- la Figure 1 représente une coupe transversale d'une planche de glisse réalisée conformément au procédé selon la présente invention ;
- la Figure 2 représente une demi-coupe transversale de la planche de glisse en fin de processus d'injection positionnée dans le moule d'injection ;
- la Figure 3 représente une vue en perspective partielle d'un premier exemple de réalisation d'élément de renforcement latéral ;
- la Figure 4 représente une vue en perspective partielle d'un deuxième exemple de réalisation d'élément de renforcement latéral ; et
- les Figures 5 à 12 représentent des vues en coupe transversale partielle de différentes possibilités existant pour des éléments de renforcement latéral.
Claims (9)
- Procédé de fabrication d'une planche de glisse sur neige (1) comprenant notamment un noyau injecté (17) en mousse expansée, au moins un élément de renforcement latéral (7, 8) formant tout ou partie du ou des chants de la planche (1) et des parties constitutives, telles qu'un ensemble supérieur de protection et de décoration (6), au moins un renfort interne (11, 12, 13) et une semelle de glisse (2), dans lequel l'on met en oeuvre :une étape d'injection in situ dans un moule (14), de composés qui, en réagissant entre eux, constituent une mousse, laquelle après une phase d'expansion puis de durcissement, forme finalement le noyau (17), etune étape consistant à prévoir pour l'élément de renforcement latéral (7, 8, 16) au moins un espace, permettant une circulation de ladite mousse en phase d'expansion entre l'élément de renforcement latéral (7, 8, 16) et au moins l'une des parties constitutives immédiatement adjacentes (2, 6, 11, 12, 13),
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la ou les excroissances (22) sont disposées sur une face supérieure (23) d'une aile continue ou discontinue (18) se déployant à partir d'une face latérale tournée vers l'extérieur de l'élément de renforcement latéral (16) et/ou sur une face supérieure (28) de l'élément de renforcement latéral (16), et sont destinées à venir en contact avec une face inférieure (24) de l'ensemble supérieur (6), de façon à créer l'espace dans lequel va circuler la mousse en phase d'expansion (26) permettant le collage de l'élément de renforcement latéral (16) avec ledit ensemble supérieur (6).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la ou les excroissances (29) sont disposées sur une face inférieure (31) de l'élément de renforcement latéral (16), et sont destinées à venir en contact avec une face supérieure de la semelle de glisse (2), de façon à créer l'espace dans lequel va circuler la mousse en phase d'expansion (26) permettant le collage de l'élément de renforcement latéral (16) avec ladite semelle de glisse (2).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la ou les excroissances (39) sont disposées sur une face latérale tournée vers l'intérieur (33) de l'élément de renforcement latéral (16), et sont destinées à venir en contact avec une face inférieure du renfort interne (12), de façon à créer l'espace dans lequel va circuler la mousse en phase d'expansion (26) permettant le collage de l'élément de renforcement latéral (16) avec ledit renfort interne (12).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'espace est obtenu par un ou plusieurs évidements ou concavités (37, 38) ménagés à partir de la surface de l'élément de renforcement latéral (16) et venant en regard de l'une des parties constitutives de la planche.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le ou les évidements ou concavités sont remplis par la mousse expansée (37) ou sont remplis d'air (38).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on met en oeuvre une étape consistant à prévoir au moins une encoche (32) sur une face latérale tournée vers l'intérieur (33) de l'élément de renforcement latéral (16), permettant un emboítement et un maintien d'un renfort interne (13).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on met en oeuvre une étape consistant à prévoir au moins une nervure ou un clip discontinu (34) et un épaulement (36) se déployant à partir d'une face latérale tournée vers l'intérieur (33) de l'élément de renforcement latéral (16), permettant une insertion et un maintien d'un renfort interne (13) entre la nervure ou le clip (34) et l'épaulement (36).
- Planche de glisse sur neige, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est réalisée conformément au procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
