    wherein each tapping connection (6) is formed by a tap valve or a single outlet fitting with stop valve and each tapping connection (6) comprises a remote-controlled part (7) or a remote-controlled part (7) is disposed in the vicinity of each tapping connection (6), by means of said part the mixing device of the central distribution fitting (1) can be remotely adjusted electrically, wirelessly or in wire-bound manner, or mechanically,
    characterised in that only one pipe run (5) of a water-conveying pipe is provided, which is connected to the mixed water outlet connection (4),
    and in that the pipe run (5) is conveyed in concealed manner, in exposed manner, or partially concealed and partially exposed, to all individual local tapping connections (6) of the residential unit, with the pipe run (5) being formed by a one-pipe line.
  2. A plumbing system according to Claim 1,
    characterised in that the individual tapping connections (6) are linked to each other and/or to the mixing device via an electrical or electronic priority circuit, so that only the signals of the remote-controlled part (7) which is the first to be operated or which has determined the lowest mixing temperature can be processed or received by the mixing device, with the priority circuit either being reset by operating the remote-controlled part (7) with the tapping connection (5) closed or by closing the tapping connection (6).
  3. A plumbing system according to Claim 2,
    characterised in that the priority circuit is formed by an electronic OR operation of the local tapping connections (6) with the central mixing device, which is set by the operation of the first-operated remote-controlled part (7) or of the first-operated tapping connection (6) and is reset by renewed operation of the first-operated remote-controlled part (7) or by closing the first-operated tapping connection (6).
  4. A plumbing system according to one of Claims 1 to 3,
    characterised in that the exposed pipe run (5) formed as a one-pipe line or pipeline parts, which connects or connect the mixing device to the tapping connections (6) is or are constructed as a grab handle.
  5. A plumbing system according to one of Claims 1 to 4,
    characterised in that the pipe run (5) constructed as a one-pipe line, which connects the mixing device to the tapping connections (6), comprises at least one further pipe void for the passage of electric supply and/or control lines and/or data lines.
  6. A plumbing system according to one of Claims 1 to 5,
    characterised in that at least one tapping connection (6) is formed by an outlet fitting which can be twisted in relation to the supply and delivery pipe run (5) formed as a one-pipe line.
