Claims (19)
- Verfahren zum Beschneiden eines einzelnen Buchs (100) mit einer Vorderkante (104) und zwei Seitenkanten (106, 108),
gekennzeichnet durch
die folgenden Schritte:Transportieren eines Buchs (100) in einer Transportrichtung in der Weise, dass die Vorderkante (104) parallel zur Transportrichtung verläuft;Beschneiden der Vorderkante (104) des Buchs (100) mittels eines hin und her bewegten Vordermessers (22; 122), wenn die Vorderkante (104) parallel zur Transportrichtung verläuft;Transportieren des Buchs (100) in der Weise, dass die Seitenkanten (106, 108) parallel zur Transportrichtung verlaufen, undBeschneiden der Seitenkanten (106, 108) mittels eines zweiten und dritten hin und her bewegten Messers (62, 64; 162, 164), wenn die Seitenkanten (106, 108) parallel zur Transportrichtung verlaufen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorderkante (104) vor den Seitenkanten (106, 108) beschnitten wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rücken (102) des Buches (100) an einer festen Führung (30) ausgerichtet ist, bevor und/oder während die Vorderkante (104) beschnitten wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rücken (102) des Buchs (100) vor dem Beschneiden der Seitenkanten (106, 108) geritzt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels eines Lasers geritzt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Buch (100) zwischen dem Beschneiden seiner Vorderkante und dem Beschneiden seiner Seitenkanten in einer Ebene des Buchs (100) um 90° gedreht wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportrichtung bei der Drehung des Buchs (100) um 90° geändert wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportrichtung bei der Drehung des Buchs (100) gleich bleibt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Buch (100) vor dem Beschneiden von einer aufgerichteten in eine horizontale Lage gedreht wird. - Beschnittvorrichtung zum Beschneiden eines einzelnen Buchs (100) mit einer Transportvorrichtung (10) zum Transport eines Buchs (100) in einer Transportrichtung, einem hin und her bewegten Vordermesser (22; 122) zum Beschneiden einer Vorderkante (104) des Buchs (100), wobei das Vordermesser (22; 122) eine parallel zur Transportrichtung der Transportvorrichtung (10) verlaufende erste Messerkante (124) aufweist; und mit
mindestens einem hin und her bewegten Seitenmesser (62, 64; 162, 164) zum Beschneiden der Seitenkanten des Buchs (100), wobei das Seitenmesser (62, 64; 162, 164) eine parallel zur Transportrichtung verlaufende zweite Messerkante (202) aufweist. - Beschnittvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportvorrichtung (10) eine Dreheinheit (16) umfasst, die das Buch (100) in einer Ebene des Buchs (100) um 90° dreht. - Beschnittvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dreheinheit (16) als eine Kreisdreheinheit ausgebildet ist. - Beschnittvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
