Claims (13)
- Verfahren zur Steuerung eines Farbwerkes einer Druckmaschine, insbesondere Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine, bei welcher vor Druckbeginn zum Füllen und/oder Voreinstellen des Farbwerkes die Farbzufuhr beeinflussende Einstellungen vorgenommen werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein der Temperatur des Farbwerkes entsprechender Wert erfasst wird, und dass die die Farbzufuhr beeinflussenden Einstellungen des Farbwerkes vor Druckbeginn in Abhängigkeit dieses Wertes erfolgen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Farbwerkstemperatur über einen Sensor erfasst wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein der Temperatur des Farbwerks entsprechender Wert über den Betriebszustand sowie die Betriebsdauer der Druckmaschine ermittelt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem Heberfarbwerk die Zahl der Hebertakte in Abhängigkeit Farbwerktemperatur eingestellt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem Farbwerk mit antreibbarer Farbkastenwalze die Drehzahl der Farbkastenwalze in Abhängigkeit der Temperatur des Farbwerkes gesteuert wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem Farbwerk mit Farbdosierelementen die Einstellung der Dosierelemente in Abhängigkeit der Temperatur vorgenommen wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem Farbwerk mit Walzenzugtrennung diese in Abhängigkeit der Temperatur des Farbwerkes geschaltet wird. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, mit einem Farbwerk, bei welchem die Menge der zuzuführenden Farbe durch wenigstens ein Stellglied bzw. Antrieb beeinflussbar ist und vor Druckbeginn zum Befüllen und/oder Voreinstellen des Farbwerkes dieses wenigstens eine Stellglied bzw. Antrieb durch eine zugeordnete Steuerung aktivierbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Steuerung (11) ein der Temperatur des Farbwerkes entsprechender Wert zuführbar ist, und dass die Steuerung (11) mit einem Speicher (13) in Signalverbindung steht, in welchem temperaturabhängige Einstellungen für das Stellglied (2, 10) bzw. den Antrieb (4, 6) abgelegt sind, welche dann durch die Steuerung (11) zur Einstellung gebracht werden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerung (11) mit einem Temperatursensor (12) im Farbwerk in Signalverbindung steht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Steuerung (11) der Antrieb (4) einer Farbkastenwalze (1) in Abhängigkeit der Temperatur steuerbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem Farbwerk mit Farbdosierelementen (3) diese durch die Steuerung (11) über zugeordnete Stellantriebe (2) in Abhängigkeit der Temperatur einstellbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem Heberfarbwerk der Antrieb (3) der Heberwalze (5) durch die Steuerung (11) in Abhängigkeit der Temperatur des Farbwerkes einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem Farbwerk mit Walzenzugtrennung ein zugeordneter Antrieb (10) durch die Steuerung (11) in Abhängigkeit der Temperatur des Farbwerkes schaltbar ist.
