Claims (11)

  1. Gehäuse (1, 101), das einen Boden (2, 102) und einen Deckel (4, 104) aufweist, der in der Lage ist, zumindest vor der ersten Benutzung bezüglich des Bodens derart zu schwenken, dass er sich unter diesem positionieren kann, wobei der Boden (2, 102) um eine erste Achse (A1) bezüglich eines Zwischenelements (20, 120) angelenkt ist, welches bezüglich des Deckels (4, 104) um eine zweite Achse (A2) angelenkt ist, wobei Verriegelungsmittel (B1, B2) in der Lage sind, den Deckel (4, 104) bezüglich des Zwischenelements (20, 120) zu verriegeln, wenn letzteres bezüglich des Bodens (2, 102) um die erste Achse (A1) schwenkt, und den Boden (2, 102) bezüglich des Zwischenelements (20, 120) zu verriegeln, wenn letzteres bezüglich des Deckels um die zweite Achse (A2) schwenkt.
  2. Gehäuse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel (C) vom Zwischenelement (20, 120) getragen werden und in der Lage sind, wahlweise mit ersten komplementären Befestigungsmitteln (B1), die vom Boden (2, 102) getragen werden, bzw. mit zweiten Befestigungsmitteln (B2) in Eingriff zu gelangen, die vom Deckel (4, 104) getragen werden.
  3. Gehäuse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenelement (20, 120) zwei Längsränder (21, 22; 121, 122) aufweist, wobei die erste Gelenkachse (A1) sich in der Nähe eines ersten Rands (21) des Zwischenelements (20, 120) befindet, während die zweite Achse (A2) sich in der Nähe eines zweiten, dem ersten (21, 121) gegenüberliegenden Rands (22, 122) befindet.
  4. Gehäuse nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Achse (A1) parallel zur zweiten Achse (A2) liegt.
  5. Gehäuse (101) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Achsen (A1, A2) von einem Scharnier mit angesetzter Achse (23, 24) gebildet wird.
  6. Gehäuse nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (102) und das Zwischenelement (120) über ein Folienscharnier (123) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei der Deckel (104) mit dem Zwischenelement (120) über ein Scharnier mit angesetzter Achse (124) verbunden ist.
  7. Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel aus Formaldehyd-Harnstoff, Acryl-Butadien-Styrol (ABS), Polystyrol-Acrylnitril (SAN), Polyoxymethylen (POM), Acrylglas, Polystyrol, usw. hergestellt wird.
  8. Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel (C) mindestens einen Zapfen aufweisen, der sich auf mindestens einem Seitenabschnitt (20a, 20b) des Zwischenelements (20, 120) befindet, wobei der (die) Zapfen ausgebildet ist (sind), um wahlweise in einen entsprechenden Sitz (B1, B2) eingeführt zu werden, der in einem Abschnitt des Bodens (B1) bzw. in einem Abschnitt des Deckels (B2) ausgebildet ist.
  9. Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelung des Bodens (2, 102) bezüglich des Zwischenelements (20, 120) unumkehrbar ist.
  10. Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Aufnahmebehälter definiert, der mindestens ein Abteil (2a, 102a) begrenzt, das mindestens ein Produkt (P), insbesondere ein ablösbares Produkt (P), wie zum Beispiel ein Schminkprodukt, enthalten kann.
  11. Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Mittel (2b, 4b) aufweist, die die umkehrbare Verriegelung des Deckels (4, 104) auf dem Boden (2, 102) in der geschlossenen Stellung erlauben.
