Abstract
Description
- ouvrir l'emballage; l'ouverture ayant pour effet de mettre en communication de manière sensiblement étanche le compartiment avec un moyen d'aspiration de type venturi;
- aspirer au moyen d'un fluide sous pression par effet de vide du liquide en dehors du compartiment pour l'amener dans le moyen d'aspiration de type venturi, lequel est en communication avec un fluide sous pression chauffé et éventuellement un gaz;
- mélanger du liquide alimentaire ou autre avec le fluide sous pression chauffé et éventuellement le gaz de manière à réchauffer et éventuellement émulsifier et/ou mousser la préparation alimentaire, et

Claims (29)
- Emballage jetable pour la distribution d'au moins une préparation à partir d'au moins un liquide pompable comprenant au moins un compartiment fermé contenant le liquide pompable, caractérisé en ce que l'emballage comprend des moyens pour accueillir un sous-ensemble d'aspiration et de mélange de type venturi et des moyens de scellement de l'emballage.
- Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour accueillir le sous-ensemble d'aspiration et de mélange comprennent un passage servant de logement audit sous-ensemble et en ce que les moyens de scellement sont destinés à coopérer en ouverture avec le sous-ensemble d'aspiration et de mélange dans ledit passage de manière à mettre en communication le compartiment avec le sous-ensemble d'aspiration et de mélange, et une ouverture pour l'éjection de ladite préparation.
- Emballage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le sous-ensemble d'aspiration et de mélange est solidarisé au logement et apte à se déplacer entre une position de fermeture dans laquelle le sous-ensemble d'aspiration et de mélange est désengagé des moyens de scellement et une position d'ouverture dans laquelle le sous-ensemble d'aspiration et de mélange engage en ouverture les moyens de scellement.
- Emballage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture à travers l'opercule est obturée par un grillage.
- Emballage selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un corps comprenant une cheminée formant le logement du sous-ensemble d'aspiration et de mélange, en ce que le corps délimite au moins ledit compartiment et en ce que les moyens de scellement comprennent un opercule scellé sur ledit corps pour au moins obturer ledit compartiment.
- Emballage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de scellement comprennent un anneau de scellement de l'opercule qui est scellé sur un bord de la cheminée, lequel anneau est forcé en descellement par déplacement relatif du sous-ensemble d'aspiration et de mélange dans la cheminée.
- Emballage selon la revendication 5 ou 6, ayant une contenance de l'ordre de quelques millilitres à quelques dizaines de millilitres, caractérisé en ce qu'il a la forme d'une capsule circulaire avec la cheminée en son centre et en ce que l'opercule forme l'élément de fermeture supérieure de ladite capsule.
- Emballage selon la revendication 5 ou 6, ayant une contenance de l'ordre de quelques décilitres, caractérisé en ce que l'opercule est disposé au-dessus d'une réserve de faible volume en communication avec l'intérieur de l'emballage, ladite réserve étant formée latéralement par une extension de l'élément de fermeture supérieur, par une paroi latérale et par un fond parallèle au fond dudit emballage.
- Emballage selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'opercule comprend un trou de diamètre inférieur au diamètre intérieur de la cheminée pour former un anneau pouvant être scellé ou pincé à l'extrémité du sous-ensemble d'aspiration et de mélange pour permettre de desceller partiellement ou totalement l'opercule de la cheminée lors du mouvement relatif en translation du sous-ensemble d'aspiration dans le logement pour mettre le liquide alimentaire en communication avec au moins un conduit débouchant dans le sous-ensemble d'aspiration pour permettre d'aspirer le liquide pompable, et un conduit débouchant au-dessus du fond de la capsule pour équilibrer la pression à l'intérieur de la capsule.
- Emballage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'opercule est bombé vers l'intérieur de l'emballage avant descellement, de sorte qu'après descellement, l'opercule forme une coupelle dans laquelle plongent les ouvertures des conduits d'équilibrage et d'aspiration de la buse.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'opercule comprend un trou de diamètre qui correspond sensiblement au diamètre intérieur de la cheminée et en ce que l'opercule est réalisé en un matériau pouvant être percé par les moyens d'ouverture du sous-ensemble d'aspiration et de mélange lors du mouvement relatif en translation du sous-ensemble d'aspiration et de mélange dans la cheminée.
