Abstract
L'invention concerne un culbuteur en tôle destiné à actionner au moins une soupape d'échange des gaz d'un moteur à combustion interne. Ce culbuteur est pourvu d'un corps de base (2) allongé, lequel présente deux parois latérales (4, 5) reliées par une traverse (3). Une première section d'extrémité (6) du corps de base (2) présente une surface d'appui pour une came et une deuxième section d'extrémité (8) du corps de base (2) présente une surface de contact (10) pour une extrémité de tige de la soupape d'échange des gaz. Une section (7) proche du centre comprend un support (12, 19) pour un axe du culbuteur, le palier (12, 19) étant constitué de deux alésages (13, 14, 20, 21) opposés dans les parois latérales (4, 5), parmi lesquels précisément un alésage (13, 4, 20, 21) comprend un segment tubulaire (16, 23) en saillie et réalisé d'une seule pièce avec le corps de base (2), et l'autre alésage (13, 14, 20, 21) n'est ménagé que dans la largeur de la paroi latérale (4, 5).
