Claims (9)
- Mit Digitaldrucktechnik bedruckbare Kunststoff-Folie, insbesondere selbstklebende Kunststoff-Folie, die auf ihrer Rückseite mit einer Klebeschicht und einer silikonisierten Abdeckung versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche der Folie mit einem dünnen Film aus einem Acrylatpolymer beschichtet ist.
- Kunststoff-Folie nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Acrylatpolymer ein Copolymer aus Butulacrylat und Methylmethacrylat ist.
- Kunststoff-Folie nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Copolymer aus 50 Gew.% Butylacrylat und 50 Gew.% Methylmethacrylat besteht.
- Kunststoff-Folie nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Polymerschicht hochtransparent ist.
- Kunststoff-Folie nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoff-Folie eine hochglänzende Folie ist.
- Herstellung einer im Digitaldruck bedruckten Kunststoff-Folie, insbesondere einer selbstklebenden Kunststoff-Folie, die auf ihrer Rückseite mit einem Klebemittel und einer silikonisierten Abdeckung versehen ist nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche der Folie vor dem Druckvorgang mit einem dünnen Film aus einem Acrylatpolymer beschichtet wird.
- Herstellung einer Kunststoff-Folie nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Acrylatpolymer als wässrige Dispersion auf die Oberfläche der Folie aufgetragen wird.
- Herstellung einer Kunststoff-Folie nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folie nach dem Auftrag des Acrylatpolymers einer Trocknung bei 90 - 100°C unterworfen wird.
- Herstellung einer Kunststoff-Folie nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckvorgang unter Verwendung von Pigmenttinte auf der Basis von Milchsäurederivaten erfolgt.
