Das Schiffchen 27 wird während des Betriebs immer von einem Greifer 15,17 gehalten, so dass Schläge vermieden werden und der Lärmpegel der Stickmaschine niedrig gehalten wird. Der Durchgang des Schiffchens 27 durch die Schlaufe des Nadelfadens wird durch die Greifer 15,17 nicht behindert, denn das Schiffchen 27 wird vom unteren Greifer 15 nach oben bewegt, bis es etwa zur Hälfte durch die Schlaufe hindurchgeführt ist, worauf das Schiffchen vom oberen Greifer 17 übernommen wird. Die Vorrichtung zum Antrieb des Schiffchens besitzt zwei Kurvenscheiben mit unterschiedlichen Bewegungskurven 21,23 für die Greifer 15,17, welche die Uebergabe des Schiffchens vom unteren Greifer 45 zum oberen Greifer 17 steuern.
Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Antrieb der Schiffchen (27) einer Schiffchenstickmaschine, bei welcher das jeweilige Schiffchen (27) vorwärts und rückwärts bewegt wird, wobei es bei der Vorwärtsbewegung durch eine Schlaufe (33) des Nadelfadens geführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während der Vorwärts- und der Rückwärtsbewegung das Schiffchen (27) immer von einem Greifer (15,17) gehalten wird, nämlich einem ersten Greifer (15), der hinten am Schiffchen (27) angreift, oder einem zweiten Greifer (17), der vom am Schiffchen (27) angreift, und dass bei der Vorwärtsbewegung die Uebergabe des Schiffchens (27) vom ersten Greifer (15) zum zweiten Greifer (17) etwa in der Hälfte des Durchgangs des Schiffchens (27) durch die Schlaufe des Nadelfadens erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der jeweilige Greifer (15,17) das Schiffchen (27) zum Transport festklemmt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Greifer (15,17) das Schiffchen (27) zum Transport festhakt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Uebergabe des Schiffchens (27) von einem Greifer (15,17) zum anderen Greifer (17,15) durch eine Relativbewegung des anderen Greifers (17,15) entgegengesetzt zur Richtung der Schiffchenbewegung erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungskurven (21,23) der Greifer (15,17) wie in Figur 1 dargestellt ausgebildet sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegung der Schiffchen senkrecht erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung zum Antrieb der Schiffchen (27) bei einer Schiffchenstickmaschine, bei welcher das jeweilige Schiffchen (27) durch einen Antriebsmechanismus vorwärts und rückwärts bewegt wird, wobei es bei der Vorwärtsbewegung durch eine Schlaufe (33) des Nadelfadens geführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsmechanismus einen ersten Greifer (15) aufweist, der am hinteren Teil des Schiffchens (27) angreifen kann, und einen zweiten Greifer (17), der am vorderen Teil des Schiffchens (27) angreifen kann, und dass Steuermittel (47,49) vorgesehen sind, welche die Uebergabe des Schiffchens (27) vom ersten Greifer (15) zum zweiten Greifer (17) etwa in der Hälfte des Durchgangs des Schiffchens (27) durch die Schlaufe (33) des Nadelfadens bewirken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der jeweilige Greifer (15,17) eine stationäre (35,41) und eine bewegliche Greifbacke (37,43) aufweist, dass die bewegliche Greifbacke (37,43) durch Federmittel (39,45) in Richtung gegen die stationäre Greiferbacke (35,41) vorgespannt ist, und dass die Steuermittel Kurven (47,49) aufweisen, welche zur Uebergabe des Schiffchens (27) von einem Greifer (15,17) zum anderen Greifer (17,15) den einen Greifer öffnen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Vielzahl von ersten Greifern (15) von einer ersten Greiferschiene (11) hin- und herbeweglich sind, und dass eine Vielzahl von zweiten Greifern (17) von einer zweiten Greiferschiene (13) hin- und herbeweglich sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Greifer (15) zum Stillegen der Schiffchen individuell von der ersten Greiferschiene (11) entkuppelbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsmechanismus für die Schiffchen derart ausgebildet ist, dass die Schiffchen (27) in senkrechter Richtung vorwärts und rückwärts bewegt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vorzugsweise senkrecht angeordneten Linearführungen (19) für die Greiferschiene (11,13) vorgesehen sind.
