Claims (23)
- Procédé pour la fabrication mécanique d'enroulements de câble sans support, dans lequel des faisceaux de câble (7) de longueur prédéfinissable sont tirés d'un rouleau de câble (1), sont enroulés respectivement pour former un enroulement (3) et sont fixés en tant qu'enroulement (3) en transférant l'extrémité avant libre (10) du câble à un préhenseur (11) relié à un dispositif enrouleur (2), lequel enroule le faisceau de câble de longueur prédéfinie, l'extrémité avant (10) du câble étant tenue par le préhenseur (11), l'enroulement (3) ainsi formé étant transféré du dispositif enrouleur (2) dans un dispositif de fixation (12) qui prend l'enroulement et le tient ensemble, et le dispositif de fixation (12) déposant l'enroulement (3) sur une table de réception (13) disposée au-dessous du dispositif enrouleur (2) et sur laquelle l'enroulement (3) est entouré, à au moins un endroit (14, 15), par un assembleur de câble (5) en vue de la fixation, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité avant (10) du câble est amenée par le préhenseur (11) à une première pince (16) mobile le long de la table de réception (13) dans le plan de celle-ci, dans laquelle pince elle est immobilisée, en ce que le préhenseur (11) saisit le faisceau de câble (7) situé dans la partie au-dessus de la première pince (16), en ce que le faisceau de câble (7) est sectionné pour former une extrémité arrière (18) et en ce que l'extrémité arrière (18) est amenée par le préhenseur (11) à une deuxième pince (19) laquelle devance la première pince (16), et en ce que l'extrémité arrière est immobilisée dans la deuxième pince (19).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pinces (16, 19) amènent l'enroulement (3) sur et le long de la table de réception (13) à un emballage.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité avant (10) du câble est tendue dans un dispositif de retenue (9).
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif enrouleur (2) avec le préhenseur (11) pour saisir l'extrémité avant (10) du câble est approché du dispositif de retenue (9) faisant fonction de lieu de transfert.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif enrouleur (2) avec le préhenseur (11) pour transférer les extrémités de câble (18) peut s'approcher des pinces (16, 19).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les deux extrémités de câble (5, 6) sont orientées dans une même direction sur l'enroulement de câble (3).
- Dispositif pour la fabrication mécanique d'enroulements de câble sans support suivant le procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, comprenant un logement pour un rouleau de câble (1), une amenée de câble (8) vers un dispositif de retenue (9), un dispositif de sectionnement (20), un dispositif enrouleur (2) avec un préhenseur (11), un dispositif de fixation (12) avec un assembleur de câble (4), une table de réception (13), caractérisé en ce que -des pinces (16, 19) mobiles le long de la table de réception (13) sont prévues pour immobiliser les extrémités de câble (10, 18).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'amenée de câble (8) a des galets de transport saisissant le faisceau de câble (7).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de retenue (9) a un bras d'appui (31) déployable, lequel saisit l'extrémité avant (10) du câble.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif enrouleur (2) comprend au moins trois bras enrouleurs (21), fixés de manière écartable sur un arbre d'enroulement (32), et un préhenseur (11) également fixé sur l'arbre d'enroulement (32).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les bras enrouleurs (21) sont en une matière élastique.
- Dispositif selon, l'une des revendications 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que les bras enrouleurs (21) sont de construction souple.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que les bras enrouleurs (21) sont écartés en fonction de la longueur de câble choisie.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le préhenseur (11) est pourvu de deux pinces de serrage (24) de type fourche, distancées l'une de l'autre.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le préhenseur (11) pour saisir l'extrémité avant (10) du câble sur le dispositif de retenue (9) et pour transférer les extrémités avant et arrière (10, 18) aux pinces (16, 19) est monté sur l'arbre d'enroulement (32) de manière à pouvoir se déplacer vers le bas au-delà des bras enrouleurs (21).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 15, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fixation (12) a des pinces de retenue (34) qui saisissent, fixent en forme et tiennent l'enroulement (3) sur son pourtour.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 10 à 16, caractérisé en ce que le préhenseur (11) est disposé à une telle distance radiale de l'arbre d'enroulement (32) qu'en position repliée des bras enrouleurs (21), il dépasse ceux-ci et en position écartée des bras enrouleurs (21), il est situé à l'intérieur du rayon d'enroulement.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 9 et 14, caractérisé en ce que les pinces de serrage (24) du préhenseur (11) sont positionnées l'une par rapport à l'autre à la manière d'une fourche de façon à pouvoir se glisser entre le dispositif de retenue (9) et les bras d'appui (31) ainsi que sur les pinces (16, 19) de type caisson.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 18, caractérisé en ce que des baguettes de serrage et les pinces de serrage sont équipées de moteurs pneumatiques.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 10 à 17, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre d'enroulement (32) et le dispositif enrouleur (2) sont reliés à des servomoteurs qui permettent un actionnement indépendant de l'arbre d'enroulement (32) longitudinalement ou perpendiculairement à son axe, sa rotation et l'écartement des bras enrouleurs (21).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 20, caractérisé en ce que les servomoteurs et moteurs pneumatiques sont commandés selon un programme de cadence de travail synchronisé.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 21, caractérisé en ce que l'assembleur de câble (4) comporte un dispositif permettant de faire des noeuds.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 22, caractérisé en ce que auprès du dispositif de retenue (9) est prévu un sectionneur (20) pour sectionner le faisceau de câble (7).
