Claims (7)
- Ölauffangvorrichtung für eine Brennkraftmaschine, insbesondere für einen Boxermotor, mit einem unterhalb eines Kurbelgehäuses angeordneten Ölauffanggehäuse, in dem ein Ölabsaugraum (16) ausgebildet ist, aus dem das Schmieröl über eine mit einer Ölabsaugleitung versehene Hauptölpumpe zu den Verbrauchern gefördert wird, und dass an den Ölabsaugraum mindestens ein Ölsammelraum (20, 22) angrenzt, in dem das von den Verbrauchern kommende Schmieröl über eine Ölleitung zurückgeführt wird, wobei der Ölabsaugraum vom Ölsammelraum durch mindestens eine Ölschottwand (24, 26) getrennt ist, in der mindestens eine über eine Klappe (32, 34) kontrollierbare Durchtrittsöffnung (28 bis 30) angeordnet ist, über die das Schmieröl vom Ölsammelraum in den Ölabsaugraum übertreten kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein den Ölsammelraum (20, 22) begrenzender und von der Ölschottwand (24, 26) beabstandeter Wandabschnitt (64, 66) vorgesehen ist, der bezogen auf die Durchtrittsöffnung (28 bis 30) in der Ölschottwand (24, 26) schräg abfallend verläuft und als Ablauffläche für das in den Ölsammelraum (20, 22) zurückgeführte Schmieröl dient.
- Ölauffangvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wandabschnitt (64, 66) Teil einer Rampe (60, 62) ist, die einstückig aus einem das Ölauffanggehäuse nach unten abschließenden Öldeckel (14) ausgebildet ist.
- Ölauffangvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Öldeckel (14) und die Rampe (60, 62) aus Kunststoff bestehen.
- Ölauffangvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils links und rechts vom Ölabsaugraum (16) ein durch eine Ölschottwand (24, 26) abgetrennter Ölsammelraum (20, 22) vorgesehen ist.
- Ölauffangvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Ölsammelraum (16) zwei Ölrücklaufleitungen (42, 44) angeordnet sind, die auf der einen Seite mit im Kurbelgehäuse (2, 4) integrierte Ölrücklaufkanälen (50) verbunden sind und auf der anderen Seite in jeweils mindestens eine in der Ölschottwand (24, 26) vorgesehene Öffnung (38, 40) einmünden.
- Ölauffangvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Ölschottwände (24, 26) sowie die beiden Ölrücklaufleitungen (42, 44) als Schottraummodul zusammengefasst sind.
- Ölauffangvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Ölabsaugschnorchel (18) mit den beiden Ölrücklaufleitungen (42, 44) zusammengefasst ist.
