Claims (7)
- Chariot élévateur pour rayonnages hauts comprenant un moyen de réception de la charge (7a) fixé sur un mât de levage (5) pour desservir des rayonnages (1, 2) situés latéralement par rapport au chariot élévateur pour rayonnages hauts, le moyen de réception de la charge (7a) pouvant être déplacé dans la direction verticale et le moyen de réception de la charge (7a) pouvant être déplacé horizontalement dans la direction transversale (11) du chariot élévateur pour rayonnages hauts, le chariot élévateur pour rayonnages hauts pouvant être déplacé au moins dans sa direction longitudinale (10), caractérisé par un dispositif de commande pour commander les mouvements du moyen de réception de la charge (7a) et du chariot élévateur pour rayonnages hauts, qui présente un mode de fonctionnement avec les caractéristiques suivantes :- un positionnement du chariot élévateur pour rayonnages hauts dans sa direction longitudinale (10) peut être commandé exclusivement manuellement par un opérateur,- un positionnement du moyen de réception de la charge (7a) dans la direction verticale peut être commandé exclusivement manuellement par un opérateur,- un déplacement du moyen de réception de la charge (7a) dans la direction transversale (11) du chariot élévateur pour rayonnages hauts peut être commandé au choix manuellement par un opérateur ou automatiquement par le dispositif de commande,- un léger déplacement vers le haut du moyen de réception de la charge (7a) pour soulever une charge se trouvant dans le rayonnage (1, 2) peut être commandé au choix manuellement par un opérateur ou automatiquement par le dispositif de commande,- un léger déplacement vers le bas du moyen de réception de la charge (7a) pour abaisser une charge se trouvant dans le rayonnage (1, 2) peut être commandé au choix manuellement par un opérateur ou automatiquement par le dispositif de commande.
- Chariot élévateur pour rayonnages hauts selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande est connecté à un capteur de détection de charge qui modifie sa position de commutation selon qu'une charge se trouve ou non sur le moyen de réception de la charge (7a).
- Chariot élévateur pour rayonnages hauts selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande est connecté à un commutateur automatique dont l'actionnement permet au dispositif de commande d'effectuer automatiquement les mouvements suivants du moyen de réception de la charge (7a) :- déplacement du moyen de réception de la charge (7a) dans la direction transversale (11) du chariot élévateur pour rayonnages hauts dans le rayonnage (1, 2),- soulèvement du moyen de réception de la charge (7a) dans le rayonnage (1, 2) en fonction du signal du capteur de détection de la charge,- déplacement du moyen de réception de la charge (7a) dans la direction transversale (11) du chariot élévateur pour rayonnages hauts hors du rayonnage (1, 2).
- Chariot élévateur pour rayonnages hauts selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande est réalisé de telle sorte qu'une vitesse de déplacement ajustée manuellement du moyen de réception de la charge (7a) soit conservée après un actionnement du commutateur automatique.
- Chariot élévateur pour rayonnages hauts selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande est connecté à un commutateur manuel dont l'actionnement permet au dispositif de commande de terminer un déplacement automatique du moyen de réception de la charge (7a).
- Chariot élévateur pour rayonnages hauts selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande est réalisé de telle sorte qu'une vitesse de déplacement ajustée automatiquement du moyen de réception de la charge (7a) soit conservée après un actionnement du commutateur manuel.
- Chariot élévateur pour rayonnages hauts selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le commutateur automatique et le commutateur manuel sont formés par un élément de commande commun.
