Claims (13)
- Verfahren zur maschinellen Umschlingung eines Aufgussbeutels (1) mit einem Zugfaden (11), der den Aufgussbeutel (1) in Längsrichtung in zwei mit seitlichem Abstand zueinander angeordneten Lagen umgibt und mittels dem dieser auspressbar ist, wobei der Zugfaden (11) jeweils doppelt durch zwei in dem Kopfteil (2) vorgesehene Ausnehmungen (4,5) hindurch gesteckt und auf einer Seite des Aufgussbeutels (1) zu einer Schlinge (31, 32) geformt ist, das eine von jeder Schlinge (31, 32) abführende Teilstück des Zugfadens (11) den Aufgussbeutel (1) umschlingt, durch die Schlinge (31, 32) zurückgeführt ist und ein Zugglied (11', 11") zum Auspressen des Aufgussbeutels (1) bildet und die beiden Schlingen (31, 32) über ein an dem Kopfteil (2) des Aufgussbeutels (1) anliegenden Zwischenstück (35) miteinander verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zugfaden (11) zunächst auf einer Seite des Aufgussbeutels (1) zumindest bis in Höhe der Ausnehmungen (4, 5) des Kopfteils (2) U-förmig ausgerichtet und als Schlingen (31, 32) durch die Ausnehmungen (4, 5) zur anderen Seite hindurchgeführt wird, dass sodann im Bereich des Bodens (3) des Aufgussbeutels (1) zwei weitere Schlingen (33; 34) ausgeformt werden, die etwa gleichartig zu den im Bereich des Kopfteils (2) gebildeten Schlingen (31, 32) verlaufen, und dass danach die dem Boden (3) des Aufgussbeutels (1) zugeordneten Schlingen (33, 34) durch die im Kopfteil (2) gehaltenen Schlingen(31, 32) hindurchgeführt und zur Bildung der Zugglieder (11', 11") aufgezogen werden. - Verfahren zur maschinellen Umschlingung eines Aufgussbeutels
nach Anspruch 1
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die U-förmig Ausformung des Zugfadens (11) mittels eines an den seitlichen Abstand der beiden im Kopfteil (2) des Aufgussbeutels (1) vorgesehenen Ausnehmungen (4, 5) angepassten Schiebers (16), eines Zuggliedes oder eines ähnlichen Führungsgliedes erfolgt, mittels dem der Zugfaden (11) zwischen vorzugsweise zwei seitlich angeordneten Führungsrollen (13, 14) in Richtung des Aufgussbeutels (1) verformbar ist. - Verfahren zur maschinellen Umschlingung eines Aufgussbeutels nach
nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Boden (3) des Aufgussbeutels (1) zugeordneten Schlingen (33, 34) mit Hilfe zweier im Bereich des Bodens (3) in den Aufgussbeutel (1) eingearbeiteter Ausnehmungen (6, 7) oder mittels eines oder zwei mit Abstand zu dem Boden (3) angeordneter Führungsglieder (18) gebildet werden, durch die bzw. zwischen denen und dem Boden (3) der Zugfaden (11) hindurchgeführt wird. - Verfahren zur maschinellen Umschlingung eines Aufgussbeutels
nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die im Bereich des Bodens (3) des Aufgussbeutels (1) vorgesehenen Schlingen (33, 34) mit Hilfe einer Rolle (18) oder dergleichen als Führungsglied ausgeformt werden, die mit Abstand zu dem Boden (3) angeordnet ist und zwischen der und dem Boden (3) der Zugfaden (11) jeweils hindurchgeführt wird. - Verfahren zur maschinellen Umschlingung eines Aufgussbeutels
nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei mit Hilfe einer Rolle (19) als Führungsglied gebildeter Schlingen (33, 34) der Zugfaden (11) im Bereich des Bodens (3) in in diesen eingearbeiteten oder eingeformten Einschnitten geführt wird. - Verfahren zur maschinellen Umschlingung eines Aufgussbeutels
nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Kopfteil (2) und dem Boden (3) des Aufgussbeutels (1) zugeordneten Schlingen (31, 32 bzw. 33, 34) jeweils durch ein gesondertes Verstellglied (21, 22) z. B. in Form einer Doppelnadel gebildet werden. - Verfahren zur maschinellen Umschlingung eines Aufgussbeutels
nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Kopfteil (2) des Aufgussbeutels (1) zugeordneten Schlingen (31, 32) bei der Bildung der dem Boden (3) zugeordneten Schlingen (33, 34) durch ein die im Kopfteil (2) ausgeformten Schlingen (31, 32) hindurchzuführenden Verstellglied (23), z.B. eine Hakennadel, arretiert werden. - Verfahren zur maschinellen Umschlingung eines Aufgussbeutels
nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zur Bildung der das Kopfteil (2) des Aufgussbeutels (1) durchgreifenden Schlingen (31, 32) verwendete Verstellglied (21) in den Bereich des Bodens (3) verstellt, vorzugsweise verschwenkt, und dort von den Schlingen (31, 32) gelöst wird und dass danach mittels dieses Verstellgliedes (21) die Schlingen (33, 34) im Bereich des Bodens (3) ausgeformt werden. - Verfahren zur maschinellen Umschlingung eines Aufgussbeutels
nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur gemeinsamen Ausformung der das Kopfteil (2) durchgreifenden Schlingen (31, 32) und der im Bereich des Bodens (3) vorgesehenen Schlingen (33, 34) zwei mit seitlichem Abstand zueinander angeordnete Hakennadeln (24, 25) vorgesehen werden, die bei der Ausformung der im Bereich des Bodens (3) zu bildenden Schlingen (33, 34) in einen Freiraum der dem Kopfteil (2) zugeordneter Schlingen (31, 32) verdreht werden. - Verfahren zur maschinellen Umschlingung eines Aufgussbeutels
nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eines oder beide Zugglieder (11', 11") des Zugfadens (11) vorzugsweise in den Endbereichen mit Etiketten (10) oder ähnlichem versehen werden. - Verfahren zur maschinellen Umschlingung eines Aufgussbeutels
nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der den Aufgussbeutel (1) umgreifende Zugfaden (11) nach dem Anbringen des Etikettes (10) zum Beispiel mit Hilfe einer verstellbaren Rolle (19) derart gespannt wird, dass das Etikett (10) an dem Kopfteil (2) des Aufgussbeutels (1) anliegt. - Verfahren zur maschinellen Umschlingung eines Aufgussbeutels
nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass überschüssige Teile (11"', 11"") des Zugfadens (1) nach dem Verspannen mit dem Aufgussbeutel (1) mit Hilfe eines verstellbaren Schiebers (20) oder einer Rolle (20') in dem Aufgussbeutel (1) oder zwischen zwei Kammern verwahrt werden. - Verfahren zur maschinellen Umschlingung eines Aufgussbeutels
nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden im Bereich des Bodens (3) des Aufgussbeutels (1) gebildeten Schlingen (33, 34) beim Aufziehen der Schlingen (33, 34) in einer Kulisse (17) oder dergleichen geführt werden.
