Ausgehend von einem in Figur 1 dargestellten Zustand soll der gesammelte Stapel 13, der auf der Aufnahme 12, üblicherweise einer Palette, liegt, bei laufender Maschine, d.h. bei kontinuierlichem Zuführen weiterer Bögen 14 aus dem Formatschneider, gewechselt werden. Sobald der Stapel 13 eine definierte Höhe erreicht hat, fährt das Trennelement 19 mit seinen Trennfingern 25 in den Stapel 13 und bildet so eine Lücke 20. Die weiter einlaufenden Bögen 14 werden weiter gestapelt, allerdings auf den Trennfingern 25. Die Aufnahme 12 senkt sich während des Stapelns kontinuierlich in Y-Richtung nach unten. Das Trennelement 19 folgt dieser Bewegung. Der Stapel 13 wird auf der dem Einlaufband 11 abgewandten Seite durch den Frontanschlag 17 geführt. Auf der dem Einlaufband 11 zugewandten Seite wird der Stapel 13 zumindest in einem Bereich der Oberkante 29 durch den Anrichter 18, nämlich die Andrückbleche 28 geführt, die durch ihre oszillierende Bewegung zusätzlich für ein Ausrichten der neu einlaufenden Bögen 14 sorgen. Bei der weiteren Abwärtsbewegung übernimmt zunächst das oberste Element der Teleskopschienen 32 die Führung des Anrichters 18.
Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Stapeln eines einlaufenden Bogenstroms, insbesondere zum Stapeln von in Formatschneidern gebildeten Bögen (14) aus Papier, Pappe, Folie oder dergleichen, umfassend ein Einlaufband (11) für die zu stapelnden Bögen (14), eine Aufnahme (12) zur Bildung eines Stapels (13) aus den Bögen (14), ein Trennelement (19) zum Trennen des Stapels (13) in einen gesammelten und zu wechselnden Stapel (13) einerseits und einen vorgesammelten Stapel (16) andererseits, ein Halteelement (21) zum Halten des vorgesammelten Stapels (16), das aus mehreren an einer Traverse (22) angeordneten Elementen gebildet ist, einen Trenntisch (15) zur Aufnahme des vorgesammelten Stapels (16) während des Stapelwechsels sowie einen vorderen Frontanschlag (17) und einen hinteren Anrichter (18) zum Führen und/oder Ausrichten des Stapels (13 bzw. 16), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anrichter (18) ein senkrecht zu einer durch den Trenntisch (15) aufgespannten Ebene (26) bewegbares Führungselement (31) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (31) aus mehreren beabstandet zueinander angeordneten Teleskopschienen (32) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teleskopschienen (32) linear in Richtung ihrer Längsachsen ausfahrbar bzw. einfahrbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teleskopschienen (32) jeweils an einem freien Ende im Bereich des Einlaufbandes (11) an einer Traverse (30) und mit dem anderen freien Ende an der Traverse (22) befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teleskopschienen (32) durch Bewegung der Traverse (22) senkrecht zur Ebene (26) zwangsläufig ausfahrbar- bzw. einfahrbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teleskopschienen (32) an der Traverse (30) fest und an der Traverse (22) derart bewegbar befestigt sind, daß die Traverse (22) in Transportrichtung hin und her bewegbar ist, während die Teleskopschienen (32) ortsfest sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung zwischen den Teleskopschienen (32) und der Traverse (22) jeweils aus einem Bolzen (34) mit korrespondierender Hülse (35) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (31) aus einem Material mit hoher Steifigkeit gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie modulartig ausgebildet ist.
