Abstract

L'invention concerne un levier d'entraînement (1) d'un mécanisme de distribution d'un moteur à combustion interne qui peut être réglé de façon à faire effectuer différentes courses de levée à au moins une soupape d'échange de gaz, qui comprend un levier extérieur (2), entre les bras (3a, 3b) duquel est placé un levier intérieur (6) pouvant effectuer un mouvement de basculement par rapport audit levier extérieur (2), le levier extérieur et le levier intérieur (2, 6) pouvant être accouplés l'un à l'autre par l'intermédiaire de moyens d'accouplement (15) de telle sorte que, lorsqu'ils sont accouplés, la course de levée de soupape est plus grande, et que, lorsqu'ils sont désaccouplés, la course de levée de soupape est plus petite. Le levier d'entraînement (1) comporte, à une extrémité (7), une zone d'appui (8) destinée à une soupape d'échange de gaz, et, à l'extrémité (4) opposée, une face complémentaire (9) destinée à un élément d'appui, ainsi qu'au moins sur un des leviers (2, 6), une surface de contact (14) destinée à une came. Selon l'invention, le levier extérieur est conçu pour la transmission d'une grande course de came et le levier intérieur (6) est conçu pour la transmission d'une plus petite course de came, seul le levier intérieur (6) comportant un galet tournant en tant que surface de contact (14) et chacun des bras (3a, 3b) du levier extérieur (2) comportant une partie de glissement comme surface de contact. On obtient ainsi un levier d'entraînement (1) pouvant être commandé, dont seule la partie levier comporte un galet en tant que surface de contact (14) destinée à une came, cette partie levier étant principalement en fonction pendant le fonctionnement du moteur à combustion interne. Dans ce cas, cette partie levier est le levier intérieur (6).
