed grip 52 and the detent spring integral with the side shell 18 and the recessed grip 52 are particularly clear 62 recognizable.
  • an upper ramp 64 is visible in the interior of the housing 12, at which the end of the planer blade container 40 abutment comes to rest and is thus secured against vibrations.
  • Fig. 5 shows a spatial cross-section perpendicular through the housing 12 along the planer blade container 40, wherein on the preceding drawings, the right side wall 48 of the planer blade container with a guide groove 66 can be seen.
  • the guide groove 66 is formed by two parallel, spaced longitudinal ribs 68, 69, which widens toward the free end 51 of the planer blade container 40 V-shaped upwards or downwards.
  • the planing blade container 40 can be funneled comfortably into the housing 12 on the guide rails 70 on both sides of the insertion opening.
  • the planer blade 54 protrudes. Its outstanding free part can be brought together with the planing blade container 40 as a handle on the planer shaft and inserted into the corresponding receiving opening, without the hand of the operator must have direct contact with the planer blade.
  • an angled end of the hex key 58 protrudes.
  • the hexagonal wrench 58 can be easily pulled out in the longitudinal direction under the locking tongue 60 and is quickly available for releasing or tensioning the planer blade holder on the cutterblock.
  • a clamping device on screws which can be rotated by means of the hexagonal wrench 58 on the cutterblock so that a planer knife to be exchanged can be removed from the planer shaft and the new planer knife can be set up.
  • Fig. 6 shows a cross section of the housing 12 of the hand planer 10 approximately centrally along the planing blade container 40, wherein particularly clearly the locking tongue 62 as an integral part of the side shell 18 and the recessed grip 52 in its engaged position in a recess 49 in the bottom wall 50 of the planer blade container 40 is recognizable.
