Claims (20)
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen mit einem festen Rahmen (54) und einem diesem an einem Falz gegenüberliegenden Flügel (22) sowie mit einem Treibstangenbeschlag (16), wobei an dem festen Rahmen (54) und/oder an dem Flügel (22) falzseitig eine in Falzumfangsrichtung verlaufende Beschlagteilnut (33) und eine motorische Antriebseinheit (1) vorgesehen sind und wobei eine Treibstangenanordnung (21) des Treibstangenbeschlages (16) in der Beschlagteilnut (33) aufgenommen und mittels der motorischen Antriebseinheit (1) in Falzumfangsrichtung gesteuert bewegbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die motorische Antriebseinheit (1) die Beschlagteilnut (33) wenigstens teilweise überdeckend an dem Flügel (22) oder an dem festen Rahmen (54) angeordnet ist.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Beschlagteilnut (33) unter Ausbildung zumindest einer Nutstufe (52, 53) an wenigstens einer Nutseitenwand zu dem Nutinnern hin verengt und dass die motorische Antriebseinheit (1) an einer Stufenfläche wenigstens einer Nutstufe (52, 53) an dem Flügel (22) oder an dem festen Rahmen (54) abgestützt ist.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Beschlagteilnut (33) unter Ausbildung jeweils zumindest einer Nutstufe (52, 53) an beiden Nutseitenwänden zu dem Nutinnern hin verengt, dass Nutstufen (52, 53) an beiden Nutseitenwänden gemeinschaftlich zumindest eine Stulpschiene (17, 19) einer Stulpschienenanordnung des Treibstangenbeschlages (16) lagern und dass die motorische Antriebseinheit (1) in Falzumfangsrichtung wenigstens einer Stulpschiene (17, 19) der Stulpschienenanordnung benachbart an einer Stufenfläche wenigstens einer zumindest eine Stulpschiene (17, 19) lagernden Nutstufe (52, 53) an dem Flügel (22) oder an dem festen Rahmen (54) abgestützt ist.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die motorische Antriebseinheit (1) an den zumindest eine Stulpschiene (17, 19) lagernden Nutstufen (52, 53) der Nutseitenwände in falzparalleler Querrichtung der Beschlagteilnut (33) eine Breite aufweist, welche der Breite einer Stulpschiene (17, 19) der Stulpschienenanordnung entspricht.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die motorische Antriebseinheit (1) an wenigstens einer in Falzumfangsrichtung gelegenen Seite ein Verbindungselement (12, 13) aufweist, über welches sie mit einer Stulpschiene (17, 19) der Stulpschienenanordnung verbindbar ist.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Verbindungselement (12, 13) zur Verbindung der motorischen Antriebseinheit (1) mit einer Stulpschiene (17, 19) der Stulpschienenanordnung an einem Antriebsgehäuse (11) der motorischen Antriebseinheit (1) vorgesehen ist.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die motorische Antriebseinheit (1) einen Antriebsmotor (2) und zwischen diesem und der Treibstangenanordnung (21) ein Spindelgetriebe (3) umfasst, über welches der Antriebsmotor (2) mit der Treibstangenanordnung (21) antriebsverbindbar ist und welches eine mittels des Antriebsmotors (2) um ihre Achse in wenigstens einer Drehrichtung (5) drehbare Getriebespindel (4) sowie eine auf der Getriebespindel (4) aufsitzende und mittels der drehenden Getriebespindel (4) längs dieser bewegbare Spindelmutter (8) umfasst, dass zwischen der Spindelmutter (8) und der Treibstangenanordnung (21) eine Kupplung (26) mit wenigstens einem mit der Spindelmutter (8) antriebsverbundenen spindelmutterseitigen Kupplungsteil (27, 28) sowie mit wenigstens einem mit der Treibstangenanordnung (21) bewegungsverbundenen treibstangenseitigen Kupplungsteil (29, 30) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Spindelmutter (8) auf