In Fig. 4 ist nur die eine Hälfte 4.1 der Texturiereinheit 4 von Fig. 3 dargestellt. Die andere Hälfte 4.2 ist, wie in Fig. 3 gezeigt, in Richtung III entfernt oder aufgeklappt worden. Dies hier lediglich, um den Verlauf der Fibrillenbündel 6 sowie der einzelnen Texturierdüsen 8 besser darstellen zu können.
Claims (9)
- Führen von Fibrillenbündeln durch einen Teil einer Spinnstrecktexturier- oder Texturiermaschine, umfassend ein Paar Streckrollen (1a, 1b) mit einer Abgabestelle (15), an welcher die Fibrillenbündel (6) die eine der Rollen (1a) des Streckrollenpaares verlassen und eine in Förderrichtung der Fibrillenbündel (7) nachgeschaltet vorgesehene Texturiereinheit (4), wobei diese Texturiereinheit (4) nebeneinander angeordnete Texturierdüsen (8) aufweist mit darin vorgesehenen Förderteilen (9), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Verbindungslinien (17), welche jede die Längsachse (16) einer einzelnen Texturierdüse (8) beinhaltet und welche sich von der genannten Abgabestelle (15) bis zum Ausgang der einzelnen Texturierdüse (8) geradlinig erstreckt, fächerförmig angeordnet sind.
- Führen von Fibrillenbündeln durch einen Teil einer Spinstrecktexturier- oder Strecktexturiermaschine gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungslinien derart angeordnet sind, dass ein divergierender Förderweg der einzelnen Fibrillenbündel (7) zwischen den Förderrollen (1a, 1b) und den Texturierdüsen (8) gegeben ist.
- Führen von Fibrillenbündeln durch einen Teil einer Spinnstrecktexturier- oder Strecktexturiermaschine, gemäss Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsachse (16) jeder einzelnen Texturierdüse (8) koaxial mit einer Verbindungslinie (17), welche sich von einer Abgabestelle (15) an der Rolle (1a) bis zum Ausgang der Texturierdüse (8) erstreckt, verläuft.
- Führen von Fibrillenbündeln durch einen Teil einer Spinnstrecktexturier- oder Strecktexturiermaschine gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die fächerförmige Anordnung der Texturierdüsen (8) derart gewählt ist, dass auf Umlenkführungen (2, 3) zwischen den Walzen (1a, 1b) des Rollenpaares verzichtet werden kann.
- Führen von Fibrillenbündeln durch einen Teil einer Spinnstrecktexturier- oder Strecktexturiermaschine gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Kühleinheit nach der Texturiereinheit (4) vorgesehen ist, z.B. in der Form einer Kühltrommel (5), welche je eine pro Fibrillenbündel vorgesehene Kühlbahn (11) aufweist.
- Eine Spinnstrecktexturier- oder Strecktexturiermaschine zum Texturieren von Fibrillenbündeln, umfassend:ein Streckrollenpaar (1 a, 1 b) und eine in Förderrichtung der Fibrillenbündel (7) nachgeschaltet vorgesehene Texturiereinheit (4), in welcher einzelne Fibrillenbündel in einem Förderteil (9) einer zur Texturiereinheit (4) gehörenden Texturierdüse (8) gefördert und mittels Pfropfenbildung in einem zur Texturierdüse (8) gehörenden Texturierteil (10) texturiert werden
- Eine Spinnstrecktexturier- oder Strecktexturiermaschine gemäss Anspruch 6 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Texturierdüsen (8) derart fächerförmig angeordnet sind, dass Längsachsen (16) der einzelnen Düsen (8) koaxial mit Verbindungslinien (17) verlaufen, welche sich von einer Abgabestelle (15) am Streckrollenpaar (1a, 1b) bis zum Ausgang der einzelnen Texturierdüse (8) geradlinig erstreckt.
- Eine Spinnstrecktexturier- oder Strecktexturiermaschine gemäss Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungslinien derart angeordnet sind, dass ein divergierender Förderweg der einzelnen Fibrillenbündel (7) zwischen dem Streckrollenpaar (1a, 1b) und den Texturierdüsen (8) gegeben ist.
- Eine Spinnstrecktexturier- oder Strecktexturiermaschine, gemäss einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8 gekennzeichnet durch eine, in Förderrichtung gesehen, nach der Texturiereinheit (4) vorgesehene Kühleinheit (5), um die einzelnen Pfropfen laufend zu übernehmen, kühlen und einem folgenden Mittel zur Weiterbehandlung übergeben.
