Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Laufberuhigung einer Gliederkette eines Kettenzuges, insbesondere zur Verhinderung der Ausbildung einer Resonanzschwingung der Gliederkette, in dem eine Gliederkette über ein polygonales Kettenrad mit ungleichförmiger Teilung geführt wird, das von einem Elektromotor angetrieben wird.
Um ein Verfahren zur Verhinderung der Ausbildung einer Resonanzschwingung der Gliederkette zu schaffen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass der Geschwindigkeit des Kettenrades (4) eine periodische und/oder stochastische sowie dämpfende Steuergröße überlagert wird und die dämpfende Steuergröße eine Änderung der Kettengeschwindigkeit in Art bewirkt, dass eine Ausbildung einer Resonanzschwingung verhindert wird.
Der Kettentrieb mit verminderten Polygoneffekt zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass dem Elektromotor (2) ein elektronischer Dämpfer (8) vorgeschaltet ist, der eine Steuerung des Elektromotors (2) in der Art bewirkt, dass eine Ausbildung einer Resonanzschwingung der Gliederkette (5) verhindert wird.