der Getriebespindel (4) von dieser in wenigstens einer Drehrichtung (5.) mitnehmbar aufsitzt, wenigstens ein spindelmutterseitiges Kupplungsteil (27, 28) und wenigstens ein treibstangenseitiges Kupplungsteil (29, 30) unter Beaufschlagung der Spindelmutter (8) durch die Getriebespindel (4) in einer Mitnahmedrehrichtung ineinander einrückbar sind und wobei die Spindelmutter (8) bei ineinander eingerückten Kupplungsteilen (27, 29; 28, 30) gegen Drehen in Mitnahmedrehrichtung gehemmt, vorzugsweise blockiert und von der drehenden Getriebespindel (4) gemeinschaftlich mit den ineinander eingerückten Kupplungsteilen (27, 29; 28, 30) mit einer Vorschubbewegung längs der Getriebespindel (4) bewegbar ist.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens einem der ineinander eingerückten Kupplungsteile (27, 29; 28, 30) eine quer zu der Achse (10) der Vorschubbewegung verlaufende Entkupplungssteuerfläche (39, 43; 41, 45) zugeordnet ist, dass die Treibstangenanordnung (21) manuell bewegbar ist und dass bei manueller Bewegung der Treibstangenanordnung (21) die Entkupplungssteuerfläche (39, 43; 41, 45) und eine dem anderen Kupplungsteil (27, 29; 28, 30) zugeordnete Gegenfläche (39, 43; 41, 45) in Richtung der Achse (10) der Vorschubbewegung relativ zueinander bewegbar und dadurch die Kupplungsteile (27, 29; 28, 30) unter Relativbewegung quer zu der Achse (10) der Vorschubbewegung auseinander ausrückbar sind.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ineinander eingerückten Kupplungsteile (27, 29; 28, 30) in einem Ausgangs-Betriebszustand in Vorschubrichtung gegeneinander versetzt sind, wobei ein spindelmutterseitiges Kupplungsteil (27, 28) in Vorschubrichtung hinter einem zugeordneten treibstangenseitigen Kupplungsteil (29, 30) angeordnet ist, dass wenigstens einem der Kupplungsteile (27, 29; 28, 30) eine quer zu der Vorschubrichtung verlaufende Kupplungssteuerfläche (34, 35) zugeordnet ist, dass das spindelmutterseitige Kupplungsteil (27, 28) ausgehend von dem Ausgangs-Betriebszustand unter Drehen der Getriebespindel (4) mit der Spindelmutter (8) in Vorschubrichtung bewegbar ist und die Kupplungsteile (27, 29; 28, 30) unter Relativbewegung in Vorschubrichtung quer dazu mittels der Kupplungssteuerfläche (34, 35) relativ zueinander auslenkbar und bei fortgesetzter Relativbewegung in Vorschubrichtung unter Beaufschlagung der Spindelmutter (8) durch die Getriebespindel (4) in Mitnahmedrehrichtung ineinander einrückbar sind.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das spindelmutterseitige Kupplungsteil (27, 28) bei der von dem Ausgangs-Betriebszustand ausgehenden Bewegung in Vorschubrichtung über die Spindelmutter (8) durch die Getriebespindel (4) in einer Mitnahmedrehrichtung beaufschlagt und bei Einnahme einer definierten Drehstellung mittels einer Blockiereinrichtung gegen Mitnahme in Mitnahmedrehrichtung blockiert ist.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Getriebespindel (4) mittels des Antriebsmotors (2) in beiden Drehrichtungen um ihre Achse drehbar und die Spindelmutter (8) mittels der drehenden Getriebespindel (4) in beiden Richtungen mit einer Vorschubbewegung längs der Getriebespindel (4) bewegbar ist und auf der Getriebespindel (4) von dieser in beiden Drehrichtungen mitnehmbar aufsitzt, dass für jede Vorschubrichtung zwischen der Spindelmutter (8) und der Treibstangenanordnung (21) eine Kupplung (26) mit wenigstens einem mit der Spindelmutter (8) antriebsverbundenen spindelmutterseitigen Kupplungsteil (27, 28) sowie wenigstens einem mit der Treibstangenanordnung (21) bewegungsverbundenen treibstangenseitigen Kupplungsteil (29, 30) vorgesehen ist, wobei für jede Vorschubrichtung wenigstens