Claims (9)
- Spenderanordnung für eine mit einem Abgabeventil versehene Druckpackung für abzugebende Substanzen, insbesondere Cremes oder Gele, mit den folgenden Merkmalen:ein einteiliger Kappenkörper aus Kunststoff, an dessen Unterseite ein Betätigungsabschnitt (18) angebracht ist, der mit dem Abgabeventil der Druckpackung zusammenwirkt und einen Kanal (56) aufweistein napfförmiger erster Einsatzkörper (24) aus Kunststoff, der eine zylindrische Umfangswand (26) aufweist, die in eine passende Ausnehmung (22) der Schürze (12) einsetzbar ist sowie eine vordere Querwand (28) mit einer Abgabeöffnung (34)ein zweiter Einsatzkörper (36), mit einem ringzylindrischen Abschnitt (42), der zwischen der Umfangswand (26) des ersten Einsatzkörpers (24) und einer Anschlagfläche des Kappenkörpers (10) angeordnet ist, einer kreisförmigen flexiblen Membran (44), die am vorderen Ende des ringzylindrischen Abschnitts (42) angeformt ist und einen an der Vorderseite der Membran (44) angeformten Stift (46), der unter Federvorspannung der Membran (44) dichtend in die Abgabeöffnung (34) eingreifteine Kammer (50) zwischen erstem und zweitem Einsatzkörper (24, 36), die unter anderem von der Membran (44) begrenzt ist und über Verbindungskanäle (54, 52) in ständiger Verbindung mit dem Kanal (56) des Betätigungsabschnitts (18) steht, wobeidie Membran (44) so dimensioniert ist, daß sie bei Betätigung des Abgabeventils vom Druck in der Kammer (50) nach hinten verformt wird und den Stift (46) aus der Abgabeöffnung (34) entfernt.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Zweikomponenten-Spritzverfahren radiale Segmente (60) in die Membran (44) eingeformt sind, die eine höhere Federsteifigkeit aufweisen als das übrige Material des zweiten Einsatzkörpers (36).
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kappenkörper (10) innerhalb der Ausnehmung (22) einen im Umfang kreisförmigen Aufnahmeabschnitt (40) aufweist, auf den der zweite Einsatzkörper (36) aufgeschoben ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Einsatzkörper (24) mit dem ringzylindrischen Umfangswandabschnitt (26) auf dem ringzylindrischen Abschnitt (42) des zweiten Einsatzkörpers (36) aufgeschoben ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Einsatzkörper (24) am Umfang einen umlaufenden Wulst (30) aufweist, der in eine Ringnut (32) der Ausnehmung (22) des Kappenkörpers (10) schnappend eingreift.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Rückseite der Membran (44) ein stiftartiger Vorsprung (48) angeformt ist, der gegen eine rückwärtige zweite Anschlagfläche der Ausnehmung (22) stößt, wenn die Membran (44) verformt wird.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Durchgang zwischen ringförmigem Abschnitt (42) des zweiten Einsatzkörpers (36) und der Innenseite der Umfangswand (26) des ersten Einsatzkörpers (24) gebildet ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membran (44) trompetenförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei das Ende mit dem kleineren Durchmesser an den Stift (46) angeformt ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Einsatzkörper (24) an der Innenseite eine achsparallele Nut (52) aufweist, die mit einem Ringraum um den zweiten Einsatzkörper (36) in Verbindung steht und der seinerseits über einen Kanal (54) in der Boden- oder Endwand (58) der Ausnehmung (22) mit dem Kanal (56) im Betätigungsabschnitt (18) verbunden ist.
