Claims (11)

1. Metoda oblikovanja površinskog sloja (5) na supstratu (6), metoda se sastoji od: • formiranja prvog sloja (L1) od prvog materijala (M1), • nanošenja drugog sloja (L2) od drugog materijala (M2) na prvi sloj (L1), • miješanja prvog i drugog sloja (L1, L2) u smjesu koja se sastoji od prvog (M1) i drugog (M2) materijala, i • nanošenja mješavine na supstratu (6) za formiranje površinskog sloja (5), pri čemu prvi materijal (M1) sadrži vlakna (14), a drugi materijal (M2) sadrži termoreaktivno vezivo (19) ili pri čemu prvi materijal (M1) sadrži termoreaktivno vezivo (19), a drugi materijal (M2) sadrži vlakna (14), pri čemu su prvi i drugi sloj (L1, L2) naneseni na pomični transportni uređaj (27a-d; 33), i pri čemu se prvi materijal (M1) i drugi materijal (M2) nanose kao uglavnom odvojeni slojevi i nakon toga se miješaju kada prođu oscilirajuću i/ili rotirajuću četku (29a).
2. Metoda prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što je supstrat jezgra (6), po mogućnosti jezgra na bazi drvenih vlakana.
3. Metoda prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što je supstrat jezgra (6), a jezgra (6) je HDF ploča.
4. Metoda prema zahtjevu 2 ili 3, naznačena time što jezgra (6) i površinski sloj (5) tvore ploču (1), po mogućnosti podnu ploču.
5. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što prvi materijal (M1) sadrži drvena vlakna, a drugi materijal (M2) sadrži čestice melamin formaldehida.
6. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1-4, naznačena time što prvi materijal (M1) sadrži čestice melamin formaldehida, a drugi materijal (M2) sadrži drvena vlakna.
7. Metoda u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, koja nadalje uključuje formiranje trećeg sloja (L3) od trećeg materijala (M3).
8. Metoda prema zahtjevu 7, naznačena time što treći materijal (M3) sadrži čestice otporne na habanje (12) ili pigmente boje (15).
9. Metoda u skladu sa zahtjevom 7 ili 8, koja nadalje uključuje formiranje četvrtog sloja (L4) od četvrtog materijala (M4).
10. Metoda prema zahtjevu 9, naznačena time što četvrti materijal (M4) sadrži čestice otporne na habanje (12) ili pigmente boje (15).
11. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se prvi materijal (M1) i drugi materijal (M2) nanose kao uglavnom odvojeni slojevi i nakon toga se miješaju kada prođu oscilirajuću i/ili rotirajuću četku (29a) te jednu ili nekoliko oscilirajućih i/ili rotirajućih mreža (30).