ein spindelmutterseitiges Kupplungsteil (27, 28) und wenigstens ein treibstangenseitiges Kupplungsteil (29, 30) unter Beaufschlagung der Spindelmutter (8) durch die Getriebespindel (4) in der betreffenden Mitnahmedrehrichtung ineinander einrückbar sind und wobei die Spindelmutter (8) bei ineinander eingerückten Kupplungsteilen (27, 29; 28, 30) gegen Drehen in die betreffende Mitnahmedrehrichtung gehemmt, vorzugsweise blockiert und von der drehenden Getriebespindel (4) gemeinschaftlich mit den betreffenden ineinander eingerückten Kupplungsteilen (27, 29; 28, 30) mit einer Vorschubbewegung längs der Getriebespindel (4) bewegbar ist.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für jede Vorschubrichtung die kennzeichnenden Merkmale wenigstens eines der Ansprüche 8 bis 10 vorgesehen sind.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Antriebssteuerung vorgesehen ist, mittels derer die Getriebespindel (4) nach Erreichen einer in wenigstens einer Vorschubrichtung gelegenen Endstellung der Spindelmutter (8) in ihrer Drehrichtung umsteuerbar ist, wobei die Drehbewegung der umgesteuerten Getriebespindel (4) endet, sobald die bei der vorausgegangenen Vorschubbewegung der Spindelmutter (8) ineinander eingerückten Kupplungsteile (27, 29; 28, 30) unter Mitnahme der Spindelmutter (8) durch die umgesteuerte Getriebespindel (4) auseinander ausgerückt sind.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein treibstangenseitiges Kupplungsteil (29, 30) an einem mit der Treibstangenanordnung (21) verbindbaren Treibstangenantriebselement (24) vorgesehen ist, welches in der Beschlagteilnut (33) in Falzumfangsrichtung bewegbar angeordnet ist.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Treibstangenantriebselement (24) mittels wenigstens eines mit dem Flügel (22) oder dem festen Rahmen (54) verbundenen Führungselementes (50) in Falzumfangsrichtung bewegbar geführt ist.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Führungselement (50) für das Treibstangenantriebselement (24) ein Schraubenführungsstück vorgesehen ist, über welches eine Stulpschiene (17) der Stulpschienenanordnung des Treibstangenbeschlages (16) und/oder die motorische Antriebseinheit (1) mit dem Flügel (22) oder dem festen Rahmen (54) verschraubbar ist.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die motorische Antriebseinheit (1) eine Montageeinheit bildet.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Antriebsgehäuse (11) der motorischen Antriebseinheit (1) wenigstens eine Stützfläche aufweist, welche in Einbaulage an der Beschlagteilnut (33) für die Treibstangenanordnung (21) in Nutlängsrichtung verläuft und an welcher die motorische Antriebseinheit (1) in Einbaulage an dem Flügel (22) oder dem festen Rahmen (54) abgestützt ist und dass ein mit der Treibstangenanordnung (21) verbindbares Treibstangenantriebselement (24) parallel zu der Stützfläche des Antriebsgehäuses (11) ausgerichtet und mit dieser Ausrichtung mittels einer zwischen dem Antriebsgehäuse (11) und dem Treibstangenantriebselement (24) vorgesehenen Justiereinrichtung (25) justierbar gehalten ist.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die motorische Antriebseinheit (1) mit einem mit der Stulpschienenanordnung verbindbaren Antriebsgehäuse (11) und mit einem mit der Treibstangenanordnung (21) verbindbaren Treibstangenantriebselement (24) in Falzumfangsrichtung längenmäßig einer standardisierten Getriebeverlängerung entspricht.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die motorische Antriebseinheit (1) mit einem Antriebsgehäuse (11) einen flügelhebenden Auflauf für den sich an dem festen Rahmen (54) in eine Schließstellung bewegenden Flügel (22) bildet.
