Claims (35)
- Dispositif (1) de conditionnement et d'application d'un produit (P), notamment de soin ou de maquillage, comportant :un récipient (2) pour contenir le produit (P),un applicateur (4) comprenant un élément d'application (7),un organe d'essorage (3) pour essorer l'élément d'application (7),
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la partie fendue (12) de l'organe d'essorage (3) comporte au moins un relief formant radialement saillie vers l'extérieur, notamment un bourrelet (13) ou au moins une nervure (19) disposée au niveau d'une fente (14).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'épaisseur de paroi de la partie fendue (12) est comprise entre 0,5 mm et 8 mm, de préférence entre 0,8 mm et 6 mm, voire entre 1,2 mm et 6 mm.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la partie fendue (12) est réalisée dans une matière élastiquement déformable de dureté comprise entre 15 Shore A et 40 Shore D.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la partie fendue (12) est réalisée dans l'un des matériaux suivants : élastomère de silicone, EPDM, nitrile, butyle, latex, élastomère thermoplastique, PU, Polyester, PE, PVC, EVA, SIS, SBS, SEBS, Hytrel®, Pebax®.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la partie fendue (12) comporte au moins deux fentes (14) longitudinales, voire au moins trois fentes longitudinales, notamment plus de quatre fentes longitudinales, mieux plus de six ou huit fentes longitudinales.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la partie fendue (12) comporte des fentes (14) réparties de manière régulière sur la circonférence de la partie fendue (12).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la partie fendue (12) comporte au moins une fente (14) dont la longueur mesurée selon l'axe longitudinal de l'organe d'essorage (3) est comprise entre 2 mm et 15 mm.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe d'essorage (3) présente au repos, en l'absence d'élément d'application (7), une symétrie axiale, notamment une enveloppe extérieure ayant une forme générale symétrique de révolution.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la partie fendue (12) présente une section transversale intérieure circulaire, ovale ou polygonale, notamment carrée ou triangulaire.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins sur une certaine distance la section transversale intérieure de la partie fendue (12) décroít au fur et à mesure que l'on se rapproche de l'extrémité libre (3a) de la partie fendue.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la partie fendue (12) est solidaire d'une partie de fixation (17) montée sur le récipient (2), notamment engagée dans un col (8) du récipient (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que la partie de fixation (17) comporte à une extrémité une collerette (11) destinée à venir axialement en appui contre la tranche du col (8) du récipient (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que la partie fendue et la partie de fixation sont réalisées d'une seule pièce par moulage de matière.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé par le fait que la partie fendue est réalisée dans une pièce et la partie de fixation constitue une autre pièce, les deux pièces étant solidaires.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 15, caractérisé par le fait que les deux pièces sont réalisées dans des matériaux différents.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 14, caractérisé par le fait que la partie de fixation (17) est réalisée dans l'un des matériaux suivants : polyoléfines, notamment PE ou PP, POM, PA, PET.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 15, caractérisé par le fait que les deux pièces sont assemblées par l'un des modes de fixation suivants : assemblage mécanique, collage, soudage, surmoulage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 18, caractérisé par le fait que la partie fendue (12) est constituée par une portion d'une pièce qui vient en recouvrement de la partie de fixation (17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 18, caractérisé par le fait que la partie fendue (12) est réalisée dans une pièce qui comporte une partie de fixation agencée pour s'assembler mécaniquement avec la partie de fixation (17) par encliquetage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe d'essorage comporte un bourrelet annulaire au-dessus de la partie fendue, destiné à s'encliqueter à l'intérieur du récipient.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins une fente présente en section transversale une forme divergeant radialement vers l'extérieur, notamment une forme en V.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 22, caractérisé par le fait que la fente présente des faces en regard (14a, 14b) floquées.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe d'essorage comporte sur sa surface extérieure une gorge (25) au-dessus de la partie fendue (12).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément d'application (7) présente une section transversale non circulaire sur au moins une portion de sa longueur.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément d'application (7) comporte un revêtement de flocage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément d'application (7) est constitué par l'un d'une brosse et d'un peigne, l'élément d'application (7) étant agencé pour appliquer un produit sur les cils ou les sourcils.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le produit est destiné à l'application sur les fibres kératiniques ou est destiné à l'application sur les lèvres ou les paupières.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'applicateur (4) comporte une tige (6) à l'extrémité de laquelle est fixé l'élément d'application (7).
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que la tige (6) comporte une première portion ayant une première section transversale et une deuxième portion (6a) ayant une deuxième section transversale plus petite que la première, cette deuxième portion venant se positionner au niveau de la partie fendue (12) de l'organe d'essorage lorsque l'applicateur (4) est en place sur le récipient (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait que la section transversale intérieure de la partie fendue (12) décroít jusqu'à l'extrémité libre (3a) de la partie fendue.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'épaisseur de la paroi de l'organe d'essorage (3) est non constante, notamment sur la moitié inférieure de l'organe d'essorage, en particulier sur la partie fendue (12).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que dans la partie fendue (12), l'épaisseur de la paroi est telle que l'élément d'application (7) ne dépasse pas du pourtour extérieur de l'organe d'essorage, reste masqué dans l'organe d'essorage et est essoré dans l'épaisseur des fentes, lors de son passage au travers de l'organe d'essorage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la ou les fentes (14) s'étendent sur moins de la moitié de la hauteur, voire moins du tiers de la hauteur de l'organe d'essorage (3).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la ou les fentes (14) sont réalisées sur une partie de l'organe d'essorage (3) qui s'étend le long de celui-ci et qui est telle que la section transversale intérieure de l'organe d'essorage (3) sur cette partie est inférieure ou égale à la plus grande section transversale de l'applicateur (4).
