Claims (17)
- Vorrichtung zum Bewegen von Buchblöcken (1) in einem Dreischneider (100), wobei der Dreischneider (100) einen Vorderkantenbeschnitt in einer ersten Position des Buchblocks (1) durchführt und einen Seitenkantenbeschnitt in einer zweiten Position des Buchblocks (1) durchführt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung einen ersten Greifer (121) aufweist, der den Buchblock (1) in die erste Position bringt und einen zweiten Greifer (122), der den Buchblock (1) in die zweite Position bringt. - Vorrichtung zum Bewegen von Buchblöcken (1) in einem Dreischneider (100), wobei der Dreischneider (100) ein Vordermesser (23) aufweist, zur Durchführung eines Vorderkantenbeschnitts in einer ersten Position des Buchblocks (1) und zwei Seitenmesser (21, 22) aufweist, zur Durchführung eines Seitenkantenbeschnitts in einer zweiten Position des Buchblocks (1) durchführt, sowie einen Fördertisch (191), der den Buchblock (1) an eine Nullposition fördert,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fördertisch (191) derart abschwenkbar gelagert ist, so dass der Zugang zu dem Vordermesser (23) erleichtert wird. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, wobei die Vorrichtung einen ersten Greifer (121) aufweist, der den Buchblock (1) in die erste Position bringt und einen zweiten Greifer (122), der den Buchblock (1) in die zweite Position bringt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung eine Steuerung (99) aufweist, die den Antrieb des ersten Greifers (121) derartig ansteuert, dass der erste Greifer (121) den Buchblock (1) von einer festen Nullposition zu einer variablen ersten Position bringt, wobei insbesondere die Distanz zwischen der Nullposition und der ersten Position der Distanz von Buchrücken zur Vorderkante des beschnittenen Buchblocks (1) entspricht. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Vorrichtung einen ersten Greifer (121) aufweist, der den Buchblock (1) in die erste Position bringt und einen zweiten Greifer (122), der den Buchblock (1) in die zweite Position bringt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Vorrichtung eine Steuerung (99) aufweist, die einen Antrieb des ersten Greifers (121) derartig ansteuert, dass der erste Greifer (121) den Buchblock (1) von der ersten Position in eine vorgegebene Übergabeposition bringt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Vorrichtung einen ersten Greifer (121) aufweist, der den Buchblock (1) in die erste Position bringt und einen zweiten Greifer (122), der den Buchblock (1) in die zweite Position bringt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung eine Steuerung (99) aufweist, die einen Antrieb des zweiten Greifers (122) derartig ansteuert, dass der zweite Greifer (122) den Buchblock (1) von einer vorgegebenen Übergabeposition in die zweite Position bringt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Vorrichtung einen ersten Greifer (121) aufweist, der den Buchblock (1) in die erste Position bringt und einen zweiten Greifer (122), der den Buchblock (1) in die zweite Position bringt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung wenigstens einen Signalgeber aufweist, der einer Steuerung (99) der Vorrichtung die Position wenigstens eines der Greifer (121, 122) übermittelt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Vorrichtung einen ersten Greifer (121) aufweist, der den Buchblock (1) in die erste Position bringt und einen zweiten Greifer (122), der den Buchblock (1) in die zweite Position bringt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens einer der Greifer (121, 122) Stellmittel (129) aufweist, die den Buchblock (1) im Greifer (121, 122) bei dem Transport von einer Position in eine andere Position anheben. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Vorrichtung einen ersten Greifer (121) aufweist, der den Buchblock (1) in die erste Position bringt und einen zweiten Greifer (122), der den Buchblock (1) in die zweite Position bringt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung einen ersten Niederhalter (180) aufweist, der den Buchblock (1) vor dem Vorderkantenbeschnitt großflächig nieder presst, insbesondere, um Luft aus dem Buchblock (1) zu drücken. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Niederhalter (180) auf der Buchblockseite eine elastische Oberfläche aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die Vorrichtung einen ersten Greifer (121) aufweist, der den Buchblock (1) in die erste Position bringt und einen zweiten Greifer (122), der den Buchblock (1) in die zweite Position bringt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung Anschlagsmittel (182) aufweist, die dem Buchblock (1) die Nullposition vorgeben. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung Geradestoßmittel (190) aufweist, die den Buchblock (1) in der Nullposition an den Anschlagmitteln (182) gerade stößt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagmittel (182) in den Transportpfad des Buchblocks (1) bewegbar gelagert sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei die Vorrichtung einen ersten Greifer (121) aufweist, der den Buchblock (1) in die erste Position bringt und einen zweiten Greifer (122), der den Buchblock (1) in die zweite Position bringt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung einen zweiten Niederhalter (181) aufweist, der in der Nähe einer Übergabeposition angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung eine Steuerung (99) aufweist, die einen Antrieb des zweiten Niederhalters (181) derartig ansteuert, so dass der zweite Niederhalter (181) den Buchblock (1) niederhält, wenn der erste Greifer (121) den Buchblock (1) in eine Übergabeposition gebracht hat, bis der zweite Greifer (122) den Buchblock (1) in der Übergabeposition ergriffen hat. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, wobei die Vorrichtung einen ersten Greifer (121) aufweist, der den Buchblock (1) in die erste Position bringt und einen zweiten Greifer (122), der den Buchblock (1) in die zweite Position bringt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung eine Steuerung (99) aufweist, die einen Antrieb des ersten Greifers (121) und des zweiten Greifers (122) derartig ansteuert, so dass der erste Greifer (121) einen Buchblock (1') von einer Nullposition in die erste Position bringt, während der zweite Greifer (122) einen vorangegangenen Buchblock (1) von einer Übergabeposition in die zweite Position bringt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, wobei die Vorrichtung einen Fördertisch (191), der den Buchblock (1) an eine Nullposition fördert aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fördertisch (191) wenigstens ein Bein (195) aufweist, dass mit einem Rad (196) versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, wobei die Vorrichtung einen Fördertisch (191), der den Buchblock (1) an eine Nullposition fördert aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fördertisch (191) eine Arretierung (194) aufweist, um den Fördertisch (191) in der Betriebsposition zu arretierten.
