Claims (16)
- Verfahren zum Abkühlen von plattenförmigen Kühlelementen (30) und/oder Kühlgut mit folgenden Schritten:Anordnung mehrerer Kühlelemente (30) in einem Traggestell (20) mit im wesentlichen horizontaler Ausrichtung unter Wahrung eines Luftspalts (31) und Einlagern des Traggestells (20) mit den Kühlelementen (30) in einen Raum, dessen Raumlufttemperatur kleiner oder gleich einer gewünschten Einsatztemperatur für die Kühlelemente (30) ist undErzeugen einer horizontal gerichteten Raumluftströmung in den Luftspalten.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Volumenstrom der Luftströmung durch das Traggestell (20) 10.000 m3/h bis 18.000 m3/h beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe der Luftspalte (31) 15 bis 30 mm und die Geschwindigkeit der Luftströmung in den Luftspalten (31) 4 bis 6 m/s beträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Raumlufttemperatur -21° bis -27 °C beträgt.
- Kühlvorrichtung (100) für plattenförmige Kühlelemente (30) und/oder Kühlgutträger, bestehend aus:wenigstens einem Traggestell (20), in dem mehrere Kühlelemente (30) oder Kühlgutträger beabstandet unter Ausbildung von Luftspalten (31) anzuordnen sind, undwenigstens einem Ventilator (12), der vor den Schmalseiten der Kühlelemente (30) und/oder Kühlgutträger angeordnet ist und der eine parallel zu einer Längsachse gerichtete Luftströmung durch die Luftspalte (31) bewirkt wird.
- Kühlvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Traggestell (20) an einer Standfläche (20.1), einer Deckfläche (20.4) und an zwei Seitenflächen (20.2, 20.3) luftdicht abgedeckt ist, wobei wenigstens die dem Ventilator (12) zugewandte Vorderseite und die dazu parallele Rückseite offen sind.
- Kühlvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entlang der Längsachse mehrere Traggestelle (20) mit ihren offenen Seiten voreinander positionierbar sind.
- Kühlvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch einen Grundrahmen (10), auf dem das wenigstens eine Traggestell (20) abnehmbar positionierbar ist und an den sich senkrecht dazu ein Ventilatorhaltergestell (11) anschließt.
- Kühlvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundrahmen (10) wenigstens ein Zentrierprofil (14; 15) mit wenigstens einer an einer Seite neben dem Standbereich angeordneten Schräge (14.1, 14.3; 15.1, 15.2) aufweist.
- Kühlvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schrägen (14.1, 14.3) der Zentrierprofile (14) zur Zentrierung in Längsrichtung des Grundrahmens (10) ausgerichtet sind.
- Kühlvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schrägen (15.1, 15.3) der Zentrierprofile (15) zur Zentrierung in Querrichtung des Grundrahmens (10) ausgerichtet sind.
- Kühlvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zentrierprofile (15) auf einem Queraussteifungsträger (16) des Grundrahmens (10) angeordnet sind.
- Kühlvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zentrierprofile (14) einstückig ausgebildet und beidseitig mit Schrägen (14.1, 14.3) versehen sind.
- Kühlvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schrägen (14.1, 14.3) an einem nach unten abgewinkelten Standschenkel (14.2, 14.4) abgestützt sind.
- Kühlvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Traggestell (20) an seinen beiden Seitenrahmen (21) mit einer Vielzahl von horizontal ausgerichteten Auflagerelementen (22) für Kühlelemente (30) und/oder Kühlgutträger (32) versehen ist, wobei den Auflagerelementen (22) der Seitenrahmen (21) gegenüber jeweils weitere Auflagerelemente an wenigstens einer Mittelstütze (27) angeordnet sind, welche in einem mittleren Bereich des Traggestells (20) angeordnet ist.
- Kühlvorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einem Bodenrahmen (23) und einem Deckenrahmen (25) des Traggestells (20) mehrere Paare von Mittelstützenführungen (24, 26) angeordnet sind, in denen die Mittelstütze (27) positionierbar ist.
