Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Stoff für Schutzkleidung, nämlich Warnschutzkleidung, der aus einem Vlies besteht und mit einer Beschichtung aus lumineszierendem Farbstoff versehen ist, sowie ein entsprechendes Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung. Dabei wird insbesondere vorgeschlagen, die Beschichtung nach dem Aufbringen mechanisch auf dem Vlies zu verdichten, vorzugsweise mittels Kalandrieren oder Satinieren. Die Beschichtung kann auch in mehreren Durchgängen aufgetragen werden, wobei dann nach jedem Durchgang eine mechanische Verdichtung erfolgen kann. Vorzugsweise ist der Vliesstoff ein Kreuzfaden- oder Kettfadenvlies und die Beschichtung enthält etwa 18 - 30 g/m2, vorzugsweise 22 - 24 g/m2 lumineszierende Pigmente.
