Claims (11)
- Dispositif de détection, du type comprenant un interrupteur (20) ayant un corps de base (22) et un doigt d'interrupteur (24) mobile entre une première et une seconde positions définissant deux états de conduction distincts, espacées l'une de l'autre d'une distance de commutation (dc),
caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un élément de transmission (26) mobile par rapport au corps de base (22) entre une position de repos, une position de commutation et une position de maintien, en ce que l'élément de transmission (26) est adapté pour maintenir le doigt d'interrupteur (24) dans sa seconde position entre sa position de commutation et sa position de maintien, et en ce que la position de commutation est espacée de la position de maintien d'une distance de maintien (d2) qui est supérieure à la distance de commutation (dc). - Dispositif de détection selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la distance de maintien (d2) est supérieure à deux fois la distance de commutation (dc).
- Dispositif de détection selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la distance (d1) entre la position de repos et la position de commutation de l'élément de transmission (26) est comprise entre 0,5 fois et 2 fois la distance de commutation (dc).
- Dispositif de détection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le doigt d'interrupteur (24) et l'élément de transmission (26) sont mobiles en translation suivant deux directions (X-X, Y-Y) s'étendant sensiblement perpendiculairement l'une à l'autre.
- Dispositif de détection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un boítier (40) dans lequel est immobilisé le corps de base (22) de l'interrupteur (20) et dans lequel l'élément de transmission (26) est monté mobile.
- Dispositif de détection selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend en outreun support de boítier (10) sur lequel est fixé le boítier (40),une première surface de butée (14) délimitée par le support de boítier (10)un élément de butée (12) complémentaire ayant une seconde surface de butée (16), complémentaire de la première surface de butée (14) et comprenant une surface d'actionnement (18) de l'élément de transmission (26) de telle sorte que lorsque lesdites surfaces de butée (14, 16) s'appliquent l'une sur l'autre, l'élément de transmission (26) est maintenu dans sa position de maintien.
- Dispositif de détection selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la seconde surface de butée (16) et la surface d'actionnement (18) sont sensiblement parallèles et décalées l'une par rapport à l'autre.
- Dispositif de détection selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de transmission comprend une came (30) comprenant une partie de commutation (32) adaptée pour déplacer le doigt d'interrupteur entre ses deux positions.
- Véhicule automobile comprenantun élément fixe (4),un élément (6) mobile par rapport à l'élément fixe, etun dispositif de détection de la position mutuelle des deux éléments (4, 6),
- Véhicule automobile selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'élément fixe est une structure porteuse (4) et l'élément mobile est une porte (6), et en ce que le dispositif de détection est un dispositif de détection de la fermeture de la porte.
- véhicule automobile selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'élément fixe est une structure porteuse, en ce que l'élément mobile est un toit pliable, et en ce que le dispositif est un dispositif de détection de la fermeture du toit.
