Abstract
Description
Claims (25)
- Verfahren zum Veredeln einer Holz- oder Holzwerkstoffplatte, insbesondere MDF- oder HDF-Platte mit einer Oberseite und einer Unterseite, mit folgenden Schritten:a) Auftragen einer Versiegelungsschicht aus Melaminharz auf die Oberseite der Platte,b) Aufdrucken eines Dekors auf die Versiegelungsschicht,c) Auftragen einer Schutzschicht aus Melaminharz auf das Dekor,d) Verpressen der Platte unter Temperatureinwirkung, bis die Schutzschicht und die Versiegelungsschicht schmelzen und sich unter Einschluss des aufgedruckten Dekors miteinander verbinden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte:e) Auftragen einer Versiegelungsschicht aus Melaminharz auf die Unterseite der Platte,f) Auftragen einer Farbschicht auf die Versiegelungsschicht,g) Auftragen einer Schutzschicht aus Melaminharz auf das Dekor,h) Verpressen der Platte unter Temperatureinwirkung, bis die Schutzschicht und die Versiegelungsschicht schmelzen und sich unter Einschluss der Farbschicht miteinander verbinden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberseite und die Unterseite gleichzeitig veredelt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für die Versiegelungsschicht und/oder die Schutzschicht mehrere Einzelschichten aufgetragen werden und jede Einzelschicht vor dem Auftragen der nächsten austrocknet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte geschliffen wird, bevor die Versiegelungsschicht aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in mindestens eine Einzelschicht der Schutzschicht Korund eingemischt ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf mindestens eine Einzelschicht der Schutzschicht Korund aufgestreut wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in mindestens eine Einzelschicht der Schutzschicht antibakterielle und/oder Antistatik-Additive eingemischt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf mindestens eine Einzelschicht der Schutzschicht antibakterielle und/oder Antistatik-Additive aufgestreut werden.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die Versiegelungsschicht und/oder die Schutzschicht mindestens ein Füllstoff gegeben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Füllstoff Holzfasern, Holzstäube, Metalle, Mineralstoffe, Kunststoffe oder Asche verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Veredelung der Oberseite der Platte nur bereichsweise erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Veredelung auf einer gegenüber der Oberseite schräg verlaufenden Fläche erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die Schutzschicht eine Struktur oder mindestens eine V-Fuge eingeprägt wird.
- Holzwerkstoffplatte, insbesondere Fussbodenpaneel, bestehend aus einer HDF- oder MDF-Trägerplatte, mit einer Oberseite und einer Unterseite, wobei die Oberseite ein Dekor, vorzugsweise ein Holz- oder Fliesendekor, aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Trägerplatte eine Versiegelungsschicht aufgebracht ist, auf die ein Dekor aufgedruckt ist und dass das Dekor mit zumindest einer Verschleißschutzschicht abgedeckt ist.
- Holzwerkstoff platte nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versiegelungsschicht aus Melamin- oder Harnstoffharz ausgebildet ist.
- Holzwerkstoffplatte nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dekor unmittelbar auf der Versiegelungsschicht aufgedruckt ist.
- Holzwerkstoffplatte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dekor hitzebeständige Farben aufweist, vorzugsweise aus hitzebeständigen Farben besteht.
- Holzwerkstoffplatte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschleißschutzschicht eine Lackschicht ist.
- Holzwerkstoffplatte nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lackschicht elektronenstrahlgehärtet oder UV-gehärtet ist.
- Holzwerkstoffplatte nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Dekor Strukturmittel oder Korundkörner zur Erhöhung der Abriebfestigkeit aufgebracht sind.
- Holzwerkstoffplatte nach Anspruch 19 und 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Strukturmittel oder Korundkörner in der Lackschicht eingebettet sind.
- Holzwerkstoffplatte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerplatte auf der Ober- und/oder Unterseite geglättet ist.
- Holzwerkstoffplatte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerplatte an der Oberseite und/oder Unterseite geschliffen ist.
- Holzwerkstoffplatte nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die Verschleissschutzschicht eine Struktur oder mindestens eine V-Fuge eingeprägt ist.
