- the long hook spring 14 has a rounded material edge to the spring properties to improve and to avoid wear on the extrusion coating 30 at the same time.
- the formation of the terminal 39 in particular as a continuation of the uninterrupted
- the guideway of the hook spring 14 has an important function. Between the top arch 42 of the clamp 39 and the adjacent hook part 12 there is a space (see FIG. 5 or 13) so that the upper part 42 springs back and thus the clamp 39 can open when the bracket back 29 with the extrusion 30 meets the clamp 39, to then take its rest position within the terminal 39.
- the locking roller already apparent from FIG. 1 19 used in Fig. 7-17 in different views and functional positions you can see. It preferably consists of a longitudinally slotted sliding guide bush 43 made of plastic (Fig. 14), which is also a thin on the outside slotted metal sheath.
- the sliding guide bush 43 is on the bracket back 29 put on so that they the z. B. occupies the position shown in Fig. 14. There it will follow Inserting into an injection mold with a wear-resistant plastic encapsulation 44 provided so that a locking roller 19 rotatably mounted on the bracket back 29 is formed.
- the arc sections 45 of the holding bracket 18 are made of plastic existing sliders 46 molded, the bottom of which is substantially at the level of Bottom of the extrusion 44 is (Fig. 16, 17).
- a further reduction in wear due to friction results from a Another special feature in the formation of the hook spring 14, namely in the formation of the resilient clamp 39. Its opening must be from the locking roller 19 at each inlet be spread into the locking position within the terminal 39, with the consequence a corresponding friction between the plastic encapsulation 30 and 44 and the Terminal 39.
- a sliding plate 47 (in particular Fig. 10-17) with two opposing slideways 48 in the from the drawings evident way attached to the hook 11. This is preferably done by simple interposition of the sliding plate 47 between the hook spring 14 and the underlying one Catch hook 11 in the area of the clamp 39.
- the shape and position of the sliding plate 47 can best be seen from FIG. 10. In this position on the hook 11 that is Slide plate 47 is securely positioned and is riveted by the hook spring 14 by the Projection 40 attached to the hook 11.
- the two slideways 48 lie slightly, in the present exemplary embodiment around 0.5 mm higher on the catch hook 11 than the middle part 50 lying in between. This means that the locking roller 19 when reaching the terminal 39 (Fig. 16) below no contact has more with the hook spring 14. Because now the sliders 46 are in engagement with the Slideways 48 arrive and support the bracket 18 when the locking roller runs in 19 in the clamp 39. As soon as the locking roller 19, as shown in Fig. 16, on the upward arched part 51 of the clamp 39, it now rolls on the upper inside the terminal 39 - rotating clockwise - from until the one shown in Fig. 17 is reached Click. 16 and 17 is for reasons of better clarity Hook part 12 omitted in the illustration. It goes without saying that the way back the locking roller 19 just as gentle and with extremely little wear runs, both what the running out of the terminal 39 and the leadership and the Contact on the path of the hook spring 14 under the pressure of the leg springs 31 applies.
- FIG. 15 is a further preferred embodiment of the Retaining bracket 18 shown in connection with a single leg spring 31a.
- the arm 27 has a step-shaped angled section 50 in the region of its free end on, which at the end has an inwardly angled bearing pin 17a, which with the Bearing pin 17 of the other arm 28, which is not compared to the shape previously described is changed, aligned and a common pivot axis for the bracket 18 on the Bearing part 15 forms.
- the bracket 18 is attached to the bearing part 15 so that the journals 17, 17a the bearing openings 16 assigned to them (hidden in FIG.
- the differences relate primarily to the locking roller 19 and the terminal 39, as previously shown in Figs. 7-17, but also in Fig. 18 are. Because in this modification, the two are made of sheet metal webs in the shown Form and arrangement existing arms 27, 28 of the bracket 18 at its free end connected via an axis 29 ', which in this embodiment forms the bracket back.
- Two locking rollers 19 ' are rotatably arranged on the axis. Between the two Locking rollers 19 'there is a spacer roller 29 "also in on the axis 29' rotatable arrangement.
- the spacer roller 29 " has a larger diameter than the locking rollers 19 ', so that the spacer roller 29 "when opening the door leaf rolls along on the hook spring 14 until it reaches the hook part 12 of the catch hook 11 Has.
- the clamp 39 of the hook spring 14 previously shown in one piece in the remaining figures is in the present modification as a two-part clamp consisting of two clamp parts 39 ' formed, which are spaced from each other. The distance is greater than the width of the Spacer roller 29 ", so that the spacer roller 29" without touching the clamping parts 39 'in the hook part 12 can enter.
- the third embodiment of the door arrester according to the invention shown in FIGS. 22 and 23 is characterized by a particularly simple design. Because at the end of the bracket 18 are on the arcuate sections of the arms 27, 28 of the bracket 18 on Transition to the temple back 29, as can be seen in particular from FIG. 22, plastic extrusions 54 provided in the form shown there, which is in one piece with a sliding block 55 are molded onto the bracket 18. The shoe 55 leaves an upper Section of the temple back 29 free between the two lateral plastic extrusions 54 lies so that it is in the catching position (cf. also FIG. 23) with the clamp 39 comes into engagement. The plastic extrusions 54 hold the sliding block 55 on the Temple back 29 firmly.
