Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif collecteur d'huile pour un moteur à combustion interne, en particulier pour un moteur à cylindres à plat, comportant un bac de récupération d'huile, qui est agencé en dessous d'un carter de vilebrequin et dans lequel est réalisé un compartiment d'aspiration d'huile (16), hors duquel l'huile de lubrification est acheminée vers des consommateurs par l'intermédiaire d'une pompe à huile principale munie d'une conduite d'aspiration d'huile, et au moins un compartiment de collecte d'huile (20, 22), dans lequel l'huile de lubrification sortant des consommateurs est renvoyée via une conduite d'huile, est adjacent au compartiment d'aspiration d'huile, ledit compartiment d'aspiration d'huile étant séparé du compartiment de collecte d'huile (20, 22) par au moins une cloison étanche à l'huile (24, 26), dans laquelle est réalisée au moins une ouverture de passage (28 à 30), qui peut être contrôlée par un clapet (32, 34) et par laquelle l'huile de lubrification peut passer du compartiment de collecte d'huile dans le compartiment d'aspiration d'huile, une partie de paroi (64, 66) étant prévue, qui délimite le compartiment de collecte d'huile (20, 22) et est écartée de la cloison étanche à l'huile (24, 26) et qui, par rapport à l'ouverture de passage (28 à 30) dans la cloison étanche à l'huile (24, 26), s'étend en inclinaison vers le bas et fait fonction de surface d'écoulement de l'huile de lubrification renvoyée dans le compartiment de collecte d'huile (20, 22), caractérisé en ce que deux conduites de recirculation d'huile (42, 44) sont disposées dans le compartiment d'aspiration d'huile (16), lesquelles sont reliées d'un côté à des conduits de recirculation d'huile (50) intégrés dans le carter de vilebrequin et débouchent de l'autre côté chacune dans au moins une ouverture (38, 40) prévue dans la cloison étanche à l'huile (24, 26).
  2. Dispositif collecteur d'huile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie de paroi (64, 66) est une partie d'une rampe (60, 62), qui est réalisée d'un seul tenant dans un couvercle (14) obturant vers le bas le collecteur d'huile.
  3. Dispositif collecteur d'huile selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (14) du collecteur d'huile et la rampe (60, 62) sont réalisés en matière plastique.
  4. Dispositif collecteur d'huile selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que respectivement à gauche et à droite du compartiment d'aspiration d'huile (16), il est prévu un compartiment de collecte d'huile (20, 22) séparé par une cloison étanche à l'huile (24, 26).
  5. Dispositif collecteur d'huile selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les deux cloisons étanches à l'huile (24, 26), ainsi que les deux conduites de recirculation d'huile (42, 44) sont assemblées pour former un module de compartiment étanche.
  6. Dispositif collecteur d'huile selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un tube d'aspiration d'huile (18) est regroupé avec les deux conduites de recirculation d'huile (42, 44).
