Claims (10)
- Ablagevorrichtung für geschnittene flächige Erzeugnisse, insbesondere für mit einem Rotationsquerschneider geschnittene Bögen (1); mit einer Zuführungseinrichtung (2) für die geschnittenen Bögen (1), einem Saugbremstisch (7) zum Abbremsen eines zugeführten Bogens (1) und einer dem Saugbremstisch (7) nachgeschalteten Stapelvorrichtung (19) zum Stapeln der Bögen (1), dadurch gekenn-zeichnet, dass auf dem Saugbremstisch (7) zumindest zwei rotierende Bremsteller (8, 9) aufliegen, welche Bremsteller (8, 9) jeweils eine Vielzahl von Saugöffnungen (10) aufweisen und dass der Saugbremstisch (7) unterhalb jedes Bremstellers (8, 9) zumindest eine Ansaugöffnung (10, 12) zum Ansaugen von Luft aufweist.
- Ablagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Zuführungseinrichtung (2) eine Rillenwalze (3) aufweist, die aus einer Mehrzahl von mit Abstand zueinander angeordneten Walzenabschnitten (4) besteht sowie Andrückrollen (5) aufweist, die mit den Walzenabschnitten (4) wechselwirken.
- Ablagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei zwischen den Walzenabschnitten (4) Blasdüsen (6) mit der Maßgabe angeordnet sind, dass ein durch die Zuführungseinrichtung (2) geförderter Bogen (1) von unten mit Blasluft beaufschlagt wird.
- Ablagevorrichtung nach einem Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die beiden Bremsteller (8, 9) quer zur Förderrichtung der Bögen (1) nebeneinander auf dem Saugbremstisch (7) angeordnet sind und gegensinnig rotieren.
- Ablagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die beiden Bremsteller (8, 9) in ihren einander benachbarten Hälften (13, 14) in Förderrichtung der Bögen (1) rotieren.
- Ablagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Saugöffnungen (10) über den Umfang jedes Bremstellers (8, 9) regelmäßig verteilt angeordnet sind.
- Ablagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Ansaugöffnung unter einem Bremsteller (8, 9) kreissektorförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Ablagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Ansaugöffnungen (11, 12) jeweils unterhalb der einander benachbarten Bremstellerhälften (13, 14) angeordnet sind.
- Ablagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei der Saugbremstisch (7) stapelvorrichtungsseitig zumindest eine Luftdüse (18) aufweist, welche Luftdüse (18) einen auf der Stapelvorrichtung (19) abzulegenden Bogen (1) von unten mit Blasluft beaufschlagt.
- Ablagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, wobei die Luftdüse (18) als Breitschlitzdüse ausgebildet ist.
