Claims (6)

  1. Procédé pour fabriquer des paquets de cigarettes (10) du type boîte à couvercle rabattable comprenant un bloc de cigarettes (14) en tant que contenu de paquet et un flan en matériau mince, séparé, disposé dans le paquet de cigarettes (10) en tant que complément de paquet, à savoir un flan additionnel (25), en particulier un coupon, une banderole ou analogue, présentant les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) le bloc de cigarettes (14), durant son transport le long d'une trajectoire de paquet, à savoir le long d'une trajectoire de bloc (32), est muni du flan additionnel (25) acheminé par le haut,
    b) l'unité formée par le bloc de cigarettes (14) et le flan additionnel (25) est acheminée le long de la trajectoire de bloc (32) à un groupe de pliage, à savoir un revolver de pliage (16) entraîné en rotation, et introduite dans la zone d'un poste d'insertion (33), dans une poche (17, 18) du revolver de pliage (16),
    c) dans la poche (17, 18) du revolver de pliage (16) se trouve un flan de paquet (11) partiellement plié, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    d) dans la zone d'un poste d'insertion (33), l'unité formée par le bloc de cigarettes (14) et le flan additionnel (25) est chargée électrostatiquement par une électrode de charge (28, 29) disposée au-dessus de la poche (17, 18) du revolver de pliage (16),
    e) le revolver de pliage (16) est ensuite déplacé en rotation et, pendant le mouvement de rotation du flan de paquet (11), est plié autour de l'unité issue du bloc de cigarettes (14) et du flan additionnel (25).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) dans la zone de la trajectoire de bloc (32), le flan additionnel (25) est d'abord déposé sur la face supérieure du bloc de cigarettes (14),
    b) ensuite, un collier (15) est posé sur l'unité formée par le bloc de cigarettes (14) et le flan additionnel (25) de manière à ce que le flan additionnel (25) soit partiellement recouvert par le collier (15),
    c) après l'insertion de l'unité formée par le bloc de cigarettes (14), le flan additionnel (25) et le collier (15) dans la poche (17, 18) du revolver de pliage (16), la charge électrostatique est assurée par l'électrode de charge (28, 29) disposée au-dessus du bloc de cigarettes (14).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un flan additionnel (25) multicouche, en particulier plié en zigzag, est chargé électrostatiquement, de manière à ce que les couches du flan additionnel (25), du fait de de la charge électrostatique, soient posées étroitement les unes sur les autres et fixées sur le bloc de cigarettes (14).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce qu'un flan additionnel (25) allongé est à chaque fois chargé électrostatiquement au niveau des zones de bordure ou d'extrémité.
  5. Dispositif pour fabriquer des paquets de cigarettes (10) réalisés sous forme de boîtes à couvercle rabattable, comprenant un flan séparé en matériau mince, servant de complément de paquet, à savoir un flan additionnel (25), en particulier un coupon, une banderole ou analogue, dans lequel le flan additionnel (25) peut être acheminé par un distributeur de coupons (26) et appliqué contre un bloc de cigarettes (14) comme contenu de paquet, présentant les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) les blocs de cigarettes (14) peuvent être transportés à une certaine distance les uns par rapport aux autres, par un convoyeur de paquets(32), le long d'une trajectoire de bloc,
    b) dans chaque cas, un flan additionnel (25) peut être posé sur la face supérieure d'un bloc de cigarettes (14) par le distributeur de coupons,
    c) les blocs de cigarettes (14) avec les flans additionnels (25) posés dessus peuvent être insérés dans les poches (17, 18) d'un revolver de pliage (16) dans la zone d'un poste d'insertion, caractérisé en ce que
    d) au moins une électrode de charge (28, 29) est disposée au-dessus des poches (17, 18) ouvertes vers le haut du revolver de pliage (16), dans la zone du poste d'insertion (33), pour la charge électrostatique de l'unité formée par le bloc de cigarettes (14) et du flan additionnel (25).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que dans un mode de fonctionnement à deux voies, le revolver de pliage (16) présente deux poches (17, 18) disposées l'une à côté de l'autre dans la zone du poste d'insertion (33), avec un flan de paquet (11) partiellement plié, dans chaque poche étant disposé un flan de paquet (11) partiellement plié et servant à loger respectivement une unité formée par le bloc de cigarettes (14), le flan additionnel (25) et, le cas échéant, d'un collier (15) et, dans la zone du poste d'insertion (33), une électrode de charge (28, 29) étant disposée au-dessus de chaque poche (17, 18).
