Claims (7)

  1. Behälter für Stifte (1, 10, 60), wie ein Etui oder ein Federmäppchen, der mindestens zwei im Wesentlichen ebene Enden (2, 3, 12, 13, 61, 62, 63) aufweist, die von einem zylindrischen Längskörper (4, 14, 64) vereint werden, mit Öffnungs- und Schließmitteln (6, 16, 65, 66), die sich gemäß mindestens einer so genannten "Öffnungslinie" erstrecken, die sich nur über einen Bruchteil des Umfangs des Längskörpers (4, 14, 64) verlängert, während der andere Bruchteil, der keine Öffnungs- und Schließmittel (6, 16) aufweist, sich so in gleichem Abstand zu den Enden (2, 3, 12, 13) des Behälters (1, 10) befindet und ein Scharnier (7, 17) zwischen den zwei Teilen (A, B, A1, B1) bildet, die beim Öffnen erzeugt werden, so dass nach dem Öffnen mindestens zwei Teile (A1, B1, A2, B2, A5, B5, C5) gebildet werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die virtuelle Gerade, die durch das Scharnier (7, 17) und den diametral gegenüberliegenden Punkt der Öffnungslinie verläuft, einen nicht rechten Winkel (a, a') mit der Geraden bildet, die von der Randleiste des Längskörpers (4, 64) im rechten Winkel zum Scharnier (7, 17) gebildet wird, um die Gefahren des Einklemmens aufgrund der enthaltenen Gegenstände zu verringern, und dass der Längskörper (4,14,64) Mittel (8-9,18-19, 68-69) für den Halt der mindestens zwei Teile (A1, B1, A2, B2, A5, B5, C5) in der Öffnungsstellung aufweist.
  2. Behälter (60) nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Öffnungs- und Schließmittel (65, 66) sich über zwei Öffnungslinien erstrecken, von denen die eine (66) sich über den ganzen Umfang des Längskörpers (64) verlängert, so dass drei Teile (A5, B5, C5) gebildet werden.
  3. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Öffnungsmittel aus einem Reißverschluss bestehen.
  4. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Öffnungsmittel aus einem mechanischen Verschluss mit Ringen und Haken bestehen.
  5. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, bei dem bei dem die Haltemittel aus einem mechanischen Verschluss mit Ringen und Haken bestehen.
  6. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Haltemittel aus mindestens einem Druckknopf bestehen.
  7. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Haltemittel aus mindestens einem Magnet bestehen.
