Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif d'égouttage d'une nappe de papier tissu (1) dans une machine de fabrication d'une telle nappe de papier tissu, dans lequel la nappe de papier tissu (1) entoure partiellement, avec de chaque côté au moins une bande perméable à l'air et entraînée en rotation sans fin (2, 3, 4), un cylindre de pressage cylindrique et rotatif (5), et
    le cylindre de pressage (5) est réalisé sous forme de cylindre de soufflage, qui dirige de l'air soufflé dans la région d'enveloppement vers la nappe de papier tissu, caractérisé en ce que dans la région d'enveloppement, du côté de la nappe de papier tissu (1) opposé au cylindre de pressage (5), sont disposées deux bandes (3, 4), la bande extérieure (4) formant une bande de pressage perméable à l'eau et la bande (3) disposée entre la nappe de papier tissu (1) et la bande de pressage (4), venant en contact avec la nappe de papier tissu (1), étant réalisée sous forme de feutre perméable à l'eau.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre de pressage (5) dirige de l'air de soufflage chaud vers la nappe de papier tissu (1).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de collecte d'eau (6) est associé à la bande de pressage (4) située à l'extérieur par rapport au cylindre de pressage (5) dans la région d'enveloppement du cylindre de pressage (5), lequel dispositif de collecte d'eau recueille l'eau entraînée par la bande de pressage (4).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de collecte d'eau (6) est réalisé sous forme de dispositif aspirant.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bande de pressage (4) est réalisée sous forme de tamis.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les bandes (2, 3, 4) avant le cylindre de pressage (5) entourent conjointement avec la nappe de papier tissu (1) au moins un cylindre conducteur (7) qui est disposé du côté de la nappe de papier tissu (1) opposé au cylindre de pressage (5).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans la direction d'avance de la nappe (14) avant le cylindre de pressage (5) est disposée une caisse de soufflage de vapeur (8) qui sollicite la bande (2) venant en contact avec le cylindre de pressage (5) avec de la vapeur chaude.
  8. Dispositif selon les revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé en ce que la caisse de soufflage de vapeur (8) est disposée en regard du cylindre conducteur (7).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre du cylindre conducteur (7) est inférieur à 800 mm.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins la bande de pressage (4) après le cylindre de pressage (5) entoure un cylindre conducteur entraîné (10).
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'entre la nappe de papier tissu (1) et le cylindre de pressage (5) n'est disposée qu'une seule bande (2).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre de pressage (5) est disposé par-dessus la nappe de papier tissu (1).
  13. Machine de fabrication d'une nappe de papier tissu comprenant un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
  14. Machine selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que la bande (2) disposée entre le cylindre de pressage (5) et la nappe de papier tissu (1) guide la nappe de papier tissu (1) depuis une unité montée en amont, notamment une caisse de tête (11), jusqu'à une unité montée en aval, notamment un cylindre de séchage (12).
  15. Machine selon la revendication 13 ou 14, caractérisée en ce que la bande (2) disposée entre la nappe de papier tissu (1) et le cylindre de pressage (5) présente une surface structurée dans la région de contact avec la nappe de papier tissu (1).
