Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, les moyens de verrouillage peuvent comporter au moins un organe tel qu'un picot, situé sur au moins une portion de l'élément intermédiaire, par exemple sur l'un au moins des côtés latéraux de l'élément intermédiaire Cet organe de verrouillage est apte à être engagé sélectivement dans un organe complémentaire, par exemple un logement approprié, pratiqué sur une portion du fond, respectivement sur une portion du couvercle Alternativement, une structure inversée peut être imaginée Ainsi, un premier picot peut être situé sur une portion du fond, un second picot étant prévu sur une portion du couvercle Dans ce cas, l'élément intermédiaire est pourvu d'un logement, apte à recevoir, sélectivement, le premier ou le second picot
Avantageusement, le verrouillage du fond par rapport à l'élément intermédiaire est irréversible Dans ce cas, l'élément intermédiaire est immobilisé par rapport au fond, et le premier axe devient inopérationnel Seul le pivotement du couvercle sur la pièce intermédiaire, autour du second axe est possible et ceci sur une portion angulaire limitée par rapport à l'angle d'ouverture maximal Le boîtier visé par l'invention est, de préférence, réalisé sous forme sensiblement plate et définit un réceptacle, délimitant au moins un compartiment, apte à contenir un produit, notamment un produit délitable, tel qu'un produit de maquillage. Avantageusement, le réceptacle est conforme pour contenir en outre, un organe d'application du produit De plus, le couvercle peut être muni, sur sa face interne, d'un miroir, permettant à l'utilisatrice de se regarder en cours de maquillage
Le cas échéant, le boîtier comporte des moyens, aptes a permettre le verrouillage réversible en position fermée du couvercle sur le fond
L'invention consiste mis a part les dispositions exposées ci-dessus en un certain nombre d'autres dispositions qui seront explicitées ci-apres a propos d'exemples de réalisation non limitatifs décrits en référence aux figures annexées, parmi lesquelles
- la figure 1 a représente une vue en perspective d'un boîtier de type boîtier de maquillage selon un premier mode de réalisation de l'invention ,
- la figure 1 b représente une vue en coupe transversale du boîtier de la figure 1 , - les figures 2a et 2b illustrent le boîtier de la figure 1 en position ouverte à
360° ,
- les figures 3a et 3b représentent respectivement, une vue en coupe transversale et une vue en perspective du boîtier de la figure 1 , sur une première portion du mouvement du couvercle depuis sa position d'ouverture maximale , - les figures 4a et 4b représentent respectivement, une vue en coupe transversale et une vue en perspective du boîtier de la figure 1 sur une seconde portion du mouvement du couvercle depuis sa position d'ouverture maximale ,
- les figures 5a et 5b représentent respectivement une vue en coupe transversale et une vue en perspective du boîtier de la figure 1 , en position fermée ,
- les figures 6 et 7 montrent chacune une vue de détail en perspective, du boîtier de la figure 1 , et
- les figures 8a et 8b montrent chacune une vue partielle en perspective, d'un boîtier selon un second mode de réalisation de l'invention En référence notamment aux figures 1 a 1 b, 2a et 2b, un boîtier de maquillage, selon un premier mode de réalisation de l'invention, est désigné par la référence 1. Il est de forme sensiblement plate, tel qu'utilisé notamment pour le conditionnement de produits de maquillage, comme les fonds de teint, les ombres à paupières, les blushs, ou d'autres produits du même type
Les figures 1 a et 1 b montrent le boîtier en position d'utilisation Dans cette position, le couvercle 4 est ouvert à environ 120° par rapport au fond 2, permettant à l'utilisateur de prélever une dose de produit P
Le boîtier 1 est formé principalement à partir d'un fond 2 et d'un couvercle 4, monté pivotant sur le fond obtenus de moulage d'un ou plusieurs matériaux thermoplastiques Le fond 2 forme un ou plusieurs compartiments, formant réceptacle 2a pour un ou plusieurs produits P notamment des produits de maquillage Le cas échéant, I un des compartiments peut être utilisé pour loger un applicateur, permettant de prélever le produit et de l'appliquer à l'endroit désiré (non représenté)
Le couvercle 4 présente un renfoncement 9, s'étendant sur une partie substantielle de sa surface, de manière à recevoir un miroir 4a Un fermoir 4b porté par le couvercle 4 est apte a venir en engagement avec un organe correspondant 2b porté par le fond 2 de manière a assurer le verrouillage réversible du couvercle 4 sur le fond 2 Au voisinage de cet organe de verrouillage 2b, le fond 2 forme un décrochement 3, de manière à faciliter l'ouverture du boîtier 1