- Emballage selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de percement de l'opercule sont formés par au moins deux conduits dont les extrémités sont recourbées à 180° pour percer l'opercule, l'un des conduits débouchant au-dessus du fond dudit emballage pour équilibrer la pression à l'intérieur, l'autre débouchant dans le sous-ensemble d'aspiration et de mélange pour permettre d'aspirer le liquide.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le volume intérieur de la capsule est séparé par des cloisons permettant de former au moins deux compartiments contenant chacun une dose de liquide, chaque compartiment comprenant des moyens de scellement apte à coopérer indépendamment en ouverture pouvant ainsi mettre en communication les compartiments avec le sous-ensemble d'aspiration et de mélange.
- Emballage selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le volume intérieur de la capsule est séparé par des cloisons permettant de former au moins deux compartiments contenant chacun des liquides alimentaires différents destinés à être mélangés au moyen d'au moins deux jeux de conduits d'équilibrage de pression et d'aspiration.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le corps de l'emballage comporte en outre des nervures de renforcement et/ou de positionnement du sous-ensemble d'aspiration et de mélange; ces nervures étant formées en creux dans le fond et dans la paroi, et orientées vers la cheminée.
- Emballage selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que certaines nervures forment aussi des cloisons ayant leur partie supérieure scellée à l'opercule.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 16, caractérisé en ce que le corps de la capsule comporte des ergots facilitant sa manipulation pour l'adapter à la tubulure d'un générateur de fluide sous pression ou à un accessoire solidaire de celui-ci.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le sous-ensemble d'aspiration et de mélange comprend au moins un conduit d'aspiration de liquide, au moins un conduit d'amenée de gaz, au moins une entrée de fluide sous pression, au moins une chambre d'aspiration dans laquelle communiquent les conduits et au moins une sortie pour la distribution de la préparation.
- Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour accueillir le sous-ensemble d'aspiration et de mélange sont agencés de manière à recevoir ledit sous-ensemble de façon permanente sans déplacement relatif; ledit sous-ensemble étant en communication avec le compartiment et les moyens de scellement étant agencés de manière à isoler à la fois ledit compartiment et le sous-ensemble du milieu extérieur.
- Emballage jetable pour la distribution d'au moins un liquide alimentaire, ledit emballage étant formé par une paroi latérale, par un fond et par un élément de fermeture comportant un opercule scellé, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un passage prévu pour recevoir des moyens de prélèvement, ledit opercule étant apte à être descellé dans une zone déterminée pour mettre en communication l'intérieur de l'emballage avec lesdits moyens de prélèvement lorsque lesdits moyens de prélèvement sont introduit dans ledit passage sans que les moyens de prélèvement ne pénètrent dans l'emballage.
- Méthode pour la production et la distribution d'une préparation de manière hygiénique caractérisée en ce qu'elle consiste à disposer d'un emballage jetable comprenant au moins un liquide pompable contenu dans au moins un compartiment de l'emballage et comprend les étapes consistant, en autres possibles, à:ouvrir l'emballage, l'ouverture ayant pour effet de mettre en communication de manière sensiblement étanche le compartiment avec un moyen de type venturi;aspirer au moyen d'un fluide sous pression par effet de vide du liquide en dehors du compartiment pour l'amener dans le moyen de type venturi, lequel est en communication avec un fluide sous pression chauffé et éventuellement un gaz;mélanger du liquide avec le fluide sous pression chauffé et éventuellement le gaz, de manière à réchauffer et éventuellement émulsifier ou mousser le liquide pour former la préparation, etdistribuer la préparation ainsi obtenu, réchauffée et éventuellement émulsifiée.
- Méthode selon la revendication 21, caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture de l'emballage est réalisée par l'action de déplacement relatif du moyen de type venturi par rapport à l'emballage.
- Méthode selon la revendication 22, caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture du compartiment se fait par percement de l'emballage et mise en communication du compartiment contenant le liquide par le moyen de type venturi par au moins un conduit.
- Méthode selon la revendication 22, caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture du compartiment se fait par rupture d'une partie scellée de l'emballage et mise en communication du compartiment contenant le liquide par le moyen de type venturi par au moins un conduit.
- Méthode selon la revendication 21, caractérisée en ce que lors de l'aspiration, le compartiment est rééquilibré en pression par mise en communication du compartiment à une sortie de pression atmosphérique à l'aide d'au moins un conduit de rééquilibrage de pression.
- Méthode selon la revendication 21, caractérisée en ce que le fluide sous pression est de la vapeur ou de l'eau chaude.
- Méthode selon la revendication 21, caractérisée en ce le gaz est de l'air.
- Méthode selon la revendication 21, caractérisée en ce que le moyen de type venturi fait partie intégrante de l'emballage et est jetable avec l'emballage.
- Méthode selon la revendication 21, caractérisée en ce que le moyen de type venturi fait partie d'une buse adaptée à être connectée à l'emballage.
