Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Garen von Lebensmittelna) mit einer Grillplatte (12) mit einer Grillfläche (16) und mit einem umlaufenden Randbereich (16) mit geringer Wärmeleitung zum behälterlosen Garen der Lebensmittel undb) mit einem Ceran- und/oder Induktions-Kochbereich (13) für das Garen der Lebensmittel in Behältern,
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein vorgefertigter, einstückiger, umlaufender Rahmen (24) mit einer Einbauöffnung für eine Glasplatte (18) mindestens eines Ceran- und/oder Induktionskochfeldes (20, 22) und mit einer Einbauöffnung für die Grillfläche (14) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der einstückige, umlaufende Rahmen (24) durch Pressen einstückig mit dem umlaufenden Randbereich (16) mit geringer Wärmeleitung der Grillplatte (12) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grillfläche (14) mit der Innenkante des muldenförmigen Randbereichs (16) des Rahmens (24) verschweißt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Glasplatte (18) für die bzw. jede Ceran- bzw. Induktions-Kochstelle (20, 22) mechanisch in die Einbauöffnung des Rahmens (24) eingehängt sowie verklebt und abgedichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der umlaufende Rahmen (24) aus zwei miteinander verschweißten Teilen zusammengesetzt ist, nämlich einem rechteckigen Teil mit einer Einbauöffnung für die Aufnahme der Glasplatte (18) für das bzw. jedes Ceran- bzw. Induktions-Kochfeld (20, 22) und einem zweiten Teil für die Aufnahme der Grillplatte (12).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der U-förmige Teil des Rahmens (24) für die Aufnahme der Grillplatte (12) einstückig mit dem umlaufenden Randbereich (16) mit geringer Wärmeleitung ausgebildet ist, und dass dieser umlaufende Randbereich (16) mit der Grillfläche (14) verschweißt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Teil des Rahmens (24) für die Aufnahme der Grillplatte (12) nur über drei Seiten der Grillfläche (14) erstreckt und die dem Ceran- bzw. Induktions-Kochbereich (13) zugewandte Seite frei lässt, und dass der Teil des Rahmens (24) für die Aufnahme der Glasplatte (18) an seiner der Grillplatte (12) zugewandten Seite mit dem muldenförmigen Randbereich (16) mit geringer Leitung versehen ist, der mit dem gegenüberliegenden Rand der Grillfläche (14) verschweißt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der umlaufende Randbereich (16) muldenförmig gewölbt ist und aus einem Edelstahlblech besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, gekennzeichnet durch unter den Rahmen (24) geschweißte Stabilisierungswinkel (30).