- the slider 55 slides on the surface of the hook spring 14 when the door wing is pivoted and the bracket 18 is moved accordingly between the closed position of the door wing, where the slide shoe 55 on the free end of the hook spring 18 rests, and the position shown in FIGS. 22 and 23 when the strap back runs in 29 in the clamp 39.
- the upper part of the clamp 39 is used for exemplary embodiments Entry of the back of the bow 29 is raised resiliently, the clamp 39 is consequently opened, and then closed when the bracket back 29 rests in the clamp 39 and there is held.
- the remaining components of this third embodiment correspond e.g. the structure of the door arrester from FIGS. 7-17.
- Projection 38 can also connect a multi-part catch hook 11 to the base plate 9, which in turn can also be made in several parts, even if the one shown and described form is preferred because of its advantages.
- FIGs. 24-28 differs from the previous one described embodiments and shown in the drawings above all in that the hook spring 14 used in the other embodiments with the resilient clamp 39 or with clamp parts 39 'is omitted because that on the catch hook 11 located end of the previously used hook spring 14 no longer as a clamp for holding the locking roller or the locking element in the catch position of the bracket 18 is used. Instead, the locking position of the locking roller or otherwise brought about locking element in the hook part 12 by other means.
- the fourth embodiment of the invention now serves instead of a hook spring a stable hook extension 14a with an upper surface designed as a raceway 14b Guiding the locking roller - designated 29c in the present example - and thus also the bracket 18 when opening and closing the door leaf.
- the catch hook 11 including its hook extension 14a is preferably a stamped sheet metal part formed and in the manner shown in the slot 36 of the base plate 9 of the Door arrester inserted and useful both on the front and on the Back, where the sword 13 of the catch hook 11 is supported on the base plate 9 with this welded.
- a hook projection 64 extends as an extension of the Hook swords 13 to the rear, as can be seen in FIG. 28.
- the hook projection 64 serves for receiving a rocker 60 on an axis 63.
- the rocker 60 consists of two in Cheeks 61 spaced apart from one another. Both cheeks 61 are on axis 63 attached while the axis 63 is rotatably mounted in the hook projection 64. Or the axis 63 is fixed in the hook projection 64 and each of the cheeks 61 is on the axis 63 rotatably mounted and secured against lateral sliding.
- the latter embodiment is preferred, since in this each cheek 61 with the respective spring 70 independently of one another interacts.
- the catch hook 11 is between the two Cheeks 61 arranged without touch, but also without unnecessarily wide play.
- a stop 69 is fastened in the hook sword 13, which in the present case is cone-shaped is trained, clearly protrudes on both sides of the hook sword and each in the associated recess 66 of the respective cheek 61 engages.
- the stop 69 is used Limitation of the rotary movement of the rocker 60 about the axis 63 in the rest position of the door arrester, So if the door leaf in question is closed and the compression springs 70 Push cheeks 61 upwards.
- the structure and shape of the Retaining bracket 18 of this fourth embodiment and the third embodiment, such as especially Fig. 19 shows, in all essential parts - with the exception of the front free end of the bracket 18.
- the bracket 18 shown in FIG. 19 is located namely, in the fourth exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 24-28, on the as Axle 29 serving bracket back in a rotatable arrangement a central locking roller 29c and two side rollers 29a, 29b next to this.
- These roles preferably consist of an abrasion resistant plastic and they are independently rotatable on the axis 29 stored.
- the bracket 18 When the door leaf is opened, the bracket 18 becomes that shown in FIG Position pulled through the window 22 of the base plate 9.
- the retaining bracket 18 guided in that the locking roller 29c on the curved track 14b of the hook extension 14a rolls.
- the side rollers 29a, 29b have no contact with the hook extension 14a and not with the window 22 because of the career 14b forming hook extension 14a runs above the lower edge of the window 22.
- Behind the base plate 9 come the side rollers 29a, 29b as the opening movement continues of the door wing each with slopes 62 of the cheeks 61 of the rocker 60, as shown, in touch.
- the locking roller 29c contacts the Inside of the hook part 12, so that there is a downward pressure on the locking rollers 29a, 29b when the locking roller 29c continues to enter the hook part 12 results.
- This causes the cheeks 61 of the rocker 60 to move clockwise around the axis 63 rotated against the pressure of the compression spring 70 until the side rollers 29a, 29b have reached the highest point of the slopes 62.
- the locking roller 29c runs in its final locking position in the hook part 12, the rocker 60 with the cheeks 61st springs back so that the side rollers 29a, 29b each in corresponding receiving sections 72 are on the top of the cheeks 61, such as. B. Fig. 27 shows.
- the compression springs 70 exert a spring pressure via the cheeks 61 of the rocker 60, through the locking roller 29c and thus the bracket 18 securely in the locking position being held.
