Claims (15)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen eines Produkts (2), insbesondere eines abnehmbaren kosmetischen Produkts, die aufweist:
    - eine ausgehöhlte Basis (11), die eine zylindrische Innenwand (10) besitzt,
    - einen Becher (3), der zur Aufnahme des Produkts bestimmt ist,
    - einen Schacht (18), der über der Basis geformt und drehfrei bezüglich dieser letzteren ist, wobei der Becher sich als Reaktion auf eine Drehung des Schachts bezüglich der Basis axial (13) im Inneren des Schachts bewegt, wobei der Becher in Drehung mit dem Schacht gekoppelt ist,
    wobei der Becher am Ende einer Stange ausgebildet ist, die in der Nähe eines freien Endes (16) der Stange mindestens einen Zapfen (8) in Eingriff mit einer Schraubenrille (9) der Innenwand der Basis aufweist, wobei der Zapfen elastisch von der Stange getragen wird, um sich von der Rille in Höhe mindestens eines ihrer Enden (12, 38) lösen zu können,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schacht ein Mittel (20) aufweist, um die Verschiebung des Bechers zu begrenzen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange lotrecht zu einem Boden des vom Becher geformten Aufnahmebehälters ausgerichtet ist und sich insbesondere in Höhe einer Mitte dieses Bodens erhebt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel (20) den Schacht in Querrichtung verschließt und den Raum einer Öffnung (25) frei lässt, um ein Gleiten der Stange durch diese Öffnung zu tolerieren.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange einen Querschnitt aufweist, der komplementär zum Innenumfang dieser Öffnung ist, um in Drehung fest mit dem Schacht verbunden zu sein.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Querschnitt in Höhe des Zapfens größer ist als der Innenumfang der Öffnung.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Länge (15) der Stange, die zwischen dem Zapfen und einem Boden (7) des Bechers definiert ist, im Wesentlichen gleich einer Höhe (21) des Schachts gemäß der Schraubenachse zwischen dem Mittel (20) und einer Ausgabeöffnung (19) des Schachts ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel auf einer Kante (17) der Basis aufliegt, die einen Zugang (12) zur gerillten Wand begrenzt.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Länge (15) der Stange, die zwischen dem Zapfen und einem Boden (7) des Bechers definiert ist, im Wesentlichen gleich einer Höhe (14) der gerillten Wand gemäß der Schraubenachse ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schacht auf einer Innenwand einen Wulst (22) mit halbzylindrischem Querschnitt aufweist, um mit einer Kehle (23) zusammenzuwirken, die auf einem Außenumfang (24) der Basis vorgesehen ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zapfen auf einer bezüglich der Stange beweglichen Zunge (28) angeordnet ist, wobei diese Zunge in Höhe eines freien Endes (16) der Stange entgegengesetzt zu einem Boden (7) des Bechers gehalten wird.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange vier Zapfen aufweist, die gleichmäßig an ihrer Peripherie angeordnet sind, wobei jeder Zapfen eine Wölbung (32) in der Achse einer der Facetten der Stange bildet.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zapfen gemäß einem Längsschnitt eine variable Dicke (30, 31) entlang der Achse (27) der Stange aufweist, wobei diese Dicke sich in der Nähe eines Endes (29', 29") des Zapfens verjüngt.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rille einen Boden (37) aufweist, der von zwei Randleisten (35, 36) umrahmt wird, um den Zapfen aufzunehmen, wobei ein Winkel (β), der zwischen einer ersten Randleiste und dem Boden gebildet wird, sich von einem Winkel (γ) unterscheidet, der zwischen der zweiten Randleiste und diesem gleichen Boden gebildet wird, wobei diese Anordnung der Randleisten so ist, dass der Zapfen sich wieder in die Rille einfügt, wenn er in Drehung gegen den Rand versetzt wird, der den am wenigsten spitzen Winkel mit dem Boden bildet.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Kappe (26) aufweist, die auf der Basis gehalten werden kann.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis ein an beiden Seiten offenes Rohr ist und mit einer Boden-Abdeckfolie versehen ist.