Le couvercle 4 est relié au fond 2 au moyen d'un élément intermédiaire 20, de forme allongée, et présentant deux bords longitudinaux 21 , 22 II est délimité latéralement par deux flancs 20a, 20b (fig 3b) Comme visible notamment sur les figures 2a et 2b, l'élément intermédiaire 20 est relié au fond par une première charnière 23 du type charnière a axe rapporté, formant un premier axe d'articulation Ai Cette charnière est située sur le bord 21 de l'élément intermédiaire Sur le bord 22 est formée une seconde charnière 24 du même type, formant d'un second axe d'articulation A2 Cette seconde charnière 24 relie l'élément intermédiaire 2 au couvercle 4 Ainsi, l'articulation du couvercle via l'élément intermédiaire sur le fond est assurée par une structure à double articulation, dont les axes sont parallèles
Sur une extrémité, opposée à l'extrémité portant le fermoir 2b, le fond forme un décrochement 5 (figures 2b et 6) dans lequel l'élément intermédiaire 20 est disposé De même, un décrochement 7 similaire est prévu sur une extrémité du couvercle (voir figures 3a et 7), apte à loger l'élément intermédiaire 20 en position de présentation, correspondant à la position d ouverte maximale (figures 2a et 2b)
Pour maintenir le couvercle par rapport au fond du boîtier dans la position représentée aux figures 2a et 2b, des moyens de verrouillage C sont prévus Comme illustré notamment sur la figure 3b l'élément intermédiaire 20 comporte deux picots C, situés sur ses flancs latéraux 20a et 20b Ces picots C sont aptes à coopérer avec des évidements Bi , pratiqués dans des parois latérales 7a, 7b du couvercle 4 Les évidements d'accrochage Bi sont aptes à recevoir, de manière réversible, les picots C, où ils sont maintenus par friction De manière similaire, le décrochement 5 du fond 2 comporte deux moyens d'accrochage B2, situés sur les parois latérales 5a, 5b dudit décrochement 5 Les moyens d'accrochage B2 sont configurés pour recevoir les picots C notamment de manière irréversible, lors de la première fermeture du boîtier, comme ceci sera détaillé par la suite
La disposition du boîtier en position d'ouverture maximale, illustrée sur les figures 2a et 2b, permet de positionner le couvercle sous le fond, de sorte que la face supérieure 41 du couvercle 4 vienne en regard de la face inférieure 25 du fond 2 Dans cette position, le boîtier 1 est en position de présentation, ouvert selon un angle de 360°, par rapport à la position fermée du boîtier
Dans la position de présentation, illustrée sur les figures 2a et 2b, le boîtier peut être présenté sur les lieux de vente de manière à rendre visible le produit conditionné dans le compartiment 2a Cette position permet, également, d'emballer le boîtier sous blister transparent Ceci présente l'avantage que le produit est protégé, tout en permettant à la consommatrice de choisir la teinte de produit désirée, sans être obligée d'ouvrir le boîtier Le boîtier ainsi conditionné présente un encombrement minimum
Lorsque le boîtier est conditionné sous blister, après déballage du boîtier, celui ci se trouve donc en position d'ouverture maximale à 360° (figures 2a et 2b). Pour pouvoir utiliser le boîtier, l'utilisateur fait pivoter le couvercle par rapport au fond (dans le sens de la flèche α indiquée sur la figure 2a). Lors du pivotement du couvercle 4 depuis la position de présentation illustrée sur les figures 2a et 2b, celui-ci passe successivement par les positions montrées sur les figures 3a et 3b, puis 4a et 4b, jusqu'à la position de fermeture illustrée sur les figures 5a et 5b. Au cours d'un pivotement d'environ 300°, les picots C se désengagent des évidements d'accrochage B1. En même temps, l'élément intermédiaire 20 pivote hors du décrochement 7 du couvercle. Pendant ce mouvement de pivot, l'élément intermédiaire 20 se rapproche du décrochement 5 du fond.
Comme montré plus en détail sur la figure 6, les picots C se dégagent des
_ évidements d'accrochage Bi du couvercle et se rapprochent des évidements d'accrochage B2 du fond (figure 7). Les picots C s'engagent alors dans les évidements d'accrochage B2 Avantageusement, cet engagement s'effectue de manière irréversible. De cette façon, le premier axe Ai devient inopérationnel, de manière définitive.
Pour ouvrir et fermer le boîtier, en vue de son utilisation pour le maquillage, l'utilisateur effectue un mouvement de pivot uniquement autour de l'axe A2, suivant un angle α2. (figure 1a).
Les figures 5a et 5b représentent le boîtier en position fermé, permettant de conserver le produit P à l'abri de l'extérieur, ou bien de transporter le boîtier dans un sac à main.
