Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schuh, insbesondere einen Sportschuh, mit einer Sohle und einem mit dieser verbundenen Schuhoberteil, das den Vorderfuß, den Gelenkbereich und den Fersenbereich des Fußes umgibt.
Die US-PS 6,298,583 offenbart einen gattungsgemäßen Schuh, der so ausgestaltet ist, dass er relativ flach zusammengefaltet werden kann. Dies ist vor allem dann von Vorteil, wenn der Schuh auf Reisen mitgenommen werden soll. Hierzu weist das Schuhoberteil in seitlichen Bereichen eine Anzahl von Einschnitten auf, die eine Faltung des Schuhoberteils ermöglichen.
Zwar ermöglichen diese Einschnitte ein Zusammenlegen des Schuhs auf eine geringe Größe, was sich bei der Unterbringung des Schuhs in einem Koffer, einer Tragetasche oder dgl. als vorteilhaft erweist. Allerdings hat es sich als nachteilig herausgestellt, dass die Stabilität des Schuhs, insbesondere bei sportlicher Betätigung, durch diese Maßnahmen beeinträchtigt wird.
Die DE 43 29 594 A1 offenbart einen orthopädischen Sportschuh mit einer Fersenkappe, wobei diese im Bereich des Achillessehnenansatzes am Fersenbein eine kreisförmige Aussparung aufweist, die in horizontaler Richtung näherungsweise symmetrisch zur Längsachse des Unterschenkels angeordnet ist. Die Aussparung ist durch flexibles Material verschlossen. Dieser orthopädische Sportschuh kann jedoch nicht zusammengelegt werden.
Die DE 26 37 277 A1 zeigt schließlich einen Sportschuh mit eingearbeiteter Fersenversteifung. Diese besteht aus einer im wesentlichen in sich starren, zur Umkleidung der Ferse ausgebildeten, der Fersenkontur angepassten Fersenschale, die in ihrem rückwärtigen oberen Teil eine von oben bis unter den oberen Fersenhöcker verlaufende spaltartige Freisparung aufweist. Auch dieser Sportschuh kann nicht flach zusammengelegt werden, um raumsparend, z. B. in einem Koffer, untergebracht werden zu können.
Aus der WO 01/47385 A1 ist ein Schuh bekannt, bei dem es möglich ist, einen Teil des Schuhoberteils im Fersenbereich herausnehmbar bzw. umklappbar zu gestalteten, um den Schuh von einem Halbschuh in einen Schuh ohne Fersenkappe und zurück umzuwandeln.
Die US 5,127,170 offenbart einen Sportschuh, der zusammenfaltbar ausgebildet ist. Hierzu ist im Fersenbereich ein Gelenkmechanismus angeordnet, mit dem die Fersenkappe bei Bedarf in Richtung der Schuhsohle nach innen geklappt und dort mittels des Mechanismus arretiert werden kann.
Aus der DE 24 61 701 A ist es bekannt, einen Kinderschuh so auszubilden, dass der Fersenbereich mittels eines Klettverschlusses und eines Druckknopfverschlusses aufklappbar gestaltet ist, um das Anziehen des Schuhs zu erleichtern.
Die US 3,192,651 offenbart schließlich einen Schuh, der so ausgebildet ist, dass in seinem Fersenbereich ein Teil des Schuhoberteils herausnehmbar ausgestaltet ist. Das herausnehmbare Teil kann mittels eines Schnallenverschlusses bzw. mittels eines Druckknopfverschlusses am Schuhoberteil lösbar festgelegt werden.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Schuh, insbesondere einen Sportschuh, der eingangs genannten Art derart weiterzubilden, dass es einerseits möglich bleiben soll, den Schuh auf eine geringe Höhe zusammenzulegen, dass andererseits jedoch die Fähigkeit des Schuhs, den Fuß des Trägers - insbesondere im Fersenbereich ― trotzdem optimal zu halten, nicht nachteilig beeinflusst wird.
Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe durch die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schuhoberteil im Fersenbereich, bevorzugt im zentralen Fersenbereich, einen einzigen Einschnitt aufweist, der zumindest annähernd in vertikale Richtung zur Sohle hin verläuft, wobei die beiderseits des Einschnitts gelegenen Teile des Schuhoberteils im Fersenbereich zum Zusammenfalten auf ein flaches Format zum Transport des Schuhs nach innen in Richtung der Sohle klappbar bzw. faltbar ausgebildet sind. Bevorzugt ist vorgesehen, dass sich der Einschnitt mindestens über die Hälfte, vorzugsweise mindestens über zwei Drittel, der Höhe der Schuhoberteils erstreckt.
Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Ausgestaltung bleibt das Schuhoberteil relativ stabil und ermöglicht eine ausreichend feste Unterstützung des Fersenbereichs des Trägers. Trotzdem ist es möglich, den Schuh auf ein relativ flaches Format zusammenzulegen, um ihn bei geringem Raumbedarf transportieren zu können.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass im Fersenbereich Mittel am Schuhoberteil angeordnet sind, mit denen ein nach außen gerichtetes Wegklappen der beiderseits des Einschnitts gelegenen Teile des Schuhoberteils verhindert werden kann. Diese Mittel können mindestens ein im oberen Randbereich des Schuhoberteils angeordnetes Band sein. Dabei ist es vorteilhaft, wenn sich das Band bzw. mehrere Bänder außen um die Teile des Schuhoberteils herum erstreckt bzw. erstrecken und diese umfasst bzw. umfassen. Eine einfache Festlegung des Bandes bzw. der Bänder kann über einen Klettverschluss bzw. über mehrere Klettverschlüsse bewerkstelligt werden, der bzw. die in seiner bzw. ihrer Wirklänge festlegbar ist bzw. sind. Der Klettverschluss bzw. die Klettverschlüsse kann bzw. können im seitlichen Bereich eines der Teile des Schuhoberteils fixiert werden.
Alternativ können die Mittel scharnierartige Gelenkmittel sein, die mit einer Sperre versehen sind, die ein nach außen gerichtetes Wegklappen der beiderseits des Einschnitts gelegenen Teile des Schuhoberteils über einen vorgegebenen Winkel hinaus, insbesondere über die vertikale Richtung hinaus, verhindern.
Das Schuhoberteil besteht bevorzugt im wesentlichen aus Textilmaterial. Es kann an hoch beanspruchten Stellen, insbesondere im Spitzenbereich und/oder im Bereich des Schuhverschlusses, mit Leder- oder Kunststoffteilen verstärkt werden.

