Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Entfernen von Fremdstoffen aus zu verarbeitendem Tabak (9), umfassend mehrere nebeneinander angeordnete, mittels Drehantrieb (73) drehbare Abnehmerwalzen (2), die in einen quer zu den Walzenachsen (20) geförderten Tabak-Materialstrom (90) eingreifen und an ihrem Außenumfang mit einem Abnehmermittel (42) zum Abnehmen der Fremdstoffe aus dem Materialstrom (90) versehen sind, wobei Abnehmerwalzen (2) jeweils einen um ihre Walzenachse (20) drehbar gelagerten zylindrischen Tragkörper aufweisen, mit dem das Abnehmermittel (42) lösbar verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abnehmerwalzen (2) jeweils einen Innenzylinder (3) und einen über diesen in lösbarer Verbindung gesetzten, ihn umgebenden äußeren Hohlzylinder (4) umfassen, wobei der Innenzylinder (3) durch den drehbar gelagerten zylindrischen Tragkörper und der Außenzylinder (4) durch wenigstens ein Zylinderteil gebildet ist, das in lösbarer Verbindung drehfest mit dem Innenzylinder (3) verbunden und an seinem Außenumfang mit dem Abnehmermittel (42) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß der Außenzylinder (4) durch wenigstens einen drehfest mit dem Innenzylinder (3) verbindbaren einteiligen Hohlzylinder gebildet ist, der in axialer Walzenrichtung über ein freies Ende des Innenzylinders (3) auf diesen aufsetzbar bzw. von ihm entnehmbar ist, wobei der Innenzylinder (3) an einem Ende derart freitragend gelagert ist, daß er unter Beibehaltung seiner Position in der Vorrichtung (1) zum Aufsetzen sowie zur Entnahme des Außenzylinders (4) an seinem anderen Ende frei zu liegen kommt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenzylinder (3) in Betriebs- und Rüstposition nur an einem Ende gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Drehlagerung (7) der Antriebswalze (2) eine mit dem Innenzylinder (3) verbundene Antriebswelle (71) umfaßt, die vorzugsweise mit einem dem Innenzylinder (3) zugeordneten Antriebsmotor (73) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenzylinder (3) als Hohlzylinder ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenzylinder (3) und/oder der Außenzylinder (4) aus Leichtwerkstoff wie Kunststoff gebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zur lösbaren Verbindung des Innenzylinders (3) mit dem Außenzylinder (4) eine Teile (31, 41) von Innenzylinder (3) und Außenzylinder (4) magnetisch verbindende Verbindungseinrichtung (5) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die magnetische Verbindungseinrichtung (5) an einem zum Aufsetzen sowie Entnehmen des Außenzylinders (4) freien Stirnende des Innenzylinders (3) angeordnet ist und wenigstens ein Stirnelement (31) des Innenzylinders (3), wenigstens ein zugeordnetes Stirnelement (41) des Außenzylinders (4) sowie ein Magnetmittel (51, 52) umfaßt, das benachbarte Stirnelemente (31, 41) der beiden Zylinder (3, 4) in drehfester Verbindung aneinander festsetzt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß das Magnetmittel wenigstens ein dauermagnetisches Element (51) und wenigstens ein magnetisierbares Element (52) umfaßt, wobei diese Elemente (51, 52) in einander gegenüberliegender Anordnung an den Zylinderstirnelementen (31, 41) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens an einem Zylinderstirnelement (41) wenigstens ein Mittel (52) des Magnetmittels (51, 52) in um die Walzenachse (20) ringförmig geschlossener Erstreckung angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungseinrichtung (5) zum Lösen der magnetischen Verbindung ein zwischen magnetisch verbundene Teile (31, 41) von Innenzylinder (3) und Außenzylinder (4) greifendes, vorzugsweise von Hand betätigbares Öffnungsmittel (53) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einem Stirnelement (41) des Außenzylinders (4) ein Griff (61) zum Handhaben wenigstens eines Teils des Außenzylinders (4) angeordnet ist, wobei das Öffnungsmittel (53) in Verbindung mit dem Griff (61) betätigbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Griff (61) schwenkbar an dem Stirnelement (41) des Außenzylinders (4) gelagert ist, wobei der Griff (61) ein gegen Rückstellkraft arbeitendes Schwenkteil (62) aufweist, mit dem beim Entnehmen des Außenzylinders (4) durch Erfassen des Griffs (61) das Öffnungsmittel (53), vorzugsweise in Form eines mit dem Schwenkteil (62) bewegbaren Bolzens, betätigt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Anzeigeeinrichtung (8) zur Anzeige des korrekten Zustandes der Verbindung zwischen den beiden Zylindern (3, 4) umfaßt, wobei ein Teil (31) des Innenzylinders (3) mit einem hervorstehenden Anzeigeelement (81) ausgestattet ist, dem eine Ausnehmung (82) in einem korrespondierenden Teil (41) des Außenzylinders (4) zur Aufnahme des Anzeigeelements (81) derart zugeordnet ist, daß der paßgenaue Verbindungszustand der beiden Zylinder (3, 4) durch Eingriff des Anzeigeelements (81) in die Ausnehmung (82) ersichtlich wird, wobei sich das Anzeigeelement (81) und die Ausnehmung (82), zweckmä-ßig in Form von Stift und Durchgangsbohrung, vorzugsweise in den Zylinderachsen erstrecken.
