Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for molding at least one two-layer fibrous web with a first band over which a first layer of fibrous material runs in, with a second belt, over which a second fiber layer arrives, and with a merging section in which the first and the second fibrous layer can be brought together to form the fibrous web.
From the German patent application DE 196 51 493 A1 (PB10449 DE) des The applicant is a machine for producing a multi-layer fibrous web known. First, a first layer of fibrous material is placed over a twin wire former generated in a merging section with another, from one another wire section produced fiber layer to form a two-layer fibrous web is connected. This principle can also be used in three and more layers Manufacture fibrous webs, especially paper and cardboard webs.
It is the object of the invention, also in the area of its lateral edges mutually rubberizable fiber layers to form the fibrous web To make available.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in a device of the type mentioned Kind solved in that before the merging section at least one of the tapes an arrangement for separating an edge area the fiber layer is arranged.
This is used in the production of a multi-layer material web with different Layer quality at least one layer edge before gouging with at least another layer separated and discharged into a defined area. This creates a closed material cycle. By removing at least one edge of a fibrous layer in the area before the merge with a fiber layer, it gets a clean, precisely defined one Edge, so that the entire fiber layer and especially in the edge area better to gossip with another layer of fiber.
There is no mixing between the materials of the two fiber layers. This is especially true when the edge of the second layer of fiber by an arrangement designed in the same or a similar way as the first arrangement Will get removed.
If at least one arrangement for separating the edge region of the If there is a layer of fibrous material, the resulting fibrous material can be re-inserted introduce the production process for producing the same fiber layer. In a variant of the invention described above, the edge of a higher quality or a lower quality layer quality separated to the corresponding Quality from the recovery or recycling process in to keep out a headbox for the production of a fibrous layer. The fiber layers can be formed by twin wire formers or four wire.
Advantages of the invention result from the subclaims and from the description in conjunction with the drawings.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the device cooperates an arrangement which has at least one separating device for separating the Edge area by means of a fluid medium, in particular by means of air and / or Water.
As particularly suitable pressures are suitable for separation by means of air between 1.5 and 5 bar, in particular between 2 and 4 bar, and for separation using water pressures between 5 and 30 bar, in particular between 10 and 20 bar.
The device is advantageously designed such that the arrangement as a whole or individual separating devices via a displacement unit transversely to the running direction the fiber layer are displaceable, in particular over a displacement width between 5 and 500 mm. This is a great variability Manufacture of various widths from fiber layers and material webs given them. Above all, if there is an arrangement of each fiber layer is assigned, several layers of fiber lie precisely one above the other without Fibers in the edge areas are mixed with each other after manufacture of the entire material web would have to be cut off anyway since they do not have the required uniform consistency as in the middle range of Web.
The separation devices belonging to the arrangement can be in all combinations their order can be used with all combinations of pressures.
The fiber layers can be advantageously by a in the merge area connect the arranged rubber roller.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment of the arrangement, there are three separation devices provided, of which a first and a second separating device each work with water and a third, downstream of this separation device with air.
In one embodiment, the first and second separation devices are each on mutually opposite sides of the fibrous layer arranged; thereby the fibers are cleanly separated from both sides.
It is also advantageous if the third separating device is on the same side how the second separator is arranged.
If a removal device for removing the separated from the arrangement Edge of the fiber layer to a reprocessing device available the entire edge of the fibrous layer can be mixed with fibers Recycle other layers of fiber.
For this purpose, the separated edge is advantageously removed from the reprocessing device returned to the headbox of the same fiber layer, so that the fibers from the edge areas immediately after their separation be returned to the production process.
A safe removal of the fibers of the edge area is guaranteed if in the discharge device a suction of the separated edge of the fiber layer takes place by means of negative pressure.

In another embodiment, a paper or board machine 100 (FIG
