Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un non-tissé, dans lequel une couche de non-tissé est formée d'un mélange de fibres constitué de filaments à un constituant,
    ce mélange de fibres étant constitué d'au moins deux types de fibres différents de filaments à un constituant et les deux types de fibres présentant un comportement de retrait différent lors d'un traitement thermique,
    les types de fibres différents formant la couche de non-tissé étant produits par un outil de filage unique,
    la couche unique de non-tissé étant renforcée et la couche unique de non-tissé renforcée étant ensuite soumise à un traitement thermique de telle sorte que le retrait d'au moins l'un des types de fibres est activé.
  2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, dans lequel les deux types de fibres sont constitués de matières plastiques différentes.
  3. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 et 2, dans lequel au moins l'un des deux types de fibres est constitué d'au moins une matière plastique du groupe « polyoléfine, polyester, polyamide ».
  4. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel la couche unique de non-tissé est renforcée par une calandre.
  5. Procédé suivant la revendication 4, dans lequel il est opéré avec un cylindre de calandrage et/ou avec une paire de cylindres de calandrage, qui présente un écartement moyen des points de gravure de plus d'1,5 mm, de préférence de plus de 2,5 mm.
  6. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel le traitement thermique est effectué avec au moins un fluide réchauffé.
  7. Procédé suivant la revendication 6, dans lequel le fluide réchauffé est de l'air chaud.
