Claims (10)
- Stranggießanlage zum Gießen von Strängen aus flüssigem Metall, insbesondere aus flüssigem Stahlwerkstoff, und speziell des Typs einer Gießantage mit angeschlossener Walzstraße, mit einer Gießpfanne (8) über einem auf der Gießbühne (1) auf Schienen (2) verfahrbaren Wagen (3), mit einer Verteilerrinne (7) , die ein Gießrohr (9) aufweist, und einer auf dem Wagen (3) angeordneten Hubeinrichtung (11) für die Einstellung des Gießrohrs (9) auf Gießhöhe in der Stranggießkokille (10),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nur ein einziger Verteilerrinnen-Wagen (3) verwendet wird, dass dieser als Manipulator (12) derart ausgebildet ist, dass an einem mit dem Fahrrahmen (13) verbundenen Stützrahmen (14) ein heb- und senkbarer Führungsblock (15) vorgesehen ist, an dem in beiden Fahrrichtungen (16, 17) symmetrisch Einhängemittel (18) für jeweils eine einseitig einhängbare Verteilerrinne (7) vorgesehen sind und dass der Führungsblock (15) zusammen mit zumindest einer Verteilerrinne (7) höhenverstellbar ist. - Stranggießanlage nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einhängemittel (18) Einhängelager (21 ) für zumindest zwei Einhängezapfen (19, 20) einer Verteilerrinne (7) aufweisen. - Stranggießanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einhängemittel (18) paarweise im wesentlichen senkrecht angeordnete Hebel (23) aufweisen, die quer zur Fahrrichtung (16, 17) mittels Einhängeachsen (25) und längs bzw. quer zur Fahrrichtung (16, 17) mittels Längsstreben (26) und Querstreben (27) miteinander verbunden sind. - Strangießanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den unteren Hebelenden (23a) jeweils eine Abstützfläche (24) für Gegenstützflächen (7a) an den Verteilerrinnen (7) angeordnet sind. - Stranggießanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Stützrahmen (14) beidseitig senkrechte Führungsstützen (28) befestigt sind und dass der Führungsblock (15) aus den Einhängeachsen (25) und den Längsstreben (26) bzw. Querstreben (27) und weiteren Rahmenteilen mittels jeweils in Fahrrichtung (16, 17) angeordneten Führungsrollen-Paaren (32) heb- und senkbar geführt ist. - Stranggießanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Führungsblock (15) an der Oberseite mit einer Traverse (33), die quer zur Fahrrichtung (16, 17) verläuft, abgeschlossen ist, an die von unten als Hubeinrichtung (11) die Kolbenstange (11 b) einer innerhalb des Führungsblocks (15) mittig angeordneten Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (11a) angreift. - Stranggießanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eingehängte Verteilerrinne (7) gegen den Stützrahmen (14) auf paarweise angeordneten Wägezellen (36) aufgestützt ist. - Stranggießanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eingehängte Verteilerrinne (7) für den Wägevorgang gegen die Reibung erhöhende Querkräfte mittels Koppelstangen (39) und daran drehbaren Führungsrollen (40) abgestützt ist. - Stranggießanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verteilerrinnen-Wagen (3) aus einer linken oder rechten Heizposition ( 42; 43 ) bis in die Gießposition über der Stranggießkokille (10) oder zurück verfahrbar ist. - Stranggießanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die SEN-Heizungsmittel für das Gießrohr (9) am Manipulator (12) angeordnet sind.
