Claims (7)
- Steckverbinder, insbesondere für Airbag-Zündsysteme, mit in Steckrichtung angeordneten Verriegelungszungen (2) zum Verrasten des Steckverbinders (1) in einem Gegenstecker (3) und mit einer Sekundärverriegelung (4),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Sekundärverriegelung (4) Sekundärverriegelungszungen (4a, 4b) aufweist, deren freie Enden (4c, 4d) solange, wie die Verriegelungszungen (2) während des Verrastvorganges zur Steckachse hin gebogen sind, an deren Seitenflanken (2a, 2b) elastisch anpressen, und die, sobald die Verriegelungszungen (2) im Gegenstecker (3) eingerastet sind, mit ihren freien Enden (4c, 4d) in den Raum zwischen dem Steckverbinderkörper (6) und den Verriegelungszungen (2) springen und die Vernegelungszungen (2) in verrasteter Stellung verriegeln. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Verriegelungszungen (2) an ihren freien Enden eine Rastnase (2c) zur Verriegelung im Gegenstecker (3) auf der von der Steckachse radial außen liegenden Seite und auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite einen Vorsprung (2d) aufweisen, auf dem die freien Enden (4c, 4d) der Sekundärverriegelungszungen (4a, 4b) während des Verrastvorganges anpressen. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Keile (4e, 4f) sich beim Einführen des Steckverbinders (1) in den Gegenstecker (3) an den Schmalseiten von Einführungsschlitzen (7) für die Verriegelungszungen (2) und die Sekundärverriegelungszungen (4) abstützen und dabei die Sekundärvorriegelungszungen (4a, 4b) in deren mittleren Bereich, in den Zwischenraum (5) zwischen den Verriegelungszungen (2) und dem Steckverbinderkörper (6) elastisch hineinbiegen und die freien Enden (4c, 4d) der Sekundärverriegelungszungen (4a, 4b) gegen die Vorsprünge (2d) anpressen. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Einführungsschlitze (7) so dimensioniert sind, dass nach dem Einrasten der Verriegelungszungen (2) im Gegenstecker (3) die freien Enden der Sekundärverriegelungszungen (4c, 4d) durch Anlage der Keile (4e, 4f) an den Schmalseiten der Einführungsschlitze (7) in ihrer Verriegelungsstellung arretiert sind. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Sekundärverriegelungszungen (4a, 4b) sich in ihrer radialen Breite zum freien Ende (4c, 4d) hin um die Breite d des Vorsprungs (2d) am freien Ende der Verriegelungszungen (2) verjüngen. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Sekundärverriegelungszungen (4a, 4b) an einem auf dem Gehäuse (6, 8) des Steckverbinders (1) lösbar verrastetem Bügel (9) angeformt sind. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 3-6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Keile (4e, 4f) auf den Schmalseiten der Einführungsschlitze (7) zur Anlage kommen, wenn die Rastnase (2c) der Verriegelungszunge (2) auf einer entsprechenden Verrastschulter des Gegensteckers (3) anliegt.
