Claims (8)
- Rückenlehne für einen Stuhl, die als Rahmen (1) mit einer darin aufgespannten Membran ausgebildet ist, wobei der Rahmen (1) aus zwei seitlichen, im wesentlichen vertikal verlaufenden Seitenteilen (2,3) und zwei im wesentlichen horizontal verlaufenden, die Seitenteile (2,3) verbindenden Querstegen (4,5) besteht, und der obere Quersteg (5) die beiden Seitenteile (2,3) an ihren oberen Enden, und der untere Quersteg (4) die beiden Seitenteile (2,3) im Bereich der Lendenwirbelsäule des Benutzers miteinander verbindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lehnenträger (6) mit dem Rahmen (1) einstückig verbunden ist.
- Rückenlehne nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (1) und der mit diesem einstückig verbundene Lehnenträger (6) aus einem Spritzgussformteil aus einem glasfaserverstärkten Polyamid-Kunststoff, vorzugsweise einem Polyarylamid, besteht.
- Rückenlehne nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bis auf den mittleren Bereich des oberen Querstegs (5) und die beiden Schenkel (7,8) des Lehnenträgers (6) das Formteil hohl ist.
- Rückenlehne nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den beiden Schenkeln (7,8) des Lehnenträgers (6) jeweils ein angeformter Lagerbock (9,10) für die Lagerung der Sitzplatte, und im vorderen Bereich Aussparungen (22) für die Aufnahme von Beschlägen (11,12) zur Verbindung mit der Neigungsmechanik vorgesehen sind, und dass in der Mitte des oberen Querstegs (5) ein mit Schrauben befestigbarer Beschlag (13) mit einem Lager (14) für die Aufnahme einer Nackenstütze (15) vorgesehen ist.
- Rückenlehne nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den beiden Seitenteilen (2,3) des Rahmens (1) in der Höhe des unteren Querstegs (4) Steghalter (16,17) vorgesehen sind, in welchen ein Band für die Stützung der Lordose der Lendenwirbelsäule des Benutzers befestigbar ist.
- Rückenlehne nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Schenkel (7,8) des Lehnenträgers (6) in einem Verbindungsstück (18) zusameniaufen, und das Verbindungsstück (18) glatt und übergangslos in den unteren Quersteg (4) des Rahmens (1) einläuft.
- Rückenlehne nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Lager (14) an dem Beschlag (13) am oberen Quersteg (5) schwenkbar eine Hülse (20) gelagert ist, in welcher ausziehbar ein Stab (21) vorgesehen ist, an welchem die Trageplatte (22) des Kopfpolsters der Nackenstütze (15) befestigt ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Rückenlehne nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Formteil durch Gas-Injektionstechnik (GIT) hergestellt wird.