Les figures 8a et 8b illustrent un autre mode de réalisation, suivant lequel un boîtier 101 est constitué essentiellement de deux éléments 102, 104. Par rapport au premier mode de réalisation, les parties identiques ou jouant un rôle similaire, portent les numéros de référence de premier mode de réalisation, majorés de 100. Par rapport au premier mode de réalisation le boîtier 101 diffère par le fait que le fond 102 est moule intégralement avec l'élément intermédiaire 120, en un matériau approprié Sa configuration, ainsi que son fonctionnement est semblable au boîtier 1 et leur description ne sera reprise que succinctement
L'élément intermédiaire 120 est relié au fond 102 par une charnière film 123 formant un premier axe d'articulation Ai Cette charnière film devient inopérationnelle après la première fermeture du boîtier, comme décrit précédemment par rapport au boîtier 1 du premier mode de réalisation La charnière 124, est du même type que celui décrit précédemment, et ne nécessite pas de description plus détaillée
La structure du boîtier 101 présente l'avantage que l'on peut choisir, pour la réalisation du fond et de l'élément intermédiaire, un premier matériau économiquement avantageux par exemple le polypropylène Ce matériau permet la réalisation de la charnière film 123 Du fait que cette charnière film 123 est située sur le fond 102 du boîtier, un blanchiment éventuel de l'articulation est peu visible
Quant au couvercle, avantageusement, on choisit un second matériau plastique, apte à recevoir une décoration particulière ou un laquage Ceci est important, car le couvercle est la partie la plus visible et valorisante d'un boîtier de maquillage Le second matériau est choisi, par exemple, parmi l'urée formaldéhyde, l'acrylobutadiène-styrene (ABS), le polystyrene-acryonitπle (SAN), le polyoxy méthylène (POM), les verres acryliques, le polystyrène, etc
Dans la description détaillée qui précède, il a été fait référence à des modes de réalisation préférés de l'invention II est évident que des variantes peuvent y être apportées sans s'écarter de l'esprit de l'invention telle que revendiquée ci-après

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1 - Boîtier (1 , 101 ) comportant un fond (2, 102) et un couvercle (4, 104), apte, au moins avant la première utilisation, à pivoter par rapport au fond de manière à pouvoir se positionner sous ce dernier, ledit fond (2, 102) étant articulé autour d'un premier axe (Ai ) par rapport à un élément intermédiaire (20, 120), ce dernier étant articulé par rapport au couvercle (4, 104) autour d'un second axe (A2), des moyens de verrouillage (Bi , B2, C) étant aptes à verrouiller le couvercle (4, 104) par rapport à l'élément intermédiaire (20, 120) lorsque ce dernier pivote par rapport au fond (2, 102) autour de l'axe (Ai ), et à verrouiller le fond (2, 102) par rapport à l'élément intermédiaire (20, 120) lorsque ce dernier pivote par rapport au couvercle (4, 104) autour de l'axe (A2)
2 - Boîtier selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de verrouillage (C) sont portés par ledit élément intermédiaire (20, 120), et sont aptes à venir sélectivement en engagement avec des premiers moyens d'accrochage (B ) complémentaires portés par le fond (2, 102) et avec des seconds moyens d'accrochage (B2) portés par le couvercle (4, 104)
3 - Boîtier selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément intermédiaire (20, 120) présente deux bords longitudinaux (21 ,22 , 121 , 122), ledit premier axe d'articulation (Ai ) étant situe au voisinage d'un premier bord (21 ) de l'élément intermédiaire (20 120), ledit second axe (A2) étant situé au voisinage d'un second bord (22 122), opposé au premier (21 , 121 )
4 - Boîtier selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier axe (Ai) est parallèle audit second axe (A2)
5 - Boîtier (101 ) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'un au moins desdits axes (Ai A2) est formé par une charnière à axe rapporté (23 24) 6 - Boîtier selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le fond (102) et l'élément intermédiaire (120) sont reliés par une charnière film (123), le couvercle (104) étant relié à l'élément intermédiaire (120) par une charnière à axe rapporté (124)
7 - Boîtier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle est réalisé en urée formaldéhyde, acrylobutadiène-styrène (ABS), polystyrène-acryonitπle (SAN), polyoxyméthylène (POM), verre acrylique, polystyrène, etc
8 - Boîtier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de verrouillage (C) comportent au moins un picot situé sur au moins une portion latérale (20a, 20b) de l'élément intermédiaire (20, 120), le(s) pιcot(s) étant conformé(s) pour être engage(s) sélectivement dans un logement correspondant (Bi, B2) pratiqué sur une portion du fond (Bi), respectivement du couvercle (B2)
9 - Boîtier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le verrouillage du fond (2, 102) par rapport à l'élément intermédiaire (20, 120) est irréversible
10 - Boîtier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il définit un réceptacle, délimitant au moins un compartiment (2a, 102a), apte à contenir au moins un produit (P), notamment un produit délitable (P), tel qu'un produit de maquillage
1 1 - Boîtier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens (2b, 4b) aptes à permettre le verrouillage réversible en position fermée du couvercle (4, 104) sur le fond (2, 102)
