Claims (6)

  1. Rail de transition pour l'assemblage de rails ayant des sections de rail différentes, lequel rail de transition (1) présente deux zones de transition (a, c), la forme du profil en section d'une première zone de transition (c) ayant une plus grande hauteur étant modifiée jusqu'à une hauteur de profil plus petite et la deuxième zone de transition (a) suivante, qui a une plus petite hauteur de profil, présentant un pied de rail travaillé pour l'adapter au nouveau profil du pied de rail qui s'y raccorde.
  2. Rail de transition selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième zone de transition (a) est plus proche de l'extrémité libre du rail de transition (1) que la première zone de transition (c).
  3. Rail de transition selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu entre la première zone de transition (c) et la deuxième (a) une zone (b) ayant une forme en section constante.
  4. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un rail de transition selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le rail de transition est d'abord chauffé et introduit dans un moule de presse, après quoi le rail est déformé au niveau de l'âme et pressé dans le sens de la hauteur du profilé, et en ce que le pied du rail est usiné mécaniquement après le formage complet.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le pied du rail est usiné par enlèvement de matière.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième zone de transition du pied du rail, dans laquelle la largeur du pied du rail diminue, a une forme arrondie en vue de dessus.