Der Schuh 1, insbesondere Sportschuh, weist eine Sohle 2, sowie ein mit dieser verbundenes Schuhoberteil 3 auf. Im Fersenbereich 4 des Schuhs 1 umfasst das Schuhoberteil 3 die Ferse des Trägers des Schuhs 1. Um den Schuh 1 zum Transport zusammenfalten zu können, weist das Schuhoberteil 3 im Fersenbereich 4 einen Einschnitt 5 auf. Dieser Einschnitt 5 ist in Richtung der Vertikalen V, bevorzugt im zentralen Fersenbereich 4a, ausgerichtet. Durch den Einschnitt 5 wird das Schuhoberteil 3 im Fersenbereich 4 in zwei Teile 6a und 6b unterteilt, wie es am besten aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich ist. Diese Teile 6a, 6b können zum Zusammenlegen des Schuhs 1 in Richtung der Innenseite der Sohle 2 geklappt werden, so dass das Schuhoberteil 3 in diesem Bereich an der Sohle 2 anliegt. Vor allem in Verbindung mit einer Ausführung des Schuhoberteils 3 aus Textihnaterial ist es damit möglich, den Schuh 1 so zusammenzulegen, dass er nur ein sehr kleines Volumen einnimmt.
Damit der Schuh 1 bei seiner Benutzung dem Fuß und insbesondere dem Fersenbereich 4 des Trägers einen stabilen Halt gibt und die Teile 6a und 6b des Schuhoberteils 3 nicht nach außen wegklappen, ist ein Band 7 oder sind mehrere Bänder im oberen Randbereich 8 des Schuhoberteils 3 angeordnet. Dieses bzw. diese umspannt bzw. umspannen den äußeren Bereich der Teile 6a und 6b. Seine bzw. deren Festlegung in gewünschter Länge erfolgt im Ausführungsbeispiel durch einen Klettverschluss 9 bzw. durch mehrere Klettverschlüsse.
Wie in Fig. 3 gesehen werden kann, erstreckt sich der Einschnitt 5 über eine Höhe hE, die im Ausführungsbeispiel etwa 80% bis 90% der Höhe h des Schuhoberteils 3 am Ort des Einschnitts 5 ausmacht.

Claims (10)

  1. Schuh (1), insbesondere Sportschuh, mit einer Sohle (2) und einem mit dieser verbundenen Schuhoberteil (3), das den Vorderfuß, den Gelenkbereich und den Fersenbereich (4) des Fußes umgibt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Schuhoberteil (3) im Fersenbereich (4), bevorzugt im zentralen Fersenbereich (4a), einen einzigen Einschnitt (5) aufweist, der zumindest annähernd in vertikale Richtung (V) zur Sohle hin verläuft, wobei die beiderseits des Einschnitts (5) gelegenen Teile (6a, 6b) des Schuhoberteils (3) im Fersenbereich (4) zum Zusammenfalten auf ein flaches Format zum Transport des Schuhs (1) nach innen in Richtung der Sohle (2) klappbar bzw. faltbar ausgebildet sind.
  2. Schuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Einschnitt (5) mindestens über die Hälfte, vorzugsweise mindestens über zwei Drittel, der Höhe (h) des Schuhoberteils (3) erstreckt.
  3. Schuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Fersenbereich (4) Mittel (7) am Schuhoberteil (3) angeordnet sind, mit denen ein nach außen gerichtetes Wegklappen der beiderseits des Einschnitts (5) gelegenen Teile (6a, 6b) des Schuhoberteils (3) verhindert werden kann.
  4. Schuh nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (7) mindestens ein im oberen Randbereich (8) des Schuhoberteils (3) angeordnetes Band sind.
  5. Schuh nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Band (7) bzw. mehrere Bänder außen um die Teile (6a, 6b) des Schuhoberteils (3) herum erstreckt bzw. erstrecken und diese umfasst bzw. umfassen.
  6. Schuh nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band (7) bzw. die Bänder über einen Klettverschluss (9) oder über mehrere Klettverschlüsse in seiner bzw. ihrer Wirklänge festlegbar ist bzw. sind.
  7. Schuh nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klettverschluss (9) bzw. die Klettverschlüsse im seitlichen Bereich eines der Teile (6a, 6b) des Schuhoberteils (3) positioniert ist bzw. sind.
  8. Schuh nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (7) scharnierartige Gelenkmittel sind, die mit einer Sperre versehen sind, die ein nach außen gerichtetes Wegklappen der beiderseits des Einschnitts (5) gelegenen Teile (6a, 6b) des Schuhoberteils (3) über einen vorgegebenen Winkel hinaus, insbesondere über die vertikale Richtung (V) hinaus, verhindern.
  9. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schuhoberteil (3) im wesentlichen aus Textihnaterial besteht.
  10. Schuh nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schuhoberteil (3) an hoch beanspruchten Stellen, insbesondere im Spitzenbereich und/oder im Bereich des Schuhverschlusses, mit Leder- oder Kunststoffteilen verstärkt ist.
