Definitions
- the invention relates to a mounting system for a front or toe-side binding aggregate and one of them in Longitudinal direction according to the sole length of a ski boot spaced rear or heel-side binding aggregate having ski binding on a ski.
- the front and rear binding aggregates need conventional ski bindings size-matched to the ski become.
- attaching the binding aggregates done by screwing must be different depending on shoe size spaced apart boreholes for receiving the screws are provided in the ski.
- skis are known to be on their top undercut longitudinal rails are provided, the structural parts of the ski are anchored and already by the ski manufacturer be arranged during the production of the skis.
- Guide rails can then be front and rear binding aggregates with complementary to the profile of the guide rails Insert guide profiles and in different Fix the positions on the guide rails. Possibly. This fixation can be done by means of one between the binding aggregates on the guide rails or on the ski held abutment take place, which in turn over variable length band or bar-like members with the binding aggregates is coupled.
- so-called rental bonds are known in which the binding aggregates on base parts to be arranged are arranged adjustable in the ski longitudinal direction to to adapt to different shoe sizes can.
- For the base parts need regular mounting holes arranged according to special drilling patterns in the ski become.
- the object of the invention is the arrangement of the ski bindings substantially simplify and in particular enable skiing that regardless of the type of ski binding and / or shoe size with a uniform hole pattern for the arrangement of mounting screws to be mounted on the ski side can be worked.
- the invention is based on the general idea, a mounting system to provide at which the skifest to be mounted Parts without regard to the sole length of the desired Ski boots can be mounted.
- This can be for ski-sided Mounting holes a uniform hole or hole pattern which, moreover, from the point of view a minimal reaction of the mounting system can be designed on the flex characteristics of the ski.
- the fastening means, especially screws, receiving ski-side Structural parts necessary for a tear-proof recording the fasteners are necessary, in plan view of the Ski only need to occupy very small areas, as the position the fastener of the sole length of the desired Ski boot independent and accordingly exact can be specified. In this way, unwanted stiffeners of the ski due to excessively large structural parts for picking up be avoided by fasteners.
- the two guide rail parts form accordingly within the receiving area the ski boots on the ski no continuous structural layer above a neutral bending plane of the ski. Nevertheless, the design of the guide rail parts the Impression of a one-piece or one-piece construction.
- the mounting system according to the invention is also advantageous in that as the binding aggregates inevitably increased Vertical distance obtained from the ski top, similar as common between traditional binding aggregates and the ski top mounted stand or spacer plates.
- the invention mounting system So takes over the function, the footprint the ski boot opposite the ski top to the relief up the edge of the ski.
- each binding carrier part is with the rails of the associated guide rail part over front and longitudinally spaced apart therefrom rear sliding shoe-like guide elements in positive Intervention. This will ensure that the guide rails largely without inhibition by the binding carrier parts can flex together with the ski, as the guide rails between the sliding shoe-like guide elements remain freely movable relative to the binding carrier parts.
