Definitions

  • the invention relates to a mechanism for a case for applying a cosmetic product, in particular a lipstick grape, and a case comprising such a mechanism.
  • the invention also relates to a case for applying a cosmetic product comprising a cover, a base which comprises a mechanism according to the invention.
  • the mechanism of the case makes it possible to selectively move the cosmetic product between a retracted position and an application position in which the cosmetic product is capable of being applied by friction.
  • the actuation of the mechanism is generally controlled manually by applying a rotational movement to the base of the case, which rotational movement is transmitted to the mechanism to cause the axial displacement of the cup containing the cosmetic product.
  • a mechanism of the type described above comprising a sleeve is in particular but not exclusively used when the cosmetic product has a so-called “soft” ( soft ) to “very soft” ( very soft ) formulation.
  • the cosmetic product is then directly in contact with part of the internal wall of the sleeve to ensure its retention.
  • such soft cosmetic product formulations are not capable of being packaged in the form of a stick forming a grape capable of exhibiting sufficient mechanical strength, in particular during processing. cosmetic product application.
  • the cosmetic product is generally poured directly into the sleeve, for example through the cup of the mechanism.
  • a different design is known for integrating such a sleeve, also called an “ A-shell ”, in a mechanism.
  • the sleeve is made in one piece, in one piece, with the guide of the mechanism.
  • the sleeve is an aesthetic part because such a sleeve is visible, since it extends outside the base of the case inside which the rest of the mechanism is housed.
  • the sleeve is generally made of a metallic material, such as anodized aluminum, to preserve the aesthetics of the case, the base and cover of which are often made of "precious" materials. .
  • the use of metallic material for the sleeve improves the cooling of the cosmetic product formulation after it has been poured as well as its appearance, making it possible in particular to reduce the duration of the manufacturing cycle.
  • the upper part of the tubular body constitutes a sleeve while the lower part constitutes a guide for a cup made in two parts.
  • This first one-piece design of the sleeve and of the guide also has the drawback of using the same material throughout the entire piece.
  • the sleeve and the guide are made in the form of two separate parts.
  • This second design then makes it possible to freely choose the material of each of the parts, typically a metallic material for the sleeve and a plastic material for the guide of the mechanism.
  • Such bonds by gluing or by crimping have the advantage of simultaneously ensuring an axial connection and a rotational connection between the sleeve and the guide.
  • Punching sometimes leads to the formation of chips, in particular when the sleeve has a finishing coating deposited by anodization.
  • the production of a crimping is a delicate operation to master, in particular when the two parts are made of different materials with a plastic guide.
  • Mechanism allowing a connection between the sleeve and the guide such as the one, for example, described in document US 4,983,059A .
  • the aim of the invention is in particular to provide a novel mechanism design making it possible to resolve at least some of the drawbacks of the state of the art while having a connection between the sleeve and the guide which is advantageously simple, reliable and economical. .
  • the mechanism comprises elastic interlocking fixing means for axially immobilizing said sleeve with respect to the guide and means for locking in rotation for locking said sleeve in rotation with respect to the guide.
  • Such elastic interlocking fixing means are respectively carried by the guide and the sleeve intended to be immobilized axially together.
  • the elastic interlocking fixing means intervening between the guide and the sleeve are configured to obtain a non-removable fixing.
  • the elastic interlocking fixing means according to the invention make it possible to guarantee the fixing of the sleeve and of the guide, very particularly good resistance in the event of application of a tensile force axially upwards which would for example be exerted on the sleeve. while the guide would be maintained.
  • the means for blocking the sleeve in rotation are means distinct from said fixing means by elastic interlocking.

  • the flexible tabs 70 ensure, after assembly, a non-removable fixing of the sleeve 46 on the head 18 of the guide 16.
  • the head 18 of the guide 16 is configured so that the flexible tabs 70 have a radially "e" space relative to the cup 12 which is determined to obtain a non-removable fixing of the sleeve 46 with the guide 16.
  • said space "e” is determined to obtain a non-removable fixing between the sleeve 46 and the guide 16, the flexible tabs 70 not being able to disengage radially from the openings 54 once the cup 12 has been fitted as soon as the The space "e" is then insufficient.
  • the assembly of the cup 12 After having assembled the sleeve 46 and the guide 16 in order to fix them by elastic interlocking, the assembly of the cup 12 then locks the flexible tabs 70 in the fixing position.
  • the space “e” is insufficient for the tabs 70 to be able to move radially by disengaging from the openings 54 of the sleeve 46.
  • such a space “e” also makes it possible to avoid any contact of the flexible tabs 70 with the cup 12 thanks to which, in the absence of interference, the torque to be applied to cause the displacement of the cup 12 is not unaffected.
  • the elastic interlocking fixing means could have only one flexible tab 70.
  • said at least one lower face 78 for immobilizing said at least one flexible tab 70 forming the fixing means comprises at least one notch 86.
  • said lower face 78 for immobilizing the deformable flexible tab 70 comprises a plurality of parallel notches 86 intended to cooperate with the lower edge 58 of the opening 54 of the sleeve 46.
