Claims (16)

  1. Dispositif pour le transfert d'une nappe de papier, carton, papier-tissu ou d'une autre nappe fibreuse (1) dans une machine de fabrication et/ou d'amélioration de celle-ci, depuis un rouleau rotatif (3) à un rouleau conducteur (6) aspiré, entouré par une bande (2) tournant sans fin, perméable à l'air, un rouleau conducteur de transfert (7) aspiré, rotatif, étant disposé entre le rouleau (3) et le rouleau conducteur (6), lequel est partiellement entouré par la nappe fibreuse (1), et le rouleau conducteur de transfert (7) étant disposé avec une position variable,
    caractérisé en ce que le rouleau conducteur de transfert (7) est espacé du rouleau conducteur (6) et la nappe fibreuse (1) parvient, sans être supportée par le rouleau conducteur de transfert (7), jusqu'au rouleau conducteur (6) aspiré entouré par la bande perméable à l'air (2), et pour le transfert de la nappe fibreuse (1) ou d'un ruban de celle-ci, la position du rouleau conducteur de transfert (7) peut être modifiée de manière à réduire l'enveloppement du rouleau conducteur de transfert (7) ainsi que du rouleau conducteur suivant (6) par la nappe fibreuse (1) par rapport au fonctionnement normal.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la nappe fibreuse (1) entoure le rouleau conducteur de transfert (7) avec un angle d'au moins 120°, de préférence d'au moins 150°.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau conducteur de transfert (7) est espacé du rouleau (3), et la nappe fibreuse (1) parvient, sans être supportée par le rouleau (3), jusqu'au rouleau conducteur de transfert (7).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la distance entre le rouleau conducteur de transfert (7) et le rouleau (3) et/ou entre le rouleau conducteur de transfert (7) et le rouleau conducteur (6) est comprise entre 5 et 500 mm.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau (3) est formé par un rouleau de pressage d'une unité de presse montée en amont.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bande (2) est formée par une toile de séchage d'une unité de séchage suivante.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau conducteur (6) est disposé en position stable.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau conducteur de transfert (7) est disposé de manière pivotante.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la dépression du rouleau conducteur de transfert (7) peut être commandée.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau conducteur de transfert (7) présente un revêtement mou.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau conducteur de transfert (7) possède un revêtement extérieur mince en téflon.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau conducteur de transfert (7) présente une perforation, qui est formée de préférence par des alésages s'étendant à travers l'enveloppe du rouleau.
  13. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau conducteur de transfert (7) possède au moins une zone d'aspiration (9), qui se limite essentiellement à la région d'enveloppement par la nappe fibreuse (1).
  14. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau conducteur (6) possède au moins une zone d'aspiration (8), qui se limite essentiellement à la région d'enveloppement par la nappe fibreuse (1).
  15. Procédé pour le transfert d'une nappe de papier, carton, papier-tissu ou d'une autre nappe fibreuse (1) dans une machine de fabrication et/ou d'amélioration de celle-ci, depuis un rouleau rotatif (3) à un rouleau conducteur (6) aspiré, entouré par une bande (2) tournant sans fin, perméable à l'air, en particulier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la nappe fibreuse (1) ou un ruban de celle-ci entoure au moins partiellement, entre le rouleau (3) et le rouleau conducteur (6), un rouleau conducteur de transfert (7) aspiré rotatif, caractérisé en ce que la nappe fibreuse (1) parvient, sans être supportée par le rouleau conducteur de transfert (7), jusqu'au rouleau conducteur (6) entouré par la bande perméable à l'air (2), et pour le transfert de la nappe fibreuse (1) ou d'un ruban de celle-ci, la position du rouleau conducteur de transfert (7) est modifiée, celui-ci étant de préférence pivoté, de manière à réduire l'enveloppement du rouleau conducteur de transfert (7) ainsi que du rouleau conducteur suivant (6) par la nappe fibreuse (1) par rapport au fonctionnement normal.
  16. Procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que la dépression du rouleau conducteur de transfert (7) pendant le transfert de la nappe fibreuse (1) ou d'un ruban de celle-ci est réduite, de préférence est complètement supprimée.
